They did a great job repairing my car after some rodent damage, and suggested an electronic device that would keep mice away from my car in the future. I ordered it, but when I couldn t install it myself they did it for free! Miguel was very helpful and knowledgeable. My Baby, a 2009 Chevy Tahoe 6.2 was having major problems and was unable to be driven. I had my Tahoe towed to Gallardos. The only info I could give them was my engine had severe engine knocking and I was thinking it was a broken rod or lifter, it wouldn't even idle,it was undrivable. Gallardo service techs diagnosed my engine not finding any metal shavings in my oil, removing my valve covers visually could not see any broken engine parks and discovering I had a stuck lifter valve. I was given several options by them replace the motor new, get a used engine both very costly then suggested an oil additive that might free up my lifter and possibly get my Tahoe on the road again. Choosing the oil additive and receiving my total bill of $110 bucks my Tahoe was in the driveway as I arrived idleing purring like the 6.2 I'm familiar with. My check engine light was still on my dash and it was still recommended that I replace my motor for a long lasting fix. I've had my Tahoe two days now and it idles almost as if it were brand new and my check engine light has gone off all by its self.I am so impressed with the thoroughness and experience ,honesty and customer service I will recommend everyone that needs auto work to them, and will go to them for any auto needs I have in the future. I'm so greatful for there want to do the best for there customers not just see them as dollar signs. I am truly greatful, thank you

I went to Gallardo s after getting an insanely high quote from the Honda dealer. They said they could do the same thing for much cheaper. They then told me they didn t need to replace a belt because it looked brand new (the dealer said it needed to be done, probably without looking). I felt like I could trust them. They did the work fast. I brought the car back for another issue and they were fast and did good work. I m a customer for life now.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very happy with fix on a/c and motor flush. Still getting codes on TCM and oil pump. Based on conversation with mechanic, I d like to bring car back for diagnostic testing to identify potential electrical issues on CAN bus. Overall, I was very impressed with your shop!

This place is awesome! They did an excellent job fixing my truck s exhaust leak and A/C system. Prices were pretty reasonable. I was very impressed with the service and professionalism. They were in constant communication with me throughout the whole job. I will definitely be taking my vehicles here for anything I can t do myself. Best shop in Conejo Valley by far!

Gallardo's is always very helpful when I have car problems or need maintenance. They do repairs quickly (within a day for may repairs) and are very good about communicating. They also provide rides from and back to the shop when necessary. When it comes to quality, honestly and fair treatment, Gallardo's is the way to go. We have been taking our 4 cars( Mini Cooper paceman, Corvette, GtI, and Ford St) for years now and we have never been disappointed. Technicians are great and very personable too. You. always feel that you are getting a special treatment. Miguel, Anthony, and Angel are my go too guys any time I have any issue. They always get the job done and don't spend days fixing it like other places. I have been to Gallardo's several times. Every time they have been polite and professional. They are easy to talk to and they get things done right the first time. When I got there with a starter problem they asked a few questions and told me they could fix it. A few hours later (not days) they called and said it was done. Besides fixing it the price to fix it was way less than the dealer quoted. If you have a car problem take it to Gallardo's.Service: General repairs & maintenance
