Jay Rivera from Porsche Westlake helped me a lot, His service is at the highest level and he himself is a cheerful person. I have never had such service before, The service for my car was done at the highest level and they washed it by hand. I will definitely come back to them, I definitely recommended!

Bryce did a great job in getting me in to take care of my vehicle. He made an appointment, provided me a loaner vehicle and go my issue resolved. Bryce was polite, professional and a pleasure dealing with. I am simply amazed in the customer service at Porsche of westlake and their staff!

My last experience is why I have had a Porsche for 15 years, after having Mercedes and BMWs. Of course, because of the Porsche performance but it's because of the SUPERB SERVICE!! I call them because of a yellow light, next day service: the light is gone and my car service is on video. And the car is washed! Thanks, Skip!Porsche service has saved me in many situations over the years from tire flats to steamy engines. So courteous and prompt! Forever Porsche! No substitute!

I had my first experience with the Porsche service with Bryce after being assisted by Patrick who helped me with my purchase. Everything was so easy and seamless! I appreciated the video of what I was evaluated and the updates. Bryce and his team are super helpful!

Fabulous experience over that last few days at Porsche Westlake. We delt with Erik and he was great. Great communication. A few parts needed to be ordered for my Macan and he kept me updated multiple times a day and made sure I had a loaner to drive until I got my Macan back. Great service overall!

I had a rear tire leaking. I knew I was in need of two new tires but was caught off guard by the one failing on me while out to lunch. So Rusnak Porsche ordered me two new rear tires for my 911 Turbo. Great service and pricing. Got me a complimentary ride home and back. I couldn't be more happy with the service repair and the professionalism. I'm super happy.

The integrity of going to battle with a warranty issue that was approved and then rescinded by same warranty company was disheartening. But my service advisor took a special interest in doing what was right and contacted Porsche HQ and was able to get the issue taken care of. I am very grateful for the professionalism and the personal communication on all matters. I am very much pleased with my service.

Mr. Skip Crovo went above and beyond to get my Macan s rear tire replaced right away. Being a technical professional , I understand the importance of experience, certified training, specialized tools, parts and customer satisfaction. Its not about replacing just 2 bolts but all these other factors mentioned knowing which two bolts to replace. This is an invaluable service i find at Rusnack of Thousand Oaks and keeps my Porsche running at its best..Thank u

Took my 911 in for its annual maintenance, Skip was my Service Adviser and everything was done as promised. Skip was very easy to work with, no surprises. Car was returned to me on time and clean.

April 18, 2023Charged for Incomplete Work - Poor Customer Resolution and ServiceService Manger Sam and Service Advisor BrycePorsche Rusnak Westlake Service DepartmentUnfortunately I have had multiple issues with this dealership and I generally take all my Business to Beverly Hills but this last few times due to convenience I took one of my Porsches up there. This time for two lights on my dash. One of the lights that came on was a service I just had them complete less than 800 miles ago was my oil change and a multi point inspection. Again this was just done less than 800 miles ago so I didn't need to pay for it again and I needed to have the light cleared since I had the work already done by this dealership and they have a record. I rarely drive this car and the light came on again less than 6 months later for the same issue that I had it serviced for.I took it up to Porsche Westlake again and had to deal with a new service guy Bryce since it looks like my regular service manager Skip quit. I told Bryce that I had two lights coming on in my dash and he told me that they will make sure to take care of the car and make sure all the lights are resolved and call me with any updates or approvals needed. They called me with a quote and I approved the work after appropriate discounts and accommodations were made. For a simple issue it took them about 5 days and finally they told me it was ready. I went to pick the car up and paid the Bill. I also noticed the 30% off discounts off service and labor were not applied and the guy said he could honor the discounts anymore so that was an immediate redflag. I paid it to not argue and move on with my day and leave to GET OUT TO MY CAR AND THE LIGHT IS STILL ON! I immediately went back in and said what was going on and they told me they needed another hour of labor $700 +++ plus for another not needed oil change to turn the light off. This is an up-sale scam and this should have been addressed before I came to pick the car up. It looks like the advisor cowardly did not want to go back on his word to my face so he waited until I got back into my car to realize the work was never done. I am disputing the bill for incomplete service. I will never return. Horrible scam and it was another reminder why I do not go there. Porsche Rusnak needs to refund my Amex for incomplete service. The charge is being disputed for bait and switch tactics.

I had an engine warning in my 911 S 2021 and I called Steve Ellis at Porsche Rusnak Westlake.He is the best service manager in all LA area. It is always very professional, fair and trustworthy.He kept a very good communication and informed me what my car had and when it will be ready.I live 50 miles from Rusnak Westlake but I will always give my car to Steve takes care.Fantastic experience.It was not the first time I had an excellent experience with Steve.

I made an appointment with Erik and he was informative, polite and accommodating with my schedule. The drop off was quick and easy. I was set up with a loaner car due to my service being a full day of service and the loaner car was nice and clean. Erik s communication was excellent and they were able to get my car ready the same day. They even washed it, which was above and beyond. The whole process couldn t have been easier and my car is running great.
