I had a great experience with Caliber Collision and specifically with Kenneth. He made a quick and thorough inspection of my car and the estimate was emailed to me later that day. Kenneth was considerate of my car insurance rental time period and was able to bring my initial finish date down by over a week ensuring I did not use all of my car insurances rental days. I got my car back today and it was beautiful. It looks brand new and the people that worked on it did a wonderful job. The process and communication were streamlined and I am also grateful for the wonderful woman working at the front desk. She was so calm and friendly and she made getting to and from Hertz stress free by arranging rides. Thank you all so much. My car looks beautiful!!

Caliber Collision is the best collision repair experience I have ever experienced !! Staff is friendly, professional and courteous. They kept me in the loop every step of my cars repair. The car was fully repaired in record time to my amazement. It took longer dealing with my insurance company than getting my car fully repair and back in my garage. This was a great experience given the horrible situation (hit and run by a Tesla driver damaged my Mercedes S580) I wish I could give Caliber Collision 10 stars not just 5.

Great costumer service, easy going shop. Was simple drop off and easy pick up.Car come out great, I even looked underneath and it was branded Range Rover part. Work through insurance my car is Range Rover. Recommend and would comeback.

Very pleasant and efficient. Plus their work is excellent. They kept me informed and kept me up to date all the time they had my car. They even repaired my car faster than the first date they gave me. After an accident one is always nervous and to find someone who seems to care about you and your car is wonderful. Bonnie h

I ll start by sharing the end result, I was 100% satisfied of my BMW 2020 repair quality. And I would also like to add their was some things that could ve been done sooner. I understand their was a learning curve on a newer car like this and they were waiting for supplies. This auto shop did everything wrong on my car. From the start of customer service and keeping me updated. Kenneth rushed me or sounded annoyed anytime I spoke. He did not hear me out with my concerns. When I picked up my car it appeared okay, and then I had to go back two times in one day. They left broken pieces on my car and didn t change them. I told Keneth my door closed weird and he blamed it on the incline. Took my car to get some wrap done on it, to find out my door is on crooked. The paint job done has trash on it, and like mentioned before I still have broken pieces on my car. Took my car to another body shop to get a second opinion, to hear that they ripped me off. They said they placed new items on my car or changed them when they weren t. I know to get my car fixed again, at least two weeks. They could have easily made things right with me, I went twice in one day. All Kenneth did was rush me and disregard everything I had to say.

Fantastic work on my wife's Mercedes. Second time bringing a car to this shop for repairs. And they brought it to my house when it was finished because we couldn't get out there.Highly recommend this shop.

They did an excellent job on repairing my car, which needed a passenger's side rear door replaced and trim repaired. Ana was a very nice Customer Service Agent and Kenny was an excellent Service Advisor. They completed my repairs ahead of time and washed my car before they returned it. It was all sparkly and clean when I picked it up. Paying my insurance deductible only while they billed the insurance company for the balance was very easy to process. Their reception area had coffee and water while I waited for short term repairs. I highly recommend this body shop!Service: Body & Trim

This Review is for Caliber Collision at 3169 Los Feliz Dr. T.O CA 91362. I recently received an email that they can not find me their list and I might be referring to another Caliber Collision which absolute pathetic and non-sensical. No, I am referring to the one in Los Feliz Dr. I never ever forget the attitude, behavior, body and face gesture which was absolutely unprofessional, immoral and undignified. The are trying to manipulate and deceive public. They have picture of my damaged car on their web page and I was in contact with Keith and Josh who were so prejudice, dishonest and undignified. The email address they mention in their response is full of non-sense. I have contacted Caliber Collision head quarter twice and spoke with their area manger and the were corrupted also. I have the same review which is as followed:Insurance Fraud. Charge insurance for unnecessary items. Because insurance does not check them out.Bunch of liars and cheats with no morality, mercy, dignity and ethics.So so prejudice.So money oriented. Estimated 32K, but true cost was 9K.Poor quality of paint, repair work and keep the car for long time.Do not believe them.Every time I see Caliber Collision signs anywhere it would disgusts me. They left a bad taste and bad memory.They drove my car for their personal use. My black box shows that car was at advisors house in Simi Valley the night before car being picked up. I was at shop early morning to pick up my car and I saw advisor drove to shop driveway and gate was closed and parked behind the gate. They denied that, but GPS and Blackbox does not lie. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. I had my car repaired after a car accident and it looks like new! Anna at the front desk was welcoming and nice. Fernando (Service Specialist) explained all of the repairs that they would do and he kept me informed every step of the way. My car was finished earlier than I expected. Caliber Collision should have been my first choice from the start because not only do they work directly with your insurance (I have Geico), you can pick up and drop off your rental there too! Jason was my main point of contact and he kept me updated on everything about my vehicle and I was even able to pick up my car 2 days earlier than expected!

They quoted me $12,000 for an accident repair. I took it somewhere else and they did the same work for $3500. The shop I took it too also refuted the claims caliber made about frame damage etc. They straight up lied to get as much money as possible from the insurance company, which in turn cause me a slew of problems. They also broke my battery terminal (and never mentioned it) and took (stole) an item from my car. I had to call there 10 times to get my property replaced.

I had an amazing experience at Caliber Collision, all thanks to Chris and the team. Chris provided exceptional customer service - consistently following up with me and delivering flawless fender repairs. The repairs were completed in just three days, the results were flawless, leaving my car looking brand new. AMAZING PLACE!!!! The staff from the desk people, managera, and mechanics were all super friendly, nice, patient, and knowledgeable. Told them about what had happened at the last repair shop I went to and they went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have a horrible experience like before. Kept me informed pretty much every day. Car was ready early. If you're looking for a repair shop, look no further cause Caliber Collision will become your repair shop!!

Excellent experience at this shop. All personnel were professional, courteous and highly competent. I was kept informed at all times, and my car was ready early. It s never fun to have your car in the shop, but these people made it totally painless! I ve used several shops in town over the years, and these folks are in a league of their own. I will never go anywhere else!OK, I have to add to this review, because later the same month I had another car in for repair.And no, the first experience wasn t a one-off. Again, excellent customer service, wonderful communication and a first class job. It is very apparent that the management at this shop works tirelessly to instill good practices at every level. My 10-year old Kia, which just had a new engine installed, 4 new tires, and new brakes not 3 days earlier, was hit as i was driving in a parking lot, and the front passenger quarter panel and wheel assembly were severely damaged.I had it towed to Caliber Collision on Friday about 15 minutes before they closed, who sent an estimate directly to the other driver's insurer, State Farm, the following Monday. I received a call from Caliber on Monday afternoon that the insurance company agreed to pay for the repair, which was nearly $6k, plus my $1,000 deductible and a 3-week car rental to boot.I think a mic drop by Caliber would not be out of order.

I have always heard great things about Caliber Collision and Kenny h . So when my CTS-V needed paint and body work I knew just where to take it. As heartbreaking as it was to have my car damaged, I left there with a smile. Kenny h. Has a very calming way about him. I felt very reassured and knew my car was in good hands . Thank you everyone at Caliper Collision and especially you Kenny .(I wrote this over a year ago) ask for Kenny, he'll take real good care of you. Tell him Nico sent you. I was in a hit and run accident at the end of January which left myself and my car in a sticky situation. I had used caliber many year prior to this and when it was time to pick a shop and I saw them on my list I was happy and ready to go. The customer service there is top notch and they were able to get me in pretty quick. I worked with Kenny who was patient and helped explain everything that needed to be done and what my time frames were looking like. I knew with part delays it could take several weeks, I was able to get a rental, but Kenny made it a point to not only stay in contact but he gave me options for what kind of parts I wanted and went above and beyond calling local shops when a part we needed was backordered for WEEKS! Overall my repair took a little over 2 weeks. When I came for my pick up, Kenny had taken care of a busted light and had my car looking better than ever! Fast forward now, my car was garaged for several weeks after my repair due to me being out of town. When I came back I had noticed that a small area of paint on my front bumper looked a bit funky and after a few more days I noticed that it had split. I reached back out to caliber and spoke with Anna who got me in super fast to see the shops GM Trenton. Trenton came out and looked at the area I was talking about and with the paint being under warranty said that he would take care of it no issue. It is SO important to me to have genuine, authentic and reliable service and caliber just goes above and beyond. Trenton set me up to have my car in the shop while I'm out of town and has made sure that this process has been nothing but smooth for all parties. I cannot give enough praise to this business, seriously the place to go for all your car repair needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I thought that Covid killed customer service but I was wrong, Caliber Collision proved that quality craftsmanship, integrity, communication and down right nice people still exist, from the initial estimate to picking up my freshly washed car they exceed my expectations at every turn. Daily text messages detailing the progress, completing the work 3 days early, Kenny spelled out exactly what was needed and how, putting me at ease. The results were fantastic! My car is 100% again. I can't say enough about them! I had a very frustrating experience with my insurance company (State Farm) until I got to Caliber Collision. They took over and made things happen. All staff were happy, friendly and professional. Great communication. And they did what they said they were going to do and delivered in advance of commitments. I am satisfied with the end product, timeliness, and updates about the work on my car.The initial communication with person checking the care and receptionist was very poor to none. The repair man asked me for the car keys, checked my car and told me there would be forms to sign inside the office. I did not ask questions at this point because I expected someone to explain the process when signing the forms. The receptionist gave me the forms to sign and the only conversation was " Can we use your phone number to contact you via texts? if so sign here". That was it during the time I dropped the car.Now, the text updates and prompt response a couple of days after dropping the car was great. I wish I had the same level of communication when dropping my car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
