Melanie is the best!! From the first contact, I knew there was no one else I would lease my 2024 Land Rover Defender from. Bill in sales made the process seamless and offered excellent customer service. For pricing, I worked with Melanie, the sales manager, and we quickly agreed to a great deal. I appreciate their transparency too, as it is something you don't always find in this business. They sent all the details over in writing once the deal was agreed to. We submitted all the documents beforehand so pickup was quick and easy. Great experience and a great team, thank you Melanie and Bill!

I think they finally got some new experienced service writers at the dealership that also care greatly about the customer. My last experience was excellent. Scott took great care of me. He took the time to talk about the issue with the car and they got the work done in about four hours. Much much better experience than the last few I had with this dealership. Great job Scott! And my hat is off to the management team for getting a new team in place that cares about your customers.

It took 133 days to get my car repaired.I did have a loaner car for the entire time, but the rear driver side door had a broken latch and the door came open while driving and my passenger almost fell out. The registration tags were not on the license plate on this car or the second car.The second loaner car was delivered and the previous person had smoked heavily. So I took the car and lived with it, since there were no others.In total 4months to get the car repaired. The part had to be manufactured and shipped from England.The service manager blamed all the problems on Rover and said there was nothing he could do. He was unable to even make an apology for the poor performance by his dealship.I very much like my car but this experience was a disaster.

We were on vacation in Southern California and found ourselves in need of some assistance with our Velar. Kyle and the team were outstanding. Fantastic customer service and work. Kyle made us feel at ease and well taken care of. We were even lucky enough to end up there on a day when we were fed while we waited. Bonus!! I come to the area often for travel and am reassured to know that such great service is available if I need it.

I took my car in for its annual maintenance and the process was enjoyable and easy. Kyle was nice to connect with and made the drop off easy and loaner car was ready for me and he orchestrated the most efficient pick up time as well. Thanks Kyle!

BEST PLACE TO BUY A CAR . Land Rover and Jaguar Thousand Oaks is by far the best dealership you can buy or lease a car at. This will be my second car from here and will continue to come back. Darin Craft at Land Rover and Victor at Jaguar are by far the best in the business. I just drive off with a new 2024 Range Rover Velar and I m completely happy. The service department is stellar and extremely professional. Thank you Thousand Oaks Land Rover and Jaguar.

Land Rover, Thousand Oaks service center is an excellent place to take your. vehicle. Our service advisor was Justin, he attended to us giving his honest opinion on what options we had on servicing our vehicle. I will continue to be a loyal client of this service center due to the respect they show with their clientele.

I arrived a little early, but Scott checked me in immediately. Within an hour or so my car was ready to pick up. The car was returned in spotless condition. I had decided to wait in and around the dealership (as it was only a software update) so I was on my way back home very quickly. Overall a very professional and pleasant experience.

My technition was Scott and he did a good job. My only complaint is that it seems Jaguar is no longer selling cars. If I understood correctly, they will be "retooling" , branding and trying to enter the more luxorious market ??? If you need Jaguar service you can certainly get it here but if you are looking for the facility keep in mind that there is no signage to let you know it is affiliated with Jaguar . You will be going to the Land Rover building

I have owned 4 range rovers, all purchased and serviced at Land Rover Thousand Oaks. There is no better dealership in my opinion. Incredibly response, honest and great communicators. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here and serving your car there!

From start to finish my wife and I had a wonderful car buying experience! We were warmly greeted by our sales rep. The vehicle was ready to go. No pressure and no stress throughout the test drive and buying process. Our sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable about our car. We found just the right SUV we had been seeking. We drove home with a big smile!

Update: Another example of how shady this dealer is, they post a response to my honest review with a dishonest reply. I reached out to them twice over the last 3 weeks and no response. Do not buy used from this dealership, plenty of others to choose from.I don t normally write reviews good or bad, but my experience with this dealership was so poor that I feel inclined to share my experience:I was purchasing a used car (+$50K) from across the country. And would have to fly there to make the purchase. The salesman was exceedingly impatient and unable or unwilling to answer specific questions and provide requested information. In some instances, excuses were made, I am out of town . Others were not followed through on. When I spoke on the phone with him, he was in a rush to end it every single time. He talked about how nice things were on the vehicle and as if he was knowledgeable about the condition and its mechanical state. You will not be disappointed I was assured multiple times. Even when we did a video walk through (with poor resolution) he avoided any area where there was an issue. Just enough information, and perhaps too much eagerness on my part, was given for me to arrange to fly out and buy the vehicle, and ship it back home. I flew then rode an uber for 1.5 hours to the dealership. The car was in very rough condition that was very apparent from less than 10ft away. He acted surprised when I pointed out the faded and popping off trim pieces, the gross paint defects, the sun damaged components, baseball sized dents on the roof and the falling of windshield trim pieces. Not to mention the remaining wrap material around the taillights. The condition was very far from as described. Had the salesman been honest I would not have wasted over 1500$ in flights, Ubers, hotels and rental cars. When I spoke to the manager about the vehicle, she already knew about all of the things I found. Then she mentioned they already spent $6300 to get it in the condition it was in (that wasn t on detailing the inside it was filthy). Clearly this dealership was trying to pass off a problem and make a buck with no concern for the customer. I learned a lesson, this dealership has low values, does not respect the customer and is not worthy of trust. If you are purchasing from this dealership, beware!

Just bought our first Range Rover. It was a custom order. Manny CANDELARIO was a a pleasure to work with. Communication with him was great. Experience was great from start to finish. Car arrived within the promised time frame. Hopefully service experience will be the same.

Had an easy, smooth experience with Kyle the Service Advisor. In and out service at drop off and was provided a loaner vehicle. Once the car was ready, it was even quicker to pick up my vehicle. Highly recommend using Kyle!

Do not go here. I went for a simple 1 hr computer reset. However they told me many catastrophic things were wrong with my car, that this reset didn t exist and delivered a quote in the thousands with condescending scare tactic and attempted intimidation.Elite Rovers did the reset in one hour for $150 and my car was fixed. I was not surprised because I had gone in to this dealership once before for a recall I received in the mail. When I went in they then said the recall was not needed but gave me a a $3,000 quote for what they claimed was other catastrophic required work. My normal provider said their diagnosis was not true and none of these things ever became issues.They also urged me to write them a positive review.

From the very beginning of my inquiries on the vehicle we purchased Marissa was courteous /professional/ patient and very tentative to all my family s questions/ concerns and needs. Right down to Mirna in the Finance Department who was very kind and courteous as well. Kudos to the General Manager Eric Tran for an overall pleasant experience.

I recently purchased a used car from this dealership. I have bought a large number of vehicles in the past. Lately I feel that service at a lot of dealerships is not what it used to be. I came across this one as I was searching for a specific vehicle, and it led me here. To my surprise the salesperson Ilan was really helpful and accommodating without being pushy or annoying. He presented the vehicle and told me what the deal was and left it up to me to make the decision whether or not it fit into my budget and needs. I was at another dealership (a large corporate one) a couple of days earlier and the experience there was the worst. It felt like puppy mill for cars. When I finalized the deal and met the Sales manager and Finance Manager they were also super awesome and not pushy at all. I wish I could go buy another car from these people. This is a great dealership and very highly recommended. I think there is a difference between a privately held dealership vs a large Corportation that is just trying to get as many cars processed as possible.

Very nice and respectful people. I m a vehicle transporter and from the second I walked through the door, all I received was smiles and very helpful people. I was offered coffee and water while I waited. Honestly haven t felt like a real human being doing this job until today. Thank you to the staff of Land Rover
