Awesome guys there. I went for a ride share vehicle inspection. I got there 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment they started right away and the gentleman who helped me was awesome. Helped me pick out some interior cleaning supplies super helpful!

I really want to thank Michelle and Gus. What I appreciate the most is that, On the phone, they said they could see me immediately, but when I got there they said it would be a long wait because one of the Workers had an emergency. I asked them if they could see me sooner and they worked it out and did it. I am grateful for that.Thank you, Michelle and Gus

Service advisor was very unprofessional I arrived at 4:05 PM and told him my name was sieana with an S and asked me are you sure about that ? I just ignored him and he said I can t tell because you are wearing sunglasses I used ally insurance to pay for my oil change and advised him as soon as I got there that he had to contact them himself, he even said that they close at 5 pm and he started to say that he was going to have to keep my vehicle if I couldn t pay the bill assuming I couldn t pay for it if insurance didn t cover it the oil changed was done before the time listed on the website when I returned he tried to tell me that next time I need to come at 9 AM because only Michelle knew how to do it. I told him he had to call the insurance he had plenty of time I arrived at 4:05 pm and he said he was busy with other things . He clearly needs to manage his time better and not take so many smoke breaks and keep his little comments to himself .

Michelle and Gus were very communicative and helpful. The repair took a little longer than hoped, but they were very accommodating, helpful, and communicative. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend.

I bought 2 brand new tires but they were on clearance.But when I got woke up the next day my tire was flat on the left side. So I had to go back. Everything was great I just think that the guy should have told me how bad my front end is and he didn't say a word. I know it's about to fall apart but he didn't say anything to me how does he know that I know.And it says free car inspection on the receipt. How could that have passed their inspection. He should have informed me. Also I picked up a brochure that said that you should put your new tires on the back because of traction but nobody mentioned that to me either and it was about to be raining for 3 days

Oil change went smoothly and relatively quickly despite inclement weather and backlog. The only thing that seemed odd was the claim that they re-aired my tires when my sensor was still displaying low tire pressure. I think that was a problem with the sensor, but I'd have liked them saying what pressure they set it at and confirmation it was done. Still, a good service all around.

I had an appointment, however, they took at least 45 minutes to pull my car into the service area. They were not busy. I had to go up to the service desk and ask why they hadn t brought my car in. The Advisor said they d bring it in now. But I could hear 2 young men talking and laughing, not working. When I walked around to look into the garage area, one was showing the other one something on his phone. I stayed out there for some time and this behavior continued. They were NOT working. One had dark curly hair, he worked on my car. The other young man, dark short hair, was the one on his phone continuously. Trying to engage the one working on my car. It was apparent that he was distracting others and delaying the completion of my car and others. It took almost 1 hour and 45 minutes to have a simple oil change. Very disappointed. This was my first time coming to Pep Boys and I doubt I ll return.

Filthy. The waiting area is not kept up. The floor, decor, everything is uninviting and just dirty. Arrange for pick up and drop-off as waiting for your vehicle is not pleasant. Service was okay, Simi Valley Pep Boys was much better.

One of my tires keeps leaking air. They are very professional, found it s the rim s problem. They use a special glue to solve the problem. And it s totally free of charge. Thank you guys, especially Ryan!

Called to see when I could bring my car in, a woman answered and talked to me like I was an idiot and didn't know anything about my car. Not coming here ever. She just lost more business for the company.

I took my car to Pepboys last week because of the low tire pressure. They did a complete revision and helped me determine the best options for my new tires (I needed to change them). Marco did more than just change my tires and Carlos, the person at the front desk, was super helpful and patient explaining all my car needs. I'll return to this store for sure.

Managers Gus and Michelle run this store with military precision. The young men that work in the shop, changing tires, changing oil, and all the other services are outstanding.There's no messing around, no hanging out, not chit chat, just work being conducted in a very efficient manner. What I liked most was when one gentleman finished his vehicle work, he went over to assist his colleague on their vehicle without being asked. This is an sign of very good management. Gus and Michelle inspected every job being done.Very impressive operation. Very fair price. And really respectful and efficient employees. I definitely recommend Pep Boys on TO Blvd for your car's needs: oil, tires, and more.

I was looking for good tires without paying an arm and a leg for them. (Being that I am on a budget lol) I found a great deal on the tires. Ordered them and set my appointment online. I called a day before the appointment and was told I can take my car in anytime. Michelle took care of me and my car got all tires on while I was at work. I was provided with a ride to work so I didn't have to wait for my car to get worked on. Overall great experience and unbeatable price... to me at least. Definitely worth checking out for your car needs.

The auto service staff provide amazing service and are really friendly. I've been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommended. Update: 4 years later and still, service is amazing!!! Carlos is really helpful and knowledgeable. He truly provides amazing customer service along with Michelle and their mechanics Miguel and Marco. Will never go anywhere else. *Update* And another great visit. Michelle is amazing as usual. I now live almost an hr away and I still make the drive for any repairs.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Pep Boys, and I am happy to say that it was a great experience. I had a great experience at Pep Boys Thousand Oaks today and would highly recommend their service. I went in to get a bulb changed on my van, and Michele very graciously came out to help me rather than having me wait for full service. She helped me find the correct bulb and changed it quickly for me, free of charge. I was very thankful and impressed by the service and it truly made my day. Highly recommended!

I scheduled my appointment to get my Lyft Vehicle inspection after work. I printed a couple of pages but filled it out once I got there. Nick was familiar with the whole situation and got it done efficiently and quickly. Thanks for making it a memorable pit stop!

I made an appointment at 10 am. I arrived 15 minutes early and it was 2:30 pm. and they still hadn't delivered my car more than four hours waiting . it's a little frustrated

Went there to get an ride share inspection. They tell me they don't have the paperwork for it? Where everyone else does. I waisted my time going there and waiting for them to come out and tell me that.
