These guys were just awesome. I took my chevey silverado in for 3 flat tires, and they gave me a quote for about 2 hours before they could get my truck back to me. So I said sure which I ended up getting 4 tiers. Low and behold, they were done in 45 minutes. I was amazed at how fast they did everything. From taking off the old tires to balancing and mounting the new ones, plus a mini car wash. These guys at just tires are a go-to for any tire needs, plus they were the only company (i went to 4 different tire shops before) that had my tire size. Thank you!

Got a flat tire today and all I could think when it happened was how my day was absolutely ruined. I thought it was going to be several hundred dollars and take at least 3 hours to get fixed. No joke, it took less than 20 minutes and was less than 120 bucks for a brand new tire. Robert at the front desk was the greatest. Absolutely coming back here.

I feels like everyone here is an owner of the business The care factor is high at Just Tires in Thousand Oaks. And free tire repairs. We are 15 years with them, the lotalty rolls both ways. Love these guys!

I'm a delivery driver and I got a flat tire at 5:30 and the towtruck wasn't going to pick me up until 6, I called 5 different companies and no one would help me. I called Just Tires and Shelly saved me. When I arrived both Shelly and Robert took care of me. Reasonable prices and great workmanship. I just found my new tire place. Thank you both Shelly and Robert, you saved me and you didn't have to.

**UPDATE BELOW**I am honestly really happy with this establishment. These guys really treat me well and seem to really have my best interests at heart, which I am so grateful for.I m happy to let them help maintain my vehicle (Volvo S60 T5 Inscription Premiere), and every time I ve been here they ve been nothing short of helpful.They have great attitudes and the facility is always clean. Big plusses!**UPDATE: I just changed my review to three stars over five due to this last interaction. Most recently when I came, they didn t reset my maintenance light and tried to tell me to come back another day when they started to feel too busy to take care of me or were done with me after I paid. They also left my hood open, which I noticed because the open hood indicator light was very obviously on. Hopefully there are no other issues but considering that they didn t take the time to fix it themselves when the service guy admitted that he noticed it, and then tried to brush it off, has me trusting them less and worried about future issues. I ll probably go back to the dealership next time just based on the trust I lost with them there, even though they were nice and I ve had solid experiences here before.**

Went in for a custom alignment because they said they could. They tried their best and couldn t reach my desired specs which is okay for now. Don t know much about it. But they still charged me over regular price even though I didn t get the specs I desired. They even left stuff loose on my car even after asking if everything was tightened. I told them about it and he fixed it but ignored any other chance of anything else being loose. I could be in risk of crashing because I don t know if I have any other important components to my car loose

My only complaints are that it's almost impossible to reach by telephone. And after we bought 4 new tires, we had to return on Monday morning because the low tire pressure gauge flashed on. The problem was solved quickly by recalibrating on the dashboard. But, why didn't they do it after installing the tires, or at least warn us that this is normal after new tires are installed?! It would have saved us the worry and the hassle! Better staff training would solve this problem.

I have been using Just Tires to service multiple vehicles over the last 7+ years and they have been consistently amazing. Car issues can cause a lot of stress, but Robert has made it all so easy, affordable, and honest! When I visit this shop, I know Robert will take care of me and is always so kind to show me what s going on with my car and make recommendations. It s such a relief to have a trustworthy and consistent shop to take care of your car, no matter what you need! Not just tires ! Do yourself a favor and head over there the next time you need service.

Had an emergency with my tires when I was in Thousand Oaks. Came into the store and Gio was very helpful. Got me set up with new tires and in and out the door quickly so I could continue on with my day. Would definitely recommend this location.

Shelly / Shelley was wonderful in helping me with my tire repair when I dropped in unannounced, close to closing time at the shop. They are open til 7 which is really helpful. The repair tech did a great job. I will definitely refer Just Tires to anyone needing help with their wheels!!!

100% recommend! They are open til 7pm during the week, so I was able to get work done on my car when I thought I was out of luck because it was 5pm. The service could not have been more friendly and accommodating. If I could give more than five stars I would.

I am surprised I went there with a flat tire, and asked for a repair. They told me it s their policy that they don t repair a tire 2 years or older, which to me is odd as the average tire can last 3-5 years. The tread was fine on the tire that was flat, yet they insisted I buy a new tire. I went to the nearest gas station refilled it with air and drove to competitor and they did it for free. Now I am buying new tires for my other car at their competitor. I can t trust that this company won t try to over charge me.

I had been having an issue with my tire and needed to get it repaired quickly as I was on lunch. I spoke to Robert, and he immediately got to working on it. Customer service was FANTASTIC here and would highly recommend them! I look forward to bringing my business here in the future knowing they are friendly, time efficient, and go above and beyond.

Overbooked me for an appointment when I called the day before hand. Had a great service the first time I was here but the second time I came back this is a huge inconvenience especially when I use my car above the average person with mileage. Thanks for the business I m not coming back.

I came to Just Tires around noon on a Sunday afternoon. I drove from a competitor down the street who said I had a nail in my tire, they couldn't do a patch due to the warm weather, and they didn't have my tires in stock. They stated they could not do anything else for me. I had to ask if they could at least put air in my tire so I can figure out what I was going to do. When I drove to the just tires parking lot, i was already frustrated with my prior experience. But as soon as I got out, Fernando the manager, came out to my car and asked me what was wrong. He looked at my tire and told me that I would definitely need a new tire and we could hear the air coming out.He didn't have my tire in stock that day, but offered to lift the car up to look at the tire.When my car was lifted, he did notice that there is a tear in my tire and he offered to put a spare on for me. I truly appreciate Fernando and the other gentleman who assisted putting this tire on for me, because I didn't know what else to do and I live 30 minutes away. They did not charge me anything for the service, but I will definitely share how they saved the day for me, they have great customer service, and they did not take advantage of me because I'm a woman, who is also driving a luxury car. Thank you for Fernando and team for awesome service! Much appreciated!

I stopped in a few days ago at lunchtime, with a tire icon that's been going on and off for the last couple of months. I'd previously been to the Panorama City location, besides my mechanic and the dealer. Not one of the others explained the situation anywhere near as clear and concise, with lots of patience as did Tony. I went in the following day at lunchtime again, for them to take a look and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Tony and Shelly are the greatest. The gentleman who checked it out was also very nice. They're a distance from home, but the service and attitude are worth the drive, next time I need minor maintenance. I finally understand what he means. Before this newer car, I had a 2007 for 10 years and it didn't have that. Anyway, I'm happy! I also have to mention that Paul is great at customer service too. He's very upbeat and on the ball. He was efficient in ordering a tire for me last week. Sorry that I ended up not needing it since I went to a different location, being that my dental appointment had been cancelled. Forget the other place I was going to go to when it's time for an oil change, I'll be back to see them in a couple of months and hope they don't mind my bugging them again!

This business has unfortunately been getting worse and worse over the years. I have been taking my vehicles here for the last 10 years. I dealt with some frustrating changes over the years because they had a great promotion on services. However, the last time I went in to get an oil change they refused to do the service. A man claiming to be owner, whom I have never seen over the many years, argued that he would not do the same oil change that had been done for this particular vehicle for the last 5 years. Very unprofessional and rude. Go support another local business instead if you can. This is a shady operation that has become more and more deceptive over the years.

My tire light indicator was on and all of my tires were inflated. Booked an appointment online (same-day). Took about 45 minutes (I grabbed lunch nearby) and Robert called me and said that the tires were great, but just over inflated. He reset all of the tires to proper pressure and showed me how to reset the warning light. No charge. I'm a customer for life. Robert, the store manager, was amazing.

Every time I get EXCELLENT service. I was getting my car serviced at Lexus and they would charge me an arm and a leg. I get great service served up with such great customer service! I won t go anywhere else! Thank you to the amazing staff at Just tires in Thousand Oaks. You guys are amazing! I started with you at the start of the pandemic and am so happy to have found you! Thank you.

Had a nail in a tire, they immediately got to working and had it fixed in 25min! Super friendly super helpful, much better than my pep boys customer service experience. Forever coming here, forever recommending this place to my friends aswell!!

Shelly was the one that helped me and mom out and wow she was wonderful! I recommend this place for tire patches for sure ! Cheap and wonderful customer service from Shelly kept us updated didn t even wait that long she told us 30 and it was 30 ! Loved her! Thank you so much for the Shelly for your service girl! Appreciate it so much!

On of the best experiences I've had at an auto affiliation. I had a nail in my will and Fernando took care of it and did it in a timely manner. Shelley at the concierge was AWESOME! Great attitude great personality GREAT service! Thank you Just Tires!

I have been getting my truck serviced here for @ 4 years now. They are honest and affordable so I have recommended them to many of my friends. I have their credit card and love that I can pay off my balance in 6 months without interest (you have to charge a certain amount - I believe it's $250). Their oil change price is very reasonable. They also have mechanics there, so they offer more than tires. I have never had a problem and have had great customer service. I wish Robert the manager was still there because he was very friendly and helpful, but the rest of the guys are as well.

My mom was visiting our area from out of town, had an issue with her car, and stopped in at this location without an appointment. Carlos, the store manager, was courteous, kind, and professional and went above and beyond all expectations. He really put her mind at ease with his prompt diagnosis and solution. Thank you Carlos!!

I just had my Front struts replaced today. A week ago Saturday I had an oil change, filters changed. Shelly the manager was great. She had to order the struts. I come to this location because they have always done great work for good prices! It s the only place I will take my car. I trust them!

Let me start off with the fact I was going to my neighborhood Cadillac dealer to get an oil change and my tire looked at. When I got there the service line was around the dealership. I had to get to an appt so I knew my tire needed to be checked. I googled tire places by the dealership and found just tires. It was about 745am so I did not think they would be open so I planned on sitting until they opened. But to my surprise when I pulled in Shelly was open. Had a smile and was happy to get me in eventhough it was a few minutes before they opened. All the bay doors were open and the place was clean. Man when I tell you I was pleased and happy that I was able to find a place like this in my haste, trust me it's the truth! 5 stars in my book! Nick and Logan worked on my car and did and outstanding job. Cant. Complain at all.

Paul was super awesome and helpful when it came to advising me on what I should do when I need new tires on a lease. Their prices were really reasonable and they did the job quickly. Thank you! Shelly was very nice as well.
