Great service at a great price! The employees here do great work, have a great attitude, and they back their work. It is one thing to do good work but it is another thing to back it up if there is an issue. I recently had my tires rotated/balanced and it was done to my expectations under the timeline they estimated and at a great price. I did experience an issue after I got home with my lug nut caps. I called them up, spoke to the store manager in person (I did not catch catch his name), and he took care of it above and beyond what I was expecting. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back when I need new tires.

So awesome!!!I went in on a Friday at 430pm,W/flat driving on a spare... I bought 2 tires 4 months ago from them, then planning to get the 2 other tires when I could.. and last minute they took care of my car and had the other 2 tires in stock!!! They were very busy,but still got my car done before 6pm on a Friday night! Omg! Diego and crew thank you so much!!!

These guys are amazing. Wonderful service, knowledgeable staff and great prices as we as AAA discounts. Almost to good to be true, but it is the same on all visits.

Excellent customer service provided by Carlos.Rose, the young lady that helped uspatched our tire was very smart and a very hard worker. We are very impressed by their customer service and knowledge.Thank you America's Tire in Thousand Oaks.

Not the cheapest but they have a good inventory of tires. Worth the extra money for a better riding tire. Went with a medium tier tire and would recommend that option instead of going with the entry level tires.

Great customer service! I was greeted at the door by Sabastian at my appointment time. He understood my tire issue and quickly assessed my suv. The technician doing my repair was knowledgeable and clearly explained the repair process which was completed in 45 minutes.Before leaving I thanked the manager for the exceptional service.

America's Tires said that they thought the tire was shredded and destroyed because it was driven low on air and they would check it to make sure, but most likely I would have to replace the tire. They checked it, repaired it, did not have to replace the tire, and they didn't charge me for the repair! This is my second excellent experience!

Robert and his team are hands down the best in all of the tire shops I have been to in Ventura County. If you want friendly, excellent service. Do yourself the favor and go here!

Service was always great! Tire prices are a bit lower from the dealership, i forgot to check if it s lower compared to costco. I visited this location today because toyota advised me to change one tire but was a bit expensive. I decided to go to americas tire and because the service advisor told me that my tire depth is at 5-5-4-4. However, a few minutes before i arrived at Americas Tire, Toyota gave me the test result with my tire depth as 6-6-5-5. Though it was very close and maybe will not change my decision I was wondering why the results were different.

I had a leak in my tire and I called at 5:30. Even though they closed in 30 minutes they still got me in. I called 3 other places and told them the situation how I was pulled over with a slow leak. I have been coming to America's Tire for over 22 years. Now I know why they will always have my business.

Fantastic mechanics who had two tires put on my car in literally about 15 minutes. Also informed me of the condition of my remaining tires. Felt like I was in a pit stop during a Nascar race more so than a shop. Not to mention that we needed the tires to get home safely 300+ miles away :) thanks again for the great service

No way to call. We had to return after we bought 4 new tires because the pressure indicator showed LOW TIRE PRSSURE the very next day! Waiting in long line to find out why. You have to pay for your tires online in advance. Bad customer service.

AWESOME Service, GREAT PRICES, compared to Costco my tires were cheaper here and staff is friendly and fast, tires fixed quickly while you wait. Honest too, one time a nail in tire led me to agree to buy a new one, then staff came back and said, no need we can fix it for you ..how awesome is that! They don t charge for fixing your tire, if repairable. Recently I had a screw in tire on SUV, another time a nail, both were fixed within 15-20 min, No Charge, has comfortable AC waiting room, clean and good restrooms. Air check and adding air is FREE. Best of all is the friendly expedient staff. Young fast polite friendly fit young men. Love this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I had to got a flat tire on my way to finish a job on the freeway. With a loaded truck my jack could not handle the weight so I got my truck towed to americas tire. These guys installed my spare in no time and did not charge me for anything. These guys are great, that s why I always come and get my tires here. Thank you guys!! I ll be coming in soon for some tires for personal truck.

Extremely friendly staff. I took my 2010 Camry in to the shop and dropped it off for tire service as my right rear tire was constantly losing pressure. Before I even went back home, I had gotten a text stating that the car was ready to be picked up. They had prioritized my car since I had made an appointment in advance and patched up the leak area of the tire. Extremely happy with their customer service especially considering I took the car in middle of the day on a Saturday when all their vehicle bays were completely full. Will highly recommend as a tire shop in the Thousand Oaks area to family and friends.

I had blown a tire on the freeway I called 5 other tire places in town nearby and even though it was only 4 O clock Two places were supposed to stay open till 6 o clock but they said they were going home early Two other places did not have a tire I needed One place had The exact tire that I needed but they refused to do the work before the shop closed today so I would ve had to leave it and pick it up sometime tomorrow ..America s tire was about to close but they stayed open for me and they had a tire and they are so pleasant ! I cannot express how grateful I am for their kindness and their wonderful professional service!

My tire blew on a Friday no less at 530, I thought I had a spare turns out I didn t. I called these guys and one of the workers was so nice! He stayed late with a few other mechanics and waited very patiently for me to arrive with the tow truck and they had me all fixed up and got me set up with a spare! I can t thank these guys enough!!!!!

Came in without appointment. Needed rotation done quickly. Was given estimate that made me wonder if they could actually do it that fast. They beat their estimate by 5 minutes. Very happy. Great service.

HI, We were served by Mr. Evan J.W. - He was Very Professional and Very Helpful, He reserved us a Spot in the Line - from when we called him from the Canoga Park Store... He was all Smiles & High Energy! We only waited 1 Hour - and the Tire was Replaced! Evan was & is the Best! Thank you Evan.

Didn't realize they don't charge to patch up tires. I didn't even buy that tire there.I've got a couple that will need replacing soon and will definitely be coming back here for that.The few times I've been here have always been a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend them.

They were very helpful, showing me the different tires and put them on order for. The tires came the next day and I was able make an appointment for the following day.I have used them before and am very happy with their follow up services also.

Even though I didn't buy tires from them before, they still fix my car's flat tires for free. They also have jack pads, so Tesla owners don't need to carry their own. Absolutely will purchase tires from them in the future.

I called to set up an appointment for a slow leak on one of my tires. I was told that it wouldn t be necessary.When i arrived there was a long line of at least 6 cars ahead of me. I became somewhat frustrated because the appointment that i wanted to set would of alleviated the wait. Jose was patient with me and was able to get the repair done within 45 minutes.At no charge.I would definitely recommend this establishment.Thanks again JOSE you ve done a great job making a repeat customer happy.
