I had an exceptional experience at House Automotive in Thousand Oaks! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Jasiel and his team at HOUSE did an excellent job on my Porsche Cayenne. I had a nightmare on my hands with a dead battery and they were very knowledgeable, super attentive to detail, and offered me a fair and reasonable price. They also provided me with a rental car. My car was serviced quickly and efficiently and I highly recommend them to fellow Porsche owners. I came back a few months later for an oil change and also had the same superb experience and customer service. Very satisfied customer, thank you!

Like most Porsche owners, we care deeply for our cars. A fellow enthusiast recommended House Automotive to me and I have been very happy with them! The guys are responsive and approachable. You can tell they are playing the long game with their customers: They are committed to great service at reasonable prices. Some shops are in it for whatever money they can get out of their customers, not House Automotive. They are interested in creating lasting relationships based on honesty, courtesy and prompt, professional work. I highly recommend all Porsche owners to visit House the next time their car needs servicing.

I have been having superb service at House for the past year or so. I had a previous service connection corrected and was extremely satisfied with the service AND the communication regarding the symptoms and solution. The technician was so thorough in his explanation that all my slight worries were eliminated. I next had some accessories installed ( screens over the radiator intakes. The job was completed on time and again I felt very confident of the solution to the desired end results. Today's service - an routine oil/filter/inspection again, was performed with excellence, a lab oil sample was drawn, and the communication of the results of the inspection was excellent resolving all of my obsessive little fears. Thanks to the staff at House Automotive. I will continue to trust them with my Porsche' s needs and especially diagnostic expertise. A big thank you !!

The guys at house are the best. Was recommended from the owner of grid partners Rob, they do all the work on his gt3. Gave me a great in depth review of what was going on underneath my car and it was a lot more clear and informative than the dealer!

I had an itch to bring out a more aggressive exhaust note from my 958 Cayenne GTS. So I called Greg at HOUSE Automotive for advice, his suggestion kept my truck emissions legal and opened such an aggressive exhaust note when I hit my exhaust button.The work was quick (about 2 hours) and extremely reasonable.If you re a Porsche owner and your vehicle is out of factory warranty, without any hesitation take it to HOUSE they re truly the best alternative Indy Shop that specializes on Porsche vehicles only!Thank you!!!Service: Exhaust

I had my older Boxster S at the shop.House did a great job with the diagnosis which was not straight forward, and the repair of the problem. Customer service, especially the communication and the quality work were excellent. I ll go back and would recommend the place to others.

Went in for my major service and few other items on the Carrera T, great location and so happy House Automotive has expanded into the Ventura County area. My service advisor Karina is fantastic, very knowledgeable and detail oriented. House Automotive has been instrumental in keeping my cars in peak performance condition. For any Porsche service and upgrade needs, definitely make house automotive your first choice.
