Russel Reasner is the reason we had such an incredible experience at MB T.O. He was caring, thoughtful, understanding and not pushy. He also fought and got me the price I asked for. I was dealing with 2 other salesman prior to Russell and in all honesty, did not have a good experience. They were short, pushy and in some instances rude and impatient. Russell was awesome. I highly recommend you look for Russell Reasner if you want a great experience and someone who will go to bat for you.

Recently purchased a car from Steven and it is by far the worst experience I ve had purchasing a car. Made a deal with Steven to purchase a 30 day full coverage insurance because there is a 15 day wait for insurance from other companies and I needed it right away for a planned trip that Steven was informed about and knew how important that was for me. Car came and with it a 30 day insurance but for the wrong vehicle. 2 days later I got my insurance but it was for 14 days. I asked them to fix it and in the mean time bought the insurance from other company with a typical 15 day wait which made my vehicle be left without insurance for 10 days if they don t fix my insurance to 30 day one that we agreed on. They would say they ll see what happened and call me back but they never did. After giving them a week to fix it, I started calling them more often because there were 2 more days left of insurance and I was in the middle of the trip far away from home. I got really frustrated when I noticed they would not answer my calls especially Steven who I talked to through entire purchase process. Even the center dealership phone number would connect me to departments that would never answer as if they are hiding something from me which I believe is true.To conclude, I never got the right insurance neither did they try to fix it and I was forced to leave the car in a city far away from home as it was uninsured while on a family trip and rent a car for the rest of the trip and then wait for the other insurance to activate which took 10 days and then go back to get the car and drive it back which cost me a lot in unnecessary costs.The customer service is horrible and I was played and scammed. Steven wasn t helpful at all and had to consult with someone for every detail and stopped answering me when problems occurred that he is not capable of solving. Very unprofessional.Definitely avoid this dealership at all costs as nobody needs to experience such horrible experience buying a car they dreamed of and worked very hard for. You will be way happier elsewhere for sure.

I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Thousand Oaks ! My representative Sydney, has been fantastic ! She has been very helpful making sure my service was started quickly, finished on time, quality work, and details like update information so I know how the work is going, or if anything unexpected shows up. Also, I love getting my car back all clean. You get a Mercedes because you wanted a better car. Thousand Oaks Mercedes gives you the better quality service you expect to get from a quality car company.

I went to several Mercedes dealerships looking for the S580 equipped with ALL the options I wanted and in the color and trim package I wanted. Found some that were close, but none that could deliver exactly what I wanted.I met with Ed in sales and he was extremely helpful in helping me to locate EXACTLY what I wanted without having to settle. He worked aggressively to find my car and did so without any pressure. Not only was he able to locate the car, but he also helped me in negotiating the best price I found. I highly recommended working with this dealership and be sure to ask for Ed. This was by far the best experience I've had in purchasing a car and absolutely love this car!Don't buy anywhere else before seeing what Mercedes of Thousand Oaks can do for you!

It was great to work with Erik again. I left him a message regarding getting an A service done, possible spark plug change and a new clutch. He called back promptly and gave me a quote over the phone regarding the service. I elected not to get the clutch replaced at this time. I dropped of the car in the morning, got it back in the afternoon. The communication was great and the car was cleaned when I picked it up. Great service again.

Daniel is wonderful to work with. He explains everything in a way you can understand. He tries to work with you within your budget. Besides all that, he is very patient and understanding. Daniel will go that extra mile to help you. In fact I brought my car in late in the day and the shuttle was no longer operating and Daniel offered to drive me home. Now that is exceptional service. I am so lucky that Daniel is my advisor. Additionally, I want to commend Edgar who is always so helpful. I brought my car in when Daniel was not available and Edgar was right there to help. This is the reason people buy Mercedes .the customer service is A+

I do love Mercedes Benz of Thousand Oaks.Sydney our service advisor gets our car serviced within a few hours. If not they will give you a courtesy vehicle. They always send you a text on how they are doing with your car and the progress and what needs to be fixed.I would not take my car anywhere else.Thank you Sydney.

Checking our vehicle in was an excellent experience. The adviser allowed us to use one of the dealership s loaners while they were servicing our vehicle. This made the process much easier since we use our vehicle for work. The communication during the service and completed work were excellent.

After spending a few days going to different Mercedes dealerships and unable to find a car that checked all the must haves, I was referred to Thousand Oaks Mercedes. I am so glad I was! Larry & Youriy are great at what they do. They are fast friendly and will get you what you need in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend anyone looking for a Mercedes to stop by Thousand Oaks as their first choice.

Service tech Oscar did not add an advertised A Service $40 credit to my original bill and didn t follow up after repeated inquiries. An expensive axle repair was recommended but without a specific reason - again no follow up from Oscar. This was my first and last visit.

Recently had the best overall service experience with Mercedes of TO. Edgar Mendoza, who is our service advisor and recommend anyone looking for a new advisor, to request him. This is our 2nd car with Mercedes and we have a Range Rover and have worked with the Porsche service as well. The customer service from Edgar and Mercedes is the best.

If you want to be treated rudely, this is the place to shop for Mercedes. After explaining to the Elder salesman that we wanted to see a C- 300 CPO, he didn't have any. Then walked us all over the lot trying to sell us something else. Then asked for my phone number and said he would call if something came in. But before I offered the digits he asked me why I didn't buy today or why I didn't buy another one that I saw in another dealership. I explained we were shopping. And he didn't have the car. He walked away without taking my number in a huff. I won't be back when we do purchase which will be soon.

This was the worst car purchasing experience I ve ever had. I had been waiting my whole life to purchase this car and it was my dream car. My husband spent months looking for it and we finally settled on traveling to Thousand Oaks at this specific dealership to look at what was in stock. We fell in love with one on the floor and purchased it that same day. We were going to be leaving on a cruise for seven days and we had an agreement that the car would be ready for pick up upon our return from the cruise.During the execution of our sale agreement, the sales person, Chris, and the manager on the floor, Paul, agreed to install a light package on my car while we were gone. They both promised to have it done by the time we return. In the middle of our cruise, three days later, we hadn t heard from either Chris or Paul regarding the status of the car. We texted and called, and Chris later responded that the car was ready. However, later, on in the conversation, he tells us that the part has not been ordered yet and that it was ordered that day, and would be installed and ready for pick up on time.We expected everything to be OK, and did not follow up again until Saturday. We messaged chris at 10 in the morning on Saturday to confirm that the car was ready for pick up on Sunday and it took him seven hours to respond to us. He told us that the part was delayed but the car would still be ready for us to pick up on Sunday and that he would give us a call to let us know. no call from him. No call from Paul. After multiple attempts to call the Shop, we finally are able to speak with Paul and he states that the part is not even there yet and that we cannot pick up the car. He then proceeds to state that the car part would arrive on Wednesday and then it would be installed by Thursday the following week and delivered to us at our home that day. he asked for time options which I gave him Friday morning or all day Sunday. Thursday, no car Friday, no car and no communication.I contacted the dealership and asked multiple times to speak with Paul and finally he responded with a call only AFTER my husband threatened to cancel the entire deal if we did not receive our car that day. When speaking with Paul I stressed my frustration with him that there has been no communication with me and I m constantly having to chase down someone to speak to about my car. I expressed my frustration about being lied to over and over again regarding the expectations of when I could have my car. His response was it s not our fault we can t control when parts are delivered and when they can deliver the car . I let him know that I understood there are things beyond his control but any form of communication to let me know what was going on would ve helped ease a lot of the frustration of guessing. Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility for the situation, he was kurt and condescending. In The same conversation, Paul suddenly states that the driver, who would be delivering the car, suddenly appears at the dealership where he is, and now is loading the car into the truck. Note, this only took place my husband threatened to cancel the entire deal if we did not have the card that Sunday.Finally, the car was out to be delivered and Paul states that the driver would be calling me to confirm my address and to let me know when to expect him. Three hours, go by, no call from anyone. I called Paul again and he said he sent a message out to the driver. The driver then calls me two hours later and let me know that he is an hour away. I finally received my car.As a consumer who has been waiting her whole life to purchase her dream car and have it tainted by this experience is nothing short of severe disappointment. I would not return to the dealership, and would not recommend it.

Bait and switch tactics. Incredible prices. Refused to fix oil leak while changing oil. This new owner dealership is driving away customers and do not see how it is going to survive long term. Previous owner was a lot more customer driven.

Before my current vehicle, I never took my owned (vs. leased) cars to the dealer for service and repairs. I have done so with my current car (for 14 years). The running joke between my dealership successive service advisors and me has been that I have effectively rebuilt my car over my years of ownership. Probably true. I love my now 18 year old car, with 250,000+ miles of travel.I believe that it is the integrity of the car as it was designed and built and the after sale service and repairs at Silver Star/Mercedes Benz of T.O. and now Swickard that keep my ride on the road. My service advisors, first the now-retired Greg Stryker, and now Erik Groll, have also been a part of this success story. Thanks to all.
