I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lexus in Thousand Oaks and meeting the amazing Antonio. As soon as I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming team of people. They were all incredibly friendly and personable, which instantly made me feel important and valued. But the highlight of my visit was meeting Antonio, who took me to my brand new car. The presentation with the big blue bow and the impeccable cleanliness of the car left me in awe. I am now proud to be a part of the Lexus family and I have Antonio to thank for making my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend anyone in search of a new car and a great experience to visit Lexus of Thousand Oaks and ask for Antonio.

I purchased a 2023 Lexus LX600 F Sport from Lexus of Thousand Oaks. I had phone conversations with Adam Chirchick the Sales Manager and when I visited the Lexus of Thousand Oaks I was greet by Ben Lech. Ben was very professional and helpful and made the buying experience very enjoyed. Everyone I came in contact with from the parts manager to the finance manger were very professional. I would highly recommend Lexus of Thousand Oaks for your next car purchase. Ask for Ben, he was awesome!!

I was greeted by Daryl who was very attentive and professional. He made me feel comfortable and had the tire expert, Eddie to give me all of the information I needed to choose the right tires for my car.He assigned a loaner car to me in a quick and easy manner. The information given to me was easy to understand and accurate. They were great.My car was returned in a timely manner and very clean.

After a round of a few hiccups, the last couple of visits, it seems they are back on track again. The growing pains of new ownership have settled in.Daryl my rep was attentive while making my 10000.00 mile service job effortless and pain free. Very kind and to the point.No hidden surprises of extra work needed and the service technicians handled my 350GS-F-Sport with kit gloves.

The showroom and customer lounge were welcoming and comfortable.Dave, my salesman was a gem. He spent many hours with us. Test driving cars and looking for just the right exterior/interior features. He was patient and a pleasure to work with. His years of experience for Lexus provided him with a great deal of knowledge and the skill of teaching his customers how to use the new technology. I appreciate how important it is for Dave and Lexus to make sure that their customers have a the very best driving experience with their new car.

Yesterday, I went to Lexus to correct a check Engine light on my new TX and the experience was amazing. Steve Kramer was the Rep handling my car situation. He was very professional and customer oriented. He discovered few issues with a previous order I placed with Lexus and help me identified the best option to resolve the situation. I ve been to several Lexus dealerships in the area (this is my 4th Lexus) and been going to Thousand Oaks Lexus for the past year or two. I m always happy with the service, however, it was so amazing this last time I had to take the time to post a review.Daphne was my service provider and aside from being lovely and welcoming, she was very knowledgeable and did her best to minimize what was a costly service. I appreciated that she was able to provide me with a loaner car (not offered when making appointment online), which was a top of the line model that I enjoyed driving so much I didn t want to give it back!The service ended up taking longer than originally anticipated due to additional repairs, Daphne kept me updated and was very accommodating with me while coordinating my return of the loaner car and pick up of my car. When I went in she was once again super sweet and helpful,This entire experience was 5+ stars, I can t remember the last time I experienced that level of service anywhere! Thank you Daphne and Swickard.

My personal experience with my recent service on my Lexus was more than favorable. Daphne Gates was very respectful and took adequate time to explain the recommended service for my vehicle. My vehicle is getting a little older, but the mileage is pretty low and Daphne took these factors in her recommendations. I am very pleased with my choice to continue my service relationship with this dealership.

All was good. Dylan in Sales started us off positively by email and phone. On site, Antonio was exceptional and was instrumental to the Sales process and helping us to decide to buy the Prius. Josh was good on the Finance side, pleasure to work with. Overall very happy with our experience

My experience with Thousand Oaks Lexus Dealership was incredibly disappointing, to say the least. I had my eyes set on a pre-owned 2022 IS350, and after conversing with their sales representative, Jesus Santiago, I thought I was on the path to making a purchase. However, my journey quickly turned sour.Firstly, after days of communication, Jesus informed me that the 2022 model had sold but reassured me about a 2021 alternative. We arranged an appointment for Friday, and I even took a day off work, driving 1.5 hours from Orange County to Thousand Oaks. However, upon arrival, I was met with disappointment. The car wasn't ready, despite confirmation in the morning. Jesus claimed ignorance about its unprepared state and led me to view it in the back - on a lift, missing wheels, with undisclosed damage evident.What followed was a baffling attempt to negotiate without even a test drive or proper inspection. Jesus's suggestion to "work on the numbers" felt premature and out of touch with basic customer service. When confronted about the damages, his response, citing COVID protocols, only added insult to injury.Even after considering a compromise regarding the repairs, the lack of assurance and the inconvenience of making another trip during the week was unacceptable. The manager's attempt to divert my attention to a new IS350 with laughable sales tactics was the final straw. His attempt to justify a higher price with dubious math was comical at best.Overall, my visit to Thousand Oaks Lexus Dealership was a complete waste of time and energy. Jesus Santiago's lack of transparency and professionalism, coupled with the management's indifferent attitude, made it abundantly clear that this dealership does not prioritize customer satisfaction. Avoid at all costs.

Yoby has been my service guy for over 20 years because he is fantastic! Yoby has it all; knowledge of cars, integrity, efficiency, trustworthy, and courteous. Purchased a used Mach-e from here. Overall the buying experience was great. Met with Nick the Sales manager first and then had our buying experience with Ben. It was a really good buying experience, no nonsense, Ben was really straight forward and helpful. We got everything we wanted from the transaction.There was some issues with the contract but we missed it during signing, long day with no food, but it was fixed within 24 hours. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership and Ben was a great sales person.

Lexus service is always exceptional.Since swickard purchased the dealership I ve experienced some challenges with taking the care in for service. Primarily it seems like there just isn t enough staff. The past two times I ve had an appointment and waited 10-20 minutes for anyone to meet with me.That said, Brenda tried to find someone- super friendly. Marc jumped in as soon as hegot back from lunch and provided the excellent service one always expects from Lexus.

I don t do many reviews but I do want to point out that Marc has always been great throughout years. I was debating on coming back as a customer due to the ups and downs in this location recently. I have always felt I was in good hands when Marc has taken over servicing my vehicles along with the mechanics and the two employees that move the flow of vehicles around. Marc was very helpful during my service appointment. At my request he opened the hood of my ES300H and showed me the oil condition which I was curious about at this one-year mark. He also ordered touch up paint for me and my Lexus was completed early. Thank you. A+

Daphne is the bomb! It s easy to tell how good a service person is when they have an unreasonable client on their hands, and I watched her exhibit extreme patients and tolerance for someone who was very undeserving of either one!I go straight to Daphne for all of my service, and she has always come through sooner than every time.The whole team at Lexus of Thousand Oaks is wonderful. Let me start off by saying I've never bought from a dealership before, afraid of the aggressive tactics to pile on extras and nickel and dime you for everything. Lexus of Thousand Oaks however was the absolute best experience I could ever have.I found a used car on their lot that was priced attractively (below KBB!) and appeared to be great condition for the year. I walked into the dealership, bought the vehicle and was driving out in less than 3 hours. From my salesman to the finance department, everything was perfect. There were no high pressure sales tactics, everything was signed electronically which made things just so efficient and perfect.I bought the vehicle with no warranty as it had over 100k miles, however on my way home from the dealership one of the TPMS sensors seemingly failed as the car was not able to read pressure in one tire. I immediately called Lexus to let them know and see if there was anything they could do as this happened on the drive home and I knew that there was no warranty. As it was a safety issue, Thousand Oaks Lexus told me to bring the car in and they would take care of it as a courtesy because they stand by their safety inspections and auto sales. Not only did Lexus fix the issue and replace my sensor, they also found a nail in my tire and patched it, free of charge.They really went above and beyond and I could not be happier with their professionalism through this entire experience. I would buy from them again in an instant.

After purchasing my new IS350 i noticed a key replacement warranty on the final bill. I must have overlooked this, as my insurance already covered this. I contacted Chris P, the finance manager, and asked him to sign and submit a refund request, as the warranty company offered a 30 day money back 100% refund but required the dealer signature. He obliged however months passed with no refund or response. Despite several follow-up emails to Chris, I never received my refund.I contacted the new finance manager Gabe T on 12/23/23 and asked if he could assist in submitting a new refund request on my behalf but received no response. I m out $600. I recommend avoiding this dealership. It seems they care more about keeping the sales commission on such warranties than assisting customers.

Took a vehicle there for a pre purchase inspection they quoted 9300 dollars for 900 dollars worth of replacement parts that were not even completely bad yet. Daphne the service advisor tried to pre prep me for the bad news as I was dropping it off. Said she had to be honest which was a red flag. If someone ever leads with that then they are definitely a liar.
