Awful experience at TO Landrover dropped my car off in November 2023, and 5 months later I picked it up in pieces. Originally I was told it was the cooling system, I approved the work after the service agent confirmed that it would fix the problem. $4100 later I get told i can t pick up my car because while test driving it they also found the timing chain was an issue, after being quoted an additional $10k I get told that it was the engine which would be about $28,734k. Disappointed on how long it took for them to figure out the problem and the fact that I was charged for the original fixes even though it always was the engine. I picked up my car in pieces. Never again the experts failed me. My poor car was turned over to me like it was trash to them. See below

I had to take my vehicle in for service. The service tech I worked with (Andre) was great. He's super knowledgeable and responsive - he made the whole process go smoothly and seamlessly.

They no longer sell Jaguars here. It's a Land Rover establishment at this point Jaguar has taken all the signage down so if you are looking for Jaguar Servicing it is here but you will not see the Jaguar sign on the outside of the building go to the Land Rover building. Evidently Jaguar is making some big changes

Best service department in SoCal. They made a not so ideal situation go smoothly and we are beyond grateful for their efforts and professionalism. Every service advisor is knowledgeable and hardworking. The service manager (Rick) leads an amazing/trustworthy team! They are extremely communicative and go above and beyond for customers. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here for all your service needs. Satisfied customer!

I have driven luxury cars for a long time but they've always been pre-owned. So when I made the decision to factory order a brand new Jaguar XJR sport it was a monumental step up from the cars I've driven before not to mention a huge financial commitment. Bonnie Smith took great care of me, making sure that everything went smoothly and that the entire process was completely enjoyable. She is deeply knowledgeable about Jaguar and Land Rover products making the entire process seamless. I highly recommend Bonnie Smith to anyone interested in purchasing one of these beautiful, British luxury vehicles.

The panel with the map and courtesy lights fell out into my right hand as I was diving East on Thousand Oaks Blvd. I could not drive this way so I drove slowly towards TO Jaguar Service Dept. and in distress asked the Service Manager for help. He looked into the car and was able to find a screw that fell into the sunglasses compartment. He put the screw back and tightened it fixing the problem. I get all my service on my 2001 Jag XJR at TO Jaguar which I baby with only 52,000 miles after 17 years of ownership. It is so great to have this wonderful team including the Service Msnager and my service advisor Victor Avalos to take such great care of my Jag.

Whenever I have to bring in my jaguar for servicing I have found Jaguar Thousand Oaks really great. My service consultant, Efrain Manzo is easy to reach, explains in detail what needs to be fixed or serviced. He does his best to get my car service finished quickly. I often either wait for my car or use a really appreciated gracious loaner. I have found Jaguar TO to be a reputable, honest and quality dealership and would recommend them to anyone who has a jag.

Lousy communication from service writer. Saw an opportunity to seriously overcharged me, because they had to buy a used part (at 3 times it s list price). Promised a discount and didn t receive it. Car took almost 2 weeks to get back. I d call to find out status and not get a call back. Come on guys let s screw the customer because we are a big outfit and we can. I will never take my car to these people again. They simply don t care about their customers and certainly don t teach customer service skills. Get a quote then price it out. I saved $700 on rear brakes; for what they quoted I could have done all 4 wheels. Same for wipers and oil change.

I have been a long time Jaguar owner and customer in San Diego and received great service. However, the same cannot be said about this particular dealership in Thousand Oaks.I tried to purchase a used car from them and sent multiple text and messages to the sales rep (Wayne). I was traded back in forth with him an another sales rep. I asked Wayne for the all in cost which I was promised in a couple of hours on Thursday afternoon.Received nothing.Messaged again the next morning at 10am to follow up and was told that he got busy will get me numbers later today. Got nothing.Followed up again Friday around 4 pm and was told "please understand that weekends here are very busy".Literally I was begging them to sell me the car, but alas, they are too busy for a sale. If you are so busy, why did you make promises that you will send it right away? why not refer me to someone else then?I even told him I would pay a deposit to hold the car since I wouldn't be able to make it from SD to LA till Monday, to which they said the don't do.By the time he got me the number it was past bank wire cut off and there was no way i could wire the money before Monday. Received a text message Sunday afternoon that the car is sold.From a luxury brand you would expect better service but I have yet to receive such lousy service before from any car dealership.

I had a question about a delicate removal of a plastic part in order to install a wind screen. My service advisor understood the problem and immediately summoned the head mechanic who was quickly able to pop off the parts and send me on my way. Great customer service, thanks again

Had a wonderful experience with the sales/finance team here at JLR Thousand Oaks. Although I didn t purchase a jaguar or Land Rover, I came all the way down from NorCal to purchase a pre Owned 20 cayenne coupe and they were very accommodating. Special s/o to Marisa, her sales manager at the time, and Mirna for helping make this process happen! True to their word, delivered on their promised part and helped me turn in my bmw for a fair price, acknowledging I came a long way to make this happen.My only minor gripe was that they would not honor the tire replacement even though it was slashed on the side.. but still that leaves me with 4.5 stars, rounded to 5 on this rating system.From the very beginning, Marisa was very good at following up and always making sure I was good with the experience. She had the car waxed and polished twice and has still not failed as a sales agent from A to Z. Mirna was very personable and very honest about all the things a finance person, from my past experience, that they don t usually do.Great experience all around!

I ve leased over 9 cars in the last 10 years. My recent experience at Thousand Oaks Jaguar, and specifically working with Andreas, topped them all. The dealership is in perfect condition - clean and beautiful. They have a fantastic inventory. The deal making progress was as straightforward as it gets. Andreas was a gentleman and I d definitely like to work with him again. He was honest and kind. This is my first Jaguar, but it looks like it won t be my last.

Best customer service ever!!! They all go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Highly recommend dealing with them for whatever fabulous Jag or Rover you choose. If looking to purchase we love Robert Naderi. So nice and professional and no pressure. Very knowledgeable staff and maintenance crew as well!!! Can say enough about this dealership. New showroom is awesome!!!! Lots of great deals to be made as well.

A horrible place to purchase a vehicle. My wife and I purchased a beautiful used LR4 for asking price and after a day of ownership noticed a hard to see small dent on the drivers side door. We took it back to show the service manager Darrell, who tells us " It's a used car, what do you expect". Well.. I expect the car to be perfect just as you and your salesman stated.Outcome: After much complaining and finding out they knew about the dent prior to the sale, they fixed it. Why does a client need to fight for what is right?Second case: Radio goes out after 3 months and they want $300 to fix it, even though we have a full extra, extra warranty coverage. Coverage doesn't cover software updates it appears. Great job LR of Thousand Oaks. I'll do without a radio then to ever deal with your rude, sleazy and self-serving dealership.Outcome: Took the vehicle to a LR mechanic and he tells me, "The radio is bad and no update could ever repair it. Better take it to a dealer for replacement".FYI: Service agents were great and pros. Darrell the sales/service manager and Salesman, Dave P. were horrible.What was learned: Read the warranty carefully, even if it takes you days and don't purchase a car from Land Rover of Thousand Oaks!!!!!

The easiest and most fun buying experience I've ever had thanks to my amazing salesman, JR! After telling him what I was looking for, he helped me dial in exactly the vehicle I wanted and it was PERFECT! I got a great deal on my dream car without all the haggling nonsense. JR is a true professional.Thank you, JR and the Jaguar/Land Rover team, for helping me to start 2020 off with a bang in my hot F-Pace. :D

Maybe it's because I made an out of state purchase that they dont put too much effort into customer satisfaction but it was a roller coaster ride with these guys. They are a one price shop but it gets fishy at some points of the process.The salesman Andreas was great. He was very responsive to all my questions and was very patient with me. However, as an out of state buyer, we want to be very thorough with the car and the process. I'll be honest, I had quite a few inquiries and he did forget about some but if I reminded him, he got to it and made sure I got my answer. Unfortunately, he doesn't hold all the answers which creates quite a bit of delay.I was charged $900 for DMV fees and I'm assuming they use an outside agent to facilitate out of state purchases for the requirements and what not. Monica who is the person I had to go through at Thousand Oaks is terrible to put it nicely. Unresponsive and lacks knowledge. It's been more than a month since the purchase and shipment of my vehicle and I have no registration or plates. As Monica is supposed to be a professional who is supposed to help customers during the car purchasing process, I had to reach out to HER in order to get the ball rolling. Again, I paid $900 in DMV fees alone to get this all done by them but she told me I need to do my own research on my state requirements.I had to get the car shipped from California to New York and they said they do not profit off any shipping of vehicles. Sounds great. I got charged $2,500 to get the vehicle shipped by Thousand Oaks. When the vehicle arrived to me, I got the invoice from their shipping provider and the bill was for $2,250. Still have yet to hear back about this one but I didn't get it in writing so... my loss.The car also doesn't seem to have the repairs it said to have had during the CPO certification process. When I got my keys, one of the keys cover was already falling off. Still waiting on the replacement cover however so it was a nice gesture from them to send me one (even though it shouldve been repaired prior). I get that they didn't have to do this and whatever I have is now "as is".Not taking off any stars or adding a review of the condition of the vehicle because I am buying it sight unseen so it is buyer beware there.TLDR : Great salesman and customer service pre purchase. Roller coaster ride post purchase. Probably not worth it if you are buying out of state.

My service advisor - Victor is exceptional n has been wonderful in addressing all concerns since day 1 of purchase! Purchased a CPO F type. Sales staff was great. It's been 14 months and I want to have the 12 month service done. Apparently Jaguar only allows the 12 month service to be done within 13 months. After that, you are just out of luck. What?? The car gives no such warning and neither does the dealer? Given this absurdity from Jaguar Corporate, you would think in an effort to provide quality customer service I would have been contacted by Silver Star when either a) the 12 month service was due or b) when the time deadline arbitrarily imposed by Jaguar was coming up. Nada. Neither happened. Further that when I complained that the 2nd annual service should be covered by Silver Star since I never heard of nor ever signed anything regarding a time limit for annual service work, that the Silver Star would want a happy customer and offer to give me a complimentary service. This especially given the service is just an oil change and filter. Moreover, knowing that this is a recurring problem for Jag owners, Silver Star one would think, would take actions to avoid the type of unpleasant conversation I just had. All in all pretty disappointing customer service.

I had no key for the wheel locks in my trunk and was told it had to be ordered because they were specific to each car. The key lock looked pretty generic to me, but no matter. The staff is friendly and courteous and helpful, no issues there; but in October I was told I needed some sort of computer part from England to fix a glitch in the software that kept showing an error message on my screen that was not accurate. 4 months went by until the key lock problem arose and I went to the dealer. I mentioned this error message situation again, but it's been another month and still no response or action to get whatever part needs to fix this error message.

The service at JTO is amazing. Last time, they not only washed my car and rubbed out a lot of scratches, but they detailed the interior. And while doing that, they gave me a free loaner. The staff, especially Raoul, is just outstanding. I will never buy a car elsewhere.
