Had a great experience with this location. I ve been obsessing about the perfect new wheels for my Nissan Pathfinder. Came with 18 s but wanted to upgrade to 22 s but was unsure of the fittingThey looked up the different tire options and was able to order the wheels I wanted (cheaper than any wheel dealer - online and about a dozen local ones).Sebastian and Danny (manager) we re very patient even after I ve called them numerous times. They answered all my questions and even stayed a little longer after closing so I can get my wheels installed same day (within the hour) they received the wheelThe following week, I took my other vehicle to get replacement tires, great service as my previous experience.I highly recommend this location

I started my day with two flat tires ( I guess somehow a bunch of screws ended up on the road by Westland Blvd). Set my day up for a mess and left me stranded. Thanks to Chris and crew~ incredible service today and helped me get my tires replaced and back on schedule. Best service ever!!!!

Super knowledgeable staff, and great turnaround time. I called at 8AM and they were able to get me in and back on the road by 10:15AM. They also do repairs for the life of the tire, which I hope I don't need but which I really appreciate. Good work and super fast!

I just had the most heartwarming experience at America s tire that gave me renewed faith in humanity. Chris at the front desk is an awesome human being really helped me out in a pinch and I saw him do the same for others. I would highly recommend the store.

I have been going to American Tire Store for an about 2 years now.The service is top notch, a shout out to Robert the store manager and the rest of the employees! I have brought all 4 cars ( 2 BMW s, 1Mercedes, 1 Chevrolet suv) from tires to oil change. The prices are good, the service is quick and efficient and the people are kind. Thank you for making it easy!!

Very disappointed and will never go back. I unfortunately got a flat tire in this area and went straight to this location after reading the reviews. I spoke with the manager Guerrero who was extremely condescending and rude. I was very confused by his actions but unfortunately I was unable to drive away due to my tire situation. He first sold me a tire that was not requested and when I noticed it was the wrong tire he told me that I was confused and that was the only tire available and my tires were discontinued. Why didn't he tell me that at the beginning??? Then he proceeded to tell me that I would need to buy 3 other new tires because my AWD would not work since the tire he put on my car was different. ?????? I questioned him about this but he continued to try to up sale me. Disgusting! I left feeling totally ripped off.. I have since found out he was COMPLETELY lying to me. And the tire I had to purchase out of an emergency was $25 more than it should have been and that after Guerrero said he applied the rebate. American Tire Depot you can do better! The only reason I am not giving them a one star is because of house nice the guys in the garage were.

I had to replace 4 tires unexpectedly the Saturday before Christmas Eve! I called everywhere in town and Robert gave me the best deal and got me in right away that morning. I checked the Tire prices with the places recommend by my friends and they were better and they also rotate them for free.They didn t push any services on me like most places do especially in this economy.I got a quality tire at a good price and I m very happy .

Had to get to a medical event in our bus today and woke up to a flat tire. Drove to this shop and I was in an out in a flash.As much as I insisted in paying, they did not charge me a dime for their tire patching services.Amazing shop. 5/5 stars for sure!

I ve used American Tire Depot for years. Robert and his crew started taking care of us when we first moved to Thousand Oaks and their care and concern for our family. Vehicles has earned them customers for life. Thanks so much and keep up the amazing work.

Went in with a low tire, right as they were closing up. Manager at the counter said he would try his best to help me out. He was able get my tire fixed in 20 minutes with no hassle. Great place with friendly and helpful staff!

Our experience with Edgar and the Team at American Tire Depot was outstanding!! There is nothing better than finding an Auto Mechanic that you can trust. I went there without really checking reviews (shocking, I know). Here I am now to give a glowing review and realize everyone else thinks the same. Robert was friendly and professional and his team got the job done quick without issue. Definitely make this your choice of tire shop.

Robert and the gang really went out of their way to make sure I understood what was wrong and how they were gonna fix it. No trying to sell unnecessary things. Recommendations for the future sure, letting me know things were safe if I chose not to upgrade or change anything else. They even special ordered a part for me that came super quick, I believe it was Friday and it came that Monday.Very professional, friendly employees, and an overall great experience! 10/10 will go back

This shop is a five-star operation. Not only did I find the most competitive price, but the service here is unmatched. Robert the manager is extremely personable, and I witnessed him treat each and every customer the exact same while I waited for about 20 minutes to have my tires installed that I showed up to buy without an appointment. There s a reason why this place (and Robert) were referred to me, so I am now referring to others.

Very nice service. In and out for only an hour for a new set of tires, that's impressive. Usually it will take at least 2 to 3 hours based on my past experience at other places. Price is fair. With buy 3 get 1 free, the total price is lower than other stores. Most important thing is that they have the tires I checked online. Feel much relieved after getting a flat tire on the highway. Thank you, Robert!

Always a great experience going here. I ve purchased 4 sets of tires for my vehicles this year and all were on separate occasions. The Manager and technicians have been very helpful and courteous on all my visits. I ve also been coming back for my rotations. The techs always do an excellent job and the workmanship is top notch. This is one of those shops that treats its customers well and values their experience and time. I highly recommend them to friends and family all the time and would to anyone else looking into visiting this shop.

I have been going here for years, sometimes I ve had to go to other place for emergencies and I have noticed the difference in quality, service, price, overall compassion and helpfulness. They just want your money. These guys are amazing! They really go out of their way to help you! They really make sure the job is done right and you don t have to second guess when you leave the shop. They are also very informative. Been coming to this shop ever since I moved back to Thousand Oaks in 2015.

I rarely give reviews for people doing their jobs properly. However, Robert at American Tire Depot: Thousand Oaks is exceptional. In a demanding and often stressful service position, he remains kind, friendly and professional. A few proof points: Once we had an oil pan leak after a service. My son had taken the car to SanDiego. Robert was accountable and coordinated the repair down there for free. The same vehicle had another different, unrelated issue, he reviewed the reports, diagnosed the issue and repaired it - saving me over $1,000 compared to dealer. Another time he could not service my minivan due to the type of repair, he advised me affordable shops to take it for repair. Robert is good people. I have been taking my three cars to American Tire Depot: Thousand Oaks for years because I trust his counsel.
