Highly recommended ACE Diagnostics. They are honest, knowledgeable people who care about getting to the root of the problem and fixing it. I ve never experienced such competency they found the problem and fixed it for $2500 less than my other estimates.They are a rare and wonderful find that you will not regret taking your car to.

I called these guys from a google search and asked them about air Conditioner service for my car. They said come right in now if you can! I was a mile away so that worked out close. They serviced and filled my Freon and checked for leaks and said all done! My air blew cold again and I was elated! When I said what do I owe you? These guys said $20!!! I said WHAT? They said easy work, thanks. I handed them the more then reasonable fee for good quality work (Jaguar guys charge $100 or more for this). Great company here! I'll come back as often as I can (when needed) and you should too! 5 STARS 4 SURE!

I'been taking my cars there and my kids cars there for years.This shop is an anomaly in a profession where it is so hard to find people who you can trust not to upsell you or cheat you. A rare breed indeed. Always a pleasure to do business with these guys. Dave and Danny have taken the mantle from long time owner Dana and have not skipped a beat. Same 5 star customer care and service. they recently saved me $4,000 that the Hyandai dealer was going to charge us to fix my son's car. That's why I've been going there for over 25 years. The best. And no i am not related, just a satisfied customer who makes sure good work and service are rewarded with a good review. Maybe other shops will take note.

I can not speak highly enough on this shop. The owner is the most honest and trustworthy person I have ever done business with. We had some really bad experiences with mechanics and I was very weary of going to yet another shop. ACE exceeded my expectations and then some. The back door on my suv broke and I was unable to get my kids in and out of the car and was panicking since I was due to have my 3rd baby in a matter of weeks- the owner special ordered the clips for me and fit me in immediately and then refused to take my money! He said to think of it as an early baby gift. I can not recommend this shop enough- they have a lifelong customer with me and my husband and we are so grateful to them for their generosity, honesty, and incredible work ethic. You will not be disappointed by ACE!!

If they had another STAR to give I would give THAT as well--they deserve 10 stars out of 5 in my book---I had 2 previous quotes that were $200 and $300 more--THESE folks, especially DANA the owner, are unbelieveable ! Dana and his wife and employees at AC&E were fast, efficient, kind, AND generous (they checked my timing chain AND then still gifted me some freon and got my air conditioning going because it was so hot and my window wasn't working--at the last minute although deluged with business, likely from sound business practice ). One quote I had from a place in/on Chatsworth was $666.74 (and they were matching another quote and were originally almost another $100 higher)--Not Dana at AC&E -- They were $474.62 after replacing my hub and bearings and doing my tie rods, and wheel balance...and then threw in the freon freebie after unplugging and oiling the air conditioning device and putting in stop leak he added freon AS A GENEROUS GIFT . Needless to say I am compelled to tell the world that there is such thing as a good and honest mechanic. These folks are not just good--they're GREAT !!!! THANK YOU AC&E !

Being a woman makes it challenging to find a mechanic who wont rip you off. Driving a Ford with almost 200k miles on it makes it even more challenging.I was referred to Dana by the guys at Tire Man and I will never, ever take my SUV anywhere else. Dana and his guys have saved me from total mechanical disaster time and time again, always catching things before they turn into major problems, and every time I walk out of there shocked at how little I paid for the repair.Dana will tell you if it needs to be fixed now, or if it can wait. He will NOT do unnecessary repairs and understands if you tell him you are on a tight budget.Just last Wednesday (3/24/10), because of the skill of Danas mechanics, they found a very small issue with my truck that no one else would have spent the time to investigate (they heard a noise and looked into it). They replaced a $20 part before my road trip to Arizona and they saved me from breaking down in the middle of the desert and throwing my serpentine belt, which would have cost me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars.I ALWAYS take my Ford to Dana before a long road trip and he always takes care of me. I HIGHLY recommend AC&E, especially to any woman out there tired of being ripped off by sleazy mechanics.

I spent a bunch of time looking at reviews for almost every place in the area and decided on this place, so don't waste your time because I've done the work finding someone honest for you! Not only did they tell me what was wrong with my vehicle but he gave me a piece to fix it and wrote out a digram of how to do it so I could go to auto zone and fix it myself for free because he knew I was trying to pinch pennies. They took time out of there busy day because at first they said I would have to bring it back in a day or two because they were full, I can normally tell if i'm going to get scammed or its a place that is just going by the book but I could tell right off the bat that I wasn't going to get ripped off. I really cant say how nice it is to find an honest mechanic while your traveling around!AC&E if you see this thanks so much for being the minority and helping people without expecting anything in return, I hope if I break down again I'm in your area!!!

Stop Looking for an honest mechanics, you found them here. Had the AC go out on my civc , had two shops quote me north $700 for replacement unit (the diagnostic machine said the unit needed replacing). Looked at reviews here and brought it in on a whim. They found a loose wire and fixed it for $35. One year later and the AC still works. I won't take my cars anywhere else.

I was referred to this place by one of my family friends. This place is the best, in my opinion. Great work for an honest price. Highly suggest this place to anybody that is looking for a reliable mechanic.

Dashboard lights were flickering on and off randomly. Dana looked at it and told me he just cleaned the contacts. Nothing else he could do because it was random. He didn't charge me anything. No more flickering.I will not go anywhere else.

This is the best place here to go if you need any auto related help. Staff there is very honest and they will not charge you extra single penny. Trustful auto repair.
