Went in for a battery issue. Had a quick chat about my broken key fob and in 5 minutes it was fixed. These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and service oriented. Don't hesitate to stop in their shop.

Worst service, no respect of customer and apologetic for not canceling my battery installation appointment as soon as we was aware there was no battery in stock. Apparently Carson , the person working at the time couldn t understand that calling and leaving a message that goes straight to voicemail is not contacting the customer. A text message is not the same as actually contacting the person to confirm receipt or even emailing to canceling the order. As everyone knows Los Angeles - cellular service is not bad more so on the road in the hills and messages can pop up hours or days later - I asked him did you try to reach me again or cancel the order as the cancellation email would have done the job. B I didn t want to cancel the order until I get confirmation of what I wanted to do. Really? Wait for me to show up to tell me sorry no battery but I called you. This was not coming from a teenager. Will never again visit this store although I had excellent experience in other locations where I have been a customer for over 5 years. But this is a typical problem of franchised businesses where is a hit or miss it depending owners and employees working at locations who cares less and was completely un apologetic of not making an effort to help the customer avoid driving for about an hour to the specific store as there are not many close by and many seemed to have closed I guess I wonder why?

WONDERFUL STAFF AND STORE! Excellent all-around service, prices and inventory. I was very pleased with how nice and helpful the staff was. Clean store! GREAT PRICES. I went w/a family member who needed an obscure type of battery and your store had plenty in stock. GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THE T.O. LOCATION!

From Abrahams Pool service & spa I would like to thank the staff specially the man in-charge because he approve to get my battery replaced THANK YOU .after 11 month for 3 days straight battery kept dying on me . Also to the gentleman who worked the register. Thank you he was friendly

Excellent and professional service, I googled them and then called them to replace my car s battery. All in all took me 30 minutes to go there, change the battery and job done. I wouldn t be more than happy. Thank you to their staff

I realized my key fob had quit working to unlock my car doors so I called Batteries Plus and talked with Jeff who said they had the replacement fob that I needed in stock. He went on to explain the process of duplicating and programming a new fob, made me an appointment within the hour and after 30 minutes of my arriving, they had my new fob cut and programmed and I was out the door and on my way. While I have no other companies to compare them with, I do know they charged about one third the price of any local auto dealers in the area and in addition to this, they applied a substantial discount that was posted online that I wasn't even aware of. Kurtis, the tech that actually did the programming, was extremely knowledgeable and shared with me everything he was doing while I stood by and watched.If anyone needs a replacement key fob for any reason, save yourself some time and money and call Batteries Plus. You can thank me later.Jeff and Kurtis you are the best!!John Florance

Jeff and his staff always provide quality customer service. They always have the products I need and are willing to order the items quickly if they are not in stock. Batteries Plus in Thousand Oaks is my go to spot for watch batteries, motorized scooter batteries, key fob repair and/or replacement and much more.

These guys are AWESOME !!! I handed them my BMW key , he looked at the key and said "this is from an 03 or 04 BMW and their rechargeable."Dead-on accurate he was, it's a key from a 04 X5 BMW. Then he took the time to explain to me how to go about fixing it. Thanks guys

My Cadillac XT4's battery replacement was overly complicated to say the least and Justin at Batteries Plus in Thousand Oaks, went above and beyond to install my new Duracell battery like a true pro, having to remove and reinstall several components just to be able to remove the original battery that was failing. Would def recommend to anyone who is looking for a quality auto battery and install for a fair price!

I needed a battery for my mom's old camcorder and the quick service I received was awesome. I walked in, told them what the battery was for and what the problem was, and checked out all within 5 minutes. This is the kind of service that would make me want to come back here. Some of the BEST customer service I ve ever had. My husband has been in desperate need of a new key fob but we didn t want to shell out over $200 at the dealership for one. We just happened to walk in to this shop and notice they fix and program key fobs. Less than half the price of the dealership! Everyone was so nice and got us a new fob in around 20 minutes. Will be coming back for random battery and electronic needs in the future!

I bought a used mobility scooter online knowing I would have to replace the batteries - What I didn't know is that the batteries were soldered to the battery box and not easily changeable. I tried to get help at the Winnetka store, but they referred me to the Thousand Oaks store. At first I was annoyed I'd have to drive further, but the service at the Thousand Oaks store was incredible (like all the other reviews say). He fixed the shoddy solder job and got it in shape to easily change batteries in the future - I only had to buy the new batteries, no other service fees. I'm heading into surgery soon where bills are already coming in - this was a super nice and much appreciated surprise when it seems like everyone is nickel and diming each other these days. I'll definitely make the extended trip back to Thousand Oaks for all my battery needs going forward.

These are my go-to people when I need parts right away. Most of what I need is in stock. My order is always there by the time I arrive. The staff are courteous and helpful. Hours on the weeks are super helpful.

Buying a car battery online was extremely easy. Notification was sent when the order was ready for pick-up. Jeff was very friendly and helpful during the transaction. Fantastic first experience and I have a premium AGM battery with a fantastic warranty all for a reasonable price!

Needed a battery for my Acura. Turns out, the required battery isn't readily available at any auto parts stores. Costco could special order it, but it would take a couple weeks to arrive. I needed the battery immediately, and Batteries+Bulbs was the only place that had it in stock. Very expensive compared to the same size and type (AGM) battery from Costco. But, at the very least, Batteries+Bulbs had it in stock -- and it has a longer warranty vs the Costco battery. All in all, pretty satisfied. Would have rated 5 stars if the price was closer to Costco's.

I ordered online and was offered a 10% Discount. I ordered Two Mercedes Batteries for my e350 and pulled up & Picked up and I was off to install. Easy and quick.I was also provided with a Battery rebate that was electronically refunded to my Pay-Pal account. I did have to return two old batteries for a Core refund. I used to buy AAA because I have the service but AAA Could not compete on final cost for the two batteries. However AAA cost was installed to be fair.Highly recommend

There's a reason Batteries Plus has so many positive reviews! Jeff and Marshall at Batteries Plus Thousand Oaks were awesome! They answered all of my questions, were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me install my new X2Power AGM battery (I have a really bad back). They really went above and beyond and the level of care taken was outstanding. Another happy customer who will definitely be back for future needs!! Thank you so much for the great customer service.

Had a great experience. Cracked my phone screen and the next day i was able to make an appointment at 10am. Great customer service, and the repair was very timely. Highly recommend if you need a repair quick.

What an amazing experience it was yesterday when buying a new battery for my Mercedes. I cannot heap enough praise upon this wonderful business and their staff. They have a customer for life in me. They went above n beyond good customer service when removing old battery and installing new one. And the battery was a great price also ! I have already told a dozen people and I strongly urge you to try them out...You won't be disappointed

Batteries Plus made my battery replacement quick and easy. I ordered and paid online, and when I went to the store, the friendly proprietor (Jeff, I think) promptly removed my old battery and installed the new one in a highly professional manner. Like I say, quick and easy, all at a competitive price. Highly recommend!

The service I received was top notch! The kind folks at Batteries Plus Bulbs in Thousand Oaks are very professional yet friendly and really know their stuff, especially Kurtis, he was most informative and gave me his undivided attention. I brought in a pretty broken down iPhone and he brought it back to life, and even took the time to help me pick out a new case to keep it from breaking again.
