You will not regret going to Phantom Electronics!You will not find anyone who truly cares as much to do whatever it takes to make you happy and your vehicle sounding even better than you thought it could. You will also pay less than anywhere else.Howard went the extra mile for me on this one. The team also initially made a unique recommendation that other audio professionals did not. This saved me a ton and made the vehicle sound even cleaner.Thank you very much Howard and team! I am more than happy I found you guys and with my stereo system experience!

To be honest, I didn't know where to begin. I had a strong desire to customize my car with all the components of Memphis stereo systems, renowned for their crystal-clear sound quality. Finding the right shop for such custom work, where they would patiently listen to your requirements and help you achieve your vision, proved to be a daunting task. I had visited numerous car shops in areas like Corona and Ventura County, but I was consistently disappointed with the quality of their work. It seemed like they were more interested in quick installations and taking your money, rather than delivering on your specific needs.That's when I came across Phantom Electronics. I decided to give them a call, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they were not only knowledgeable about Memphis but also an authorized dealer for their products which was exactly what I had been looking for. My conversation with Howard, whom I later discovered was the owner of the shop, was quite enlightening. After discussing the details over the phone, Howard provided me with a comprehensive quote for the customization work.Impressed by the professionalism and expertise of Phantom Electronics, I decided to visit their shop in person. During our discussion about the design of my car's sound system, I was amazed when Howard immediately started sketching out the design right there and then. When he showed me the design, it was as if he had read my mind because it perfectly matched what I had envisioned.I found that the quote Howard had provided was accurate and fair, and after giving my approval to all the details, I left my car in their capable hands for the installation.I am absolutely thrilled with the final outcome my driving experience has been significantly improved, and the overall functionality is exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend Phantom Electronics to anyone seeking a convenient, professional, and top-notch car audio installation service. A friend of mine found Phantom Electronics, hailed as one of the best audio installers in SoCal. I drove him out to Thousand Oaks to pick up his car, and he couldn't stop talking about how much better Phantom was than the 3 other places he went to (he had also gave me a free brand new 10" JLAudio sub, provided I actually use it). Long story short, instead of having Phantom install the sub in my current car, I simply decided to go out and purchase a new car...and then get the sub installed. Which is exactly what I did.Howard is phenomenal and his employees did great work. They worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted within the budget I layed out. When I decide to upgrade to a 15" and it's equivalent amplifier in the future, there's no doubt in my mind I'm going to Phantom. Check out where they put my bass knob...

I was in Agoura Hills this week visiting family and came across Phantom Electronics. I ve been considering replacing the radio in my 2006 Tundra for a long time and decided to stop in this store to get advice. What a great decision this was! Howard, the owner of this business, took the time out of his busy schedule to discuss options with me. We decided on a new Kenwood touchscreen radio with numerous features. Howard was able to work my vehicle in the next day after I explained I had to travel back to New Mexico on Saturday. Phantom Electronics did an excellent install at a reasonable price. What impressed me was that the owner personally took time to go over the operation of the radio and all of its features after it was installed. The professionalism and friendless of staff at Phantom Electronics is superb! I will be back at a later date to have a backup camera installed in my 2006 Tundra and another radio in my 2000 Tacoma. I highly recommend Phantom Electronics!

These guys did an amazing job on my truck. Next I'm going back to do my car! Sweet!!Update: I just got the car done and this thing rocks!! I kept the factory head and added a DSP, all new speakers, a power amplifier and subwoofer in the trunk. As with the truck, they did sound deadening in the doors and where needed. In both cases, the quality of work was excellent as was the final result. I am fairly picky about things and am happy to say I found nothing to complain about. I can only say good things here. I spent a fair amount of both systems but feel like I got every penny's worth! The sound is so clear at any volume level, with no rattles. I will probably drive these vehicles until the wheels falls off, and then I will come back here and do the next vehicle! Highly recommended!!

The owner is super helpful even when I only needed his help finding out what wire harnesses I needed.. not only did he guide me in the right direction, he had all the parts in stock for my 2012 Toyota Camry so I ended up buying everything from him; made my stereo install a breeze when I felt it was a huge hassle.

They have been doing work for me on several vehicles for over 30 years. Everything from installing new stereos/entertainment systems, both power and antenna wiring for amateur radios, fixing/upgrading stock stereo/entertainment systems, backup camera's, electronic rear view mirrors. Always the best service. Always leave happy. I have refereed several friends and all agree, they are the best

I am really happy with the way things turned out and sound, the folks here are super easy to work with they know their stuff, lots of experience and a blast to talk with. They put in extra thought and little extra touches that really made a huge difference in the end result. Highly recommend especially because this is a local biz of 40+ yrs not a big corporate box store, support local!!

Was recommended this place by a friend and I couldn't be happier with the service and the end product! Got a CarPlay capable receiver as well as a backup camera installed. Very quick and professional service at a reasonable price! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get some electronic work done on their vehicle!

Really knowledgeable car entertainment experts. Reasonably priced, wide selection, they will do custom application, and most important, stand behind their work. I had a Bluetooth interface added to the fiber optic MOST stereo in my car, but sometimes I would get no sound. After many months of trying to figure out what I was doing wrong, I brought it back, Howard looked at it, and no questions asked ordered a replacement unit from the manufacturer, even though he never saw this problem before. The replacement unit works fine. I'm a very happy customer

I was referred to this place from a loyal BMW Service Advisor. The guy that owns this spot is named Howard. He's very knowledgeable and takes real pride of his work and the work of his technicians. I came in for a back up camera that didn't originally, come with my vehicle. These guys worked their magic and you would think my car came with it. One of the few places that specializes in customer service! . This is the place to go for all of electronic needs! Thanks, Howard..Mr. D.

So far fantastic! A real seasoned veteran I spoke to Howard I believe is the owner it was like talking to myself I've been in retail for 35 years. and he dissected my problem exactly how it should be so I gave them five stars and if he can fix my stereo problem reasonably I'm going to give him six stars!

Phenomenal shop with amazing customer service. We bought a KENWOOD 1007XR navigation unit with wireless CarPlay and these guys were amazing!! They are true experts of their craft. Thank you for being so awesome we ll be back with the next one!

Very fast service (took them 1 day to replace speakers and radio during the winter holidays) and were extremely kind and generous to me.Here is a short summary of my experience:As David, one of the owners, was giving me a tutorial of my new system, my younger brother had noticed that the radio they put in it wasn't the one I brought (I hadn't even looked at the radio I brought as it was a hand-me down from my older brother and didn't see the need to inspect it beforehand).Turns out there was a misunderstanding and they had installed a new one (and I think a better one) without charging me for it. David said that usually in this situation they'd take the the one I had brought instead as payment, but then said that's not how he does business and told us to keep it. I then offered to leave my car there and have them put in the one we originally brought, but again he turned it down and told me it was a gift for the holidays.They go above and beyond what you'd expect from a small local shop. If you need car electronics work done, I highly recommend Phantom Electronics. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with their customer treatment.

I have been to Phantom a few times, sometimes they just helped me out with something on my car(a blown fuse) and would not even charge me.The guys that work there are professionals and passionate about cars. I have been to Best Buy and got tired of some kid hacking up my Porsche.I am very happy with Phantom, you get what you pay for.

Some one created fake Facebook page. I have attached screenshot. I had ordered iphone and given advance amount for that order. But the item was not yet delivered nor advance given back. They are phising people and taking money. Please take care of it. Someone give order by seeing your company name and they are being cheated. Please report this. They are spoiling your goodwill.

Worked with Howard to place Nav, Bluetooth and a great stereo in a used 911 Cab. Great work and everything they said they would do, they did. Highly recommend them.
