Previously reviewed under 'Alignments Plus' about eleven months ago. Tim, Max, Jim, and Nick are a pleasure to work with. I ve had several alignments performed here in previous years, and they ve always done a great job with that. This time, they helped me to make informed decisions about prepping my vehicle for sale. Had a few services done and the car drives great. They re extremely knowledgeable and make an effort to explain things thoroughly. The final bill was consistent with the initial estimate, which is always a good thing. Will be using Conejo Precision for all future maintenances. Tim and crew really helped me out. My car broke down in Westlake and a friend recommended me to this shop. Tim took in my car and replaced my alternator and battery the next morning. Can t thank him enough for being fair with cost and labor. I will definitely use his business again and will recommend his shop to people I know around the area. Thank you!

The guys are the real deal! The bmw dealership wanted to charge me over double what I was charged for an alignment at Conejo Precision. They are so professional, responsive and quick! I had a oil leak and could not find it myself. They had it identified and repaired within 4 hours. Now there are no new oil stains on my driveway. They were kind, informative and upfront with the cost estimate. They charged the estimated amount and kept me informed of their progress and findings. I just had some maintenance done, but the crew here was friendly, professional and got the job done in time and per quoted cost. Been over a week and no issues arising from any of the work and I am very happy and will definitely use them again as the need arises.

We were traveling and thought we had a transmission fluid leak in out 2014 jeep Cherokee. Tim and Marx got us in the same day, checked the transmission and even top off our coolant without any charge. They were honest and very helpful. So thankful for mechanics like these guys!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Read my review and buyer beware. I bring in my truck for window not working. I am told it is the motor regulator $300. I have them replace it. I get the truck, but the next day the window doesn't work properly. I bring it back then now tell me its the switch and another $300. Why didn't they tell me it was switch to begin with or it was the motor and the switch? Regardless, I go on Amazon order the part of $21 and and install in 10 minutes. They gave me B.S. about the part cost and labor time. Everything you believe about not trusting mechanics is what I got from this place!Service: Auto glass repair

I have happily and repeatedly come to Conejo Precision Auto Repair for their expertise, responsiveness, clarity of communications, and reasonable / competitive pricing. 5.0 star rating 6/1/2017These guys are simply the BEST . I take all my cars in for service to them. I deal with Max and Jim, both are fantastic. They took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done. My vehicles were serviced promptly and back to me the same day, they did an excellent job and addressed ALL of my concerns. Their service charges are very fair without any pressure or attempts to up-sell me on services I did not need. I would highly recommend them!!

I found this business searching in the internet and I just needed an alignment. Glad I went here. Costs were lower than other places and it is a local and friendly business. Easy and no hassle. I parked my truck for about a year after it failed smog. Eventually I got around to bringing it in to a shop, and based on conversations with some people I knew I decided to bring it here. The guys were patient and friendly, and have me updates when parts were on backorder. Once the parts came in they were able to get my truck done before lunch. The cost was reasonable and as expected. These guys are honest and hard-working, and I'll definitely bring my own vehicles in if it's something I can't fix myself. I'd also recommend them to friends and family. You can't go wrong IMHO.

Been there multiple times with various cars. Max has always been fair, honest and efficient. On occasion the price he has quoted has ended up lower than expected and he always passes the savings on to us. Always more than reasonable and knowledgeable.

Conejo Precision has been a great find! I happened to pull up at the shop and randomly took my car in. It has been nothing but great service. Max is professional, with fair pricing, and responsible. A good communicator with updates regarding issues with my vehicle.

Max has been spectacular in addressing all the needs of my BMW z3. He has also been adept at addressing the needs of those I send his way.I always feel that his prices are fair, his explainations understandable, and his solutions solid.I would not go anywhere else.

I find it difficult to believe anyone had a negative experience here! Max and the team are friendly, honest and extremely knowledgeable. On top of that they were very fair on pricing. You can't ask for much more from an auto shop. Don't waste your time anywhere else!

Very expensive. Charged me $306 (asked for $354 but reduced it to $306) for changing spark plugs for my Toyouta Sequoia. He charged about two hours for his time and $13.63 per spark plug, which seemed higher, almost twice as other people pay for the same service.

I think Jim is pretty knowledgable but work sent out for carburetor repair came back with the linkage to the transmissions disconnected. When I took it back he told me to take it to a transmissin specialist. I kindly informed him of the error and he was willing to fix it on the spot (good intensions, but not so smart). Also some other linkage on the carburetor was rubbing against a part on the engine. I wound up fixing this myself. They replaced an electrical box which all the screws fell out within 3 months. I told him to inspect the entire engine area and inform me of ANYTHING he saw wrong. Three months after repair I had a major water hose leak. Turned out the hose was rotten. Apparently no inspection was done. I didn't mind paying the money- just want my vehicle fixed. So now I have the carburetor apart trying to figure out why the float needle is sticking. I've worked on cars all my life so I recognize good and bad work when I see it. Unfortunately Jim has allowed people to come in and apparently undermine his good work. Too bad. Since my vehicle sat for several months it is out of warranty. At this point I have no trust. Doesn't mean he can't fix basic problems. Just can't do a complete job.
