Ron's service was excellent. He has a great deal of knowledge and takes pride in the work his business provides. Highly recommend Thermal Truck & RV for regular RV diesel maintenance as well as any engine work needed. Thank you for taking care of us!

While travelling (Feb2023) on I-10 we lost a serpentine belt on our 2006 Sports Coach diesel pusher, the motorhome had to be towed to Indio (44) miles and left in a parking lot of a casino. The next morning I contacted Thermal Mobile RV repair, they agreed to come to the RV and preform the repairs early that same afternoon. Ron and Alec ? Arrived replaced the belt, checked on the water pump belt (it will need replacing later in March when we are back in Palm Springs area) the price was MORE than fair, the work was done quickly and professionally. There is not a recommendation high enough that I can give this company. If you need any services for your RV please call this company, I will be using them again.

The guy was very nice doing our rv lube. It literally took him ten minutes he was across the street on 3 other calls. He changed us 192.50 for labor. Thats ridiculous. Will not recommend them.

Wonderful, wonderful service. We have a mobile business and our gen set is our lifeblood and Mobile Lube Express has been fantastic at keeping our typically finicky generator a very happy machine. Gavin has been punctual, prompt, and professional every time! It is a refreshingly delightful experience!

So far so good.Dropped my RV off for a overhaul.Lady at desk was kind and patient.Hope Sean can do his magic and fix my ailments at a reasonable rate with quality workmenship.Will update as I go.

0 stars lied about checking air filter.Put 1500 miles on oil change andservice. It cost over $ 23,000 to rebuilda 380 Cummins diesel engine.2011 engine with 27,000 miles.I'm in Palm Desert until the 16thof November.Email me and I'll show you the receipt.They lie and say it's my fault.If they didn't check the air filter,what else did they not physically check.Makes me wonder.

We have used Mobile RV for the last 5 years of annual service on our diesel pusher and have always been satisfied with their service and fees. Can't go wrong with this business!

They came to the RV park and repacked the wheel bearings on my trailer. Done in the promised time and at the quoted price. Didn't interact much with the technician due to the Covid pandemic distancing rules.

These people...from the owner to the mechanics...are horrible! They came unprepared to do a simple lube, oil & filter job...unprepared with proper filters...and lube gun non-operational! Save yourself the grief...find someone else to do the work!

WARNING !!!! Spent $1500 dollars to travel 100 miles down the road and have the same problem. When I told them about it they wouldn't reemburse and neither would NAPA ! DONT GO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I spent $590.66 in extra labor that I couldn t recover. Be careful of bait and switch. I won t use them again.
