Awesome experience! Robert is a phenomenal, honest mechanic. He got my vehicle in within days of my initial contact and he performed all the needed repairs/services at the highest quality that same day (Tie Rod, Control Arm, Installation of a Transmission Cooler, Alignment....) He ensured everything was 100% mechanically perfect with my initial vehicle needs as well as checking over my vehicle for anything else that may have needed to be addressed. Everything checked out and was in good shape. I could definitely tell that the work he performed made a noticeable improvement with the issues I had been experiencing. The prices were fantastic compared to other places I looked into. Highly recommended. I took a series of lengthy trips since the work was completed and it is running so well. Hands down, this is the best mechanic I've ever been too as well as the best priced. Robert goes above and beyond with his work and it clearly shows. After getting my car back today, it runs like-new again and everything about it makes me beyond impressed with his expertise and skills. I've been to tens of different mechanics around Thousand Oaks, Westlake, Simi, Newbury, etc throughout the years and I'm always somehow disappointed. But for once in my life, I finally found the guy!!!Robert, thank you so much for your time and dedication and if I could give you more stars, I would. 1000% would recommend you to anyone for anything. Robert is the best!! He has repaired & maintained 4 of my cars over the past 10 years and always provided us with truly honest professional service at very reasonable prices. Beattie Automotive is the only place I trust and that says a lot especially coming from an Engineer.

We have used Beattie Automotive for services for many years. He has always done a fantastic job, very honest and thorough. He takes the time to look at your whole car so impending issues can be fixed or at least you are aware of them if you chose not to fix them immediately. He services our luxury car and two older cars coming up on 200,000 miles and they are all running well. I cannot say enough positive things about Robert and his crew, they are truly amazing and really care about you as their client. Robert was so wonderful to me with all my crazy questions and how worried I was about my son being safe in his fabulous car, thankfully I have no worries about the working mechanics of my sons car. It was almost without words to hear my sons car(which sat for 5 years and was his Grandpas) roar and sound better even than when it was Daddy s. It s very hard to find a reliable, affordable, and caring shop to take your car to but that s exactly what this shop is!!! I m very thankful and grateful for everything that was done to the car and tires, and how they understand how much the car means to our family. Robert and his wife are kind and their vibe is warm and inviting they make you feel like family. We were able to walk in and get an oil change and smog done all while waiting, we were in and out within an hour. Robert is professional and even does the work himself. We Trust his experience and love the work ethic. Will definitely bring our cars for any concerns as they offer Great customer service!

It was my first time going over to Beattie Automotive to service my son's car and I was very happy with the level of honesty and very professional attitude. I ended up taking my own car back to Beattie for service within 3 days because of the satisfaction I got from them on my first visit. I started dealing with this shop after the Corvette dealer could not help since GM no longer made the part I needed. The service was excellent, fairly priced and professional. Robert really stands by his work and made some additional adjustments for me. I take all of my cars here - domestic and foreign. Robert does great work, and does only the work that is needed. If there is a minor issue that can wait, he doesn't push to fix it. He performs troubleshooting and repairs; I even had him replace an entire engine. Competitive pricing, and repairs that are done right the first time - what more could you want?!

I am an ASE certified Master Technician in both auto and heavy diesel who moved away from working on cars years ago. Robert is the ONLY person that I have trusted to work on my vehicles. He has been fixing my families vehicles and work fleet vehicles for years now. The work is always beyond expectation. He has gone the extra mile to make sure things are 110%. He probably doesn't know, but I do double check when I get it back. Shhhh. He has cleaned up areas that he has worked on and that he knew would never be seen. Pride in his work. He treats every vehicle like it was his own, even my employers old maintenance trucks. They are treated with the same care as you would expect with brand new $500,000 super car. We are so lucky to have come across this place. My boyfriend and I were on a 5 hour road trip back home and we noticed a growling noise getting louder and louder as we drove so we stopped for safety reasons. My bf figured it was the front drivers side wheel bearings failing and heating up as we drove because he looked up similar symptoms of XB owners. We called the closest shop that was open until 6pm near us and explained our situation and thankfully Beattie Automotive was able to help us right away with a new hub & wheel bearings for my Scion XB. Quick service, no BS or up selling, even checked and upped my oil and tire pressure on our way out. Robert sent us a follow up text to check in with everything a few days later, top notch service. My car now runs smoother than ever. Really appreciative of the whole experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Beattie Automotive is the best of the best. He is trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable. With other companies, I have had a problem with them trying to just get me to purchase more or telling me I needed to do something that wasn t the necessary. Beattie Automotive will tell when something is imperative for the health of your vehicle. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs. The best!!!!

I highly recommend Beattie Automotive. I was recommended to them by my Sister. I took my 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche to them. Courtesy Chevrolet charged me $600 to tell me they wanted $10k in repairs. Bobbie and his team diagnosed AND fixed the problems for less than $1k. After a drive to and from Texas, I took my angel back to Bobbie for another check up...no issues. Exceptional customer service!

Having recently moved from NY to Westlake Village ,I did not have a local mechanic . Having seen an ad for Beattie Automotive in my local / town paper I decided to give them a try . Rob was friendly and professional right from my initial call to make an appointment . The work was done in a timely fashion , at a very fair price . Robert is always kinda and warm and always willing to fit people in his schedule. He is very thorough in all of his services and goes above and beyond. I ve always been skeptical about any type of mechanic ripping me off, because I m a woman, but Robert is far from that. I won t go to anyone else.

Bobbie has taken care of our family and friends for years,he always goes out of his way to help, even picking up cars from my residence and taking to his shop, honest, fast, reliable. Bad customer service. Went in with my mother to have her vehicle diagnosed was to told they can fix it but had to wait to for parts,fast forward two weeks later no call, so I made the call and they had us come in once again and sit in the lobby for two hours before a tech came in just to say couldn't find parts and mind you my mother is 77 years old What he said was you should find another shop. When asked by the receptionist why they couldn't just tell us over the phone she rolled her eyes and replied with a question as to who referred us anyways. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone
