This shop is fantastic. I had some minor damage from scraping a pole backing out of a tight spot. The plastic well for my fog light popped out intact and undamaged too. I called to see if I could get an estimate, and the man on the phone was polite and did a great job explaining their process. I swung by on my lunch break and Louise came out to meet me as I was parking. I explained what had happened and she called a technician over to pop the bumper and fog light well back in. Then she got the paint transfer off, and it all took maybe five minutes? Everyone there is super nice, and they were able to assess the damage and get it corrected. The bumper looks brand new. If I ever need more body work, I'm coming back here for sure.

I came to B & B looking for a sense of reliability and that s exactly what I got. I needed a small dent taken out of my car and the other places I d been to had me running in circles. Sean and his team were extremely professional, timely, and did a perfect job at an even better price. I would definitely recommend using their services.

Fantastic business ethics and amazing quality of work as well. Look, I'll be honest with you, there are not to many businesses now that care more about the customers they take care of more then the money that comes in but this Auto body shop does! They take care of you every step of the way and are as transparent as possible about everything they do.If you are looking for an auto body shop then stop looking, you have found it.

A car parked next to mine lightly dinged my passenger door, no indentation, just a superficial paint scrape, but glaring to me on my new car. I made an appointment with Mike at B&B, and his detail guy professionally buffed out the scratch, and a even a couple extra ones in less than half hour time, leaving the door shiny new looking again in record time. I barely had time to settle into the magazine I was reading .I was also pleasantly surprised to find the waiting room set up more like a comfortable lounge with sofas, coffee table, complementary coffee, not at all reminiscent of an auto shop. Mike s customer service was sympathetic, helpful and attentive, top notch. I highly recommend B&B Auto Body in Thousand Oaks, CA.

Just picked up my Lexus 350 for a bumper replacement. Louise helped with the quote, she knows her stuff. I couldn't be happier with the work they performed and with the price. They went the extra mile and touched up several places on my hood and doors. Great job, they performed the work exactly as promised. Highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend B & B Auto Body! I am extremely particular about my car's appearance and I was so pleased with their work, that I've been back since as well as brought my mom's car to them after she was rear ended. I was initially referred to B & B by Rusnak BMW in Thousand Oaks. My understanding was that they are certified by BMW and use manufacture parts and paint, which was important to me. They have made all of my visits painless, and all the work they have done have met my high standards. I have been to many body shops over the years and have had some extremely bad experiences. I am happy that I won't be looking around anymore, because I will continue to use B & B for any further needs. It's also worth mentioning that I can attest to them standing by their work. Two years after having work done, I noticed my window was making a noise when rolled down. I immediately took it to my dealership (since my car is still under warranty) and they replaced the regulator. Unfortunately they were unable to get my window aligned properly so I was constantly hearing wind come through when the window was closed. They put the blame on the body work that had been done. I later found out that the body work was not at fault; however, B & B aligned my window - fixing the problem for free! They even re-buffed the paint on my car! I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Totally impressed by their service and speed. I was contacted with MR. Sean, he fixed my BMW in just a few days and the price is the best I can find in this area. Highly recommended.

someone hit my car and through their insurance i was recommended this place, they did a great job and even pushed my back bumper in that was not a part of the original accident. It's rare to find a group that genuinely cares now a days, and B&B really treated my car well, highly recommended!

I've had the pleasure of utilizing B&B Auto Body numerous times over the last 10+ years and without fail they have continued to provide excellent service in both a timely and professional manner. The management and technicians both are courteous and knowledgeable as well committed to keeping customers informed as to the status of their vehicle. I recommend B&B Auto Body to my friends without hesitation and have never been put in a position to regret it. Excellent quality of work. Great service, easy to work with, super reliable. All around highly recommended. I hate having to go to a body shop to get my car fixed up, but if there's no place I would rather go. Very reasonable prices

B&B is terrific! Between my son and myself, we've had the need for some body work and repair. B&B was knowledgeable, fair priced and extremely pleasant to work with. I recommend them highly. In fact, they are my preference for repair work whether personal or through insurance.

I had damage to the front bumper of my car. They did such a great job of matching the color you can't tell the car was ever damaged. They did a great job!!

I accidentally scraped a car when I opened my car door and the owner took it here for me to pay. These guys were very professional, and made the whole process easy to pay for the damaged car. I saw it parked at the building parking lot again and it's like it never happened. Great work!

I needed to get a motorcycle gas tank and fairing painted. Many shops would not take on the job. B&B did, the quality of the work was good and the turn around time was fast. I had my parts back nicely painted in a week. Thanks.

My recent experience with B & B auto body and collision shop was all positive...good communication....very helpful....all professional....excellent work.....good guys....would have no problem recommending them to anybody or using them again....I don't know what else to say.

Looks brand new! Thank you guys! Sean, thank you for taking care of the insurance with the other party. All I had to do was hand them the truck and keys. If anyone else hits one of our cars, I know where I am taking it.
