I had a very bad experience with their service department. I have a scheduled appointment to paint my rim. Dropped the car sharp at 7am when they open.No communication about my service till 3pm. I keep calling them and no body from service department ready to pick my call. I almost call 10 plus time.After failing to get status of my services after 8 hours I walked in at 4 pm and guess what they told me we are unable to service your car bacause the person who is responsible to take my car to workshop didn't know it needed a service considering my car had the service sticker displayed front. Are you kidding me? Your service department is run by people who have no idea what they are doing? No internal communication between workshop and service attendant? And they give me an excuse that due to new system it is unmanageable. Absolutely not acceptable. unprofessional, discriminative, unaccountable folks running thier service department.I will not recommend to go this place.Don't even deserve a single star.

Be careful of unnecessary mark ups. went in to program a key, an oil change and new air filter. they advise 2 new keys with programing was over $800, and quoted tires at $1000- $1200. I asked to quote STREET TIRES, NOT HIGH PERFORMANCE and they said there was no such thing.. Tires are fine btw. Next I replaced a switch or I would miss out the $190 diagnostic fee which I did not ask for. I told them to not program the key and found a locksmith to do it for only $60, but then I pick up the car and magically, the keys work again after they tried to charge almost 1,000 for new keys. This is my back up 2006 Lexus car thats worth about 2k. and they expected me to pay over 2k for repairs it did not need. The advisor Jessica also had no clue what she was doing. Lexus of Oxnard quoted $600 for the 2 keys is I'm not sure why this dealership felt the need to overcharge

I give credit where credit is due and I must say that this location was very pleasant. I'm a new Lexus owner (used GX470) and called yesterday afternoon about a check engine light. This morning my light decided to turn off but I decided to go ahead with my vehicle inspection anyways. The service team had me in and out in only a few short minutes. Christopher had me out the door with keys to a courtesy car so fast that I even showed up to work in Moorpark early. The team inspected my car, disinfected the interior, and even washed it for me. Easy transaction, friendly and speedy service, and fair pricing...I will definitely be back and recommending others to do business at this location.

Purchased a new Lexus, salesperson was very helpful. After agreeing to pay retail price (other dealers have 5 - 10K makeup) waited over two hours for the Finance manager. We were paying cash and only needed less than 15 minutes to write a check and buy the extended warrantee and pre-paid service plan. Bring something to read and plan to wait
