It was my first visit as I ve been long overdue for an oil change, and after hearing my boyfriend speak highly about this place, I decided why not. I was immediately greeted with a smile by Alexis, who was friendly and informative throughout the entire process. He offered me several service options, but I never felt pressure to say yes to anything I didn t want. I just needed an oil change and agreed to replace my filter. The entire experience was quick! I was in and out within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

We brought in two cars a couple of months ago for a full oil change that included checking and filling all fluids. Two months later one of our cars had an engine light come on, so we checked the fluids and found out that a number of the fluids were low. So we checked our other car, and those fluids were also low. Both cars have around 25,000 miles on them and no issues. So why after two months are the fluids so low?! It makes me wonder if they filled the fluids like they were supposed to. One car having an issue, maybe, but two cars in great shape that had oil changes the same day?!!! It makes me wonder if they did their job and gave me what I paid for. When I called Valvoline, they said bring the cars in and they'd fill everything up. But I don't have time to waste going back to have them do what they should have done in the first place, so I don't plan to use them again.

My first time visiting Valvoline. I drove a little out of the way, as I purchased a Groupon for 50% off the full synthetic oil change. Such an amazing deal and definitely worth the drive! They have you pull in to the bay and stay in your car while they service it. We were in & out in 20 mins or so on a Sunday! Our technician was super courteous and thorough. Oil was changed, fluids topped off, lights, brakes, wiper blades and air filters checked (included in the service). Recommendations made to change my air filters, as they were gross. I opted to hold off and wasn't felt pressured to purchase. The only thing I didn't realize wasn't included in the Groupon was the Oil disposal fee (about $5-$10) and he forgot to tell me to reset my vehicle status monitor. Definitely recommended.

There is no advantage except fast speed, because I don't understand English very well, so a filter asked me for 50

The whole team was great and super friendly. Joshua did an excellent job of walking me through everything and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. It was fun to chat and they were all very quick and curtious.

Staff is always very nice and helpful. Prices are getting ridiculous though. Its over $120 for a simple oil change now. They never have a valvoline brand of my VW synthetic oil in stock, so I purchase my own oil and filters and they still charge me $53 just to replace them for me. I don't mind paying for the labor, but I was there literally 10 minutes. I don't even make $53 in 10 min and I work for NASA!

From the start, everyone was really helpful and friendly! It was my first time, but thanks to Andres, my experience was great. They also changed my air filter, which I know I needed beforehand. I m from out of town, but I d definitely recommend this location. I spent about 30 minutes total, no appointments required. Once again, thanks Andres and the rest of the staff!

I ve never done an oil change anywhere outside my home until today. I always drive by this Valvoline so I decided to give it a try. We drove in and were warmly welcomed by staff there. They re very polite and have such a nice vibe. They suggested things to add on to my oil change purchase but didn t pressure us to add on anything. They were very efficient and quick with their work. The pricing was very decent too. I am looking forward to returning for more oil changes as well as all the other things my car needs.Thank you so much for a positive experience! See you next time.

Quick, and great service! I normally go to a small pop shop for my oil change but ever since I moved out of dtla, I needed a new spot to go to so my friend recommended me Valvoline. I highly recommend if you need a quick oil change or other services. They do have coupons available so keep an eye out and use them when you get your car serviced.

Well it happened again. I like their service here. I didn't get upset with the lady servicing me because she was nice but honestly you guys need to do better. When she told me I had 1 or 2 more oil changes before they no longer could put my oil pan bolt in. In my mind I was losing it. The only ppl to touch this bolt was valvoline. Not to mention they put a new bolt in my oil pan back in 2019. Brand new.. so what's the issue.. the issue is overtorqing the bolt. If you don't over torque it this wouldn't be an issue. Now I have to figure out how to get a new oil pan and gasket because clearly bringing my car here for a simple oil change turns it into a bigger headache down the road. So be wary, I like their service here but understand that one oil change might be great and next they'll break your bolt and who's to blame for that. Ask any mechanic this only happens at these oil change places. Now I gotta find parts and change them out. And from now on I'm just going to do this myself tired of them breaking a simple thing.

Friendly team. Took care of my oil change. Also took care of my battery warranty w no problems. Definitely a great branch of the company. Freddy was great and the supervisor as well for making a great customer service decision

Come in for oil change. Staffs are very polite, courtesy. Recommend and explain the car condition that any part(s) that requires service or replace. No pressure at all. No sell pitch.

Great place does the job. Staff is friendly, and aware of cleanliness. The best part about this location is they tell no lies. They arent trying to sell you on things everytime. They recommend things you need and dont try to over sell you. They show you the best options and are not forceful about you buying something you dont need. I trust them. Worth the extra pricepoint to not have to pull my kid out of the car and wait.

Very nice and professional folks. Very thorough in inspecting the car lights, battery, tires, and oil.They were transparent. They showed me that the oil was dirty and is now clean after the change. They also showed the before and after air filter.They also detected my battery was old (it's 7 years old) and replaced my battery with Interstate brand battery.

Fast easy and affordable prices. Did not have to step out of the car, they explained everything they were doing. I used a Groupon Coupon and it was even more affordable. The staff was nice and helpful. Will be returning in the future.

Very easy and fast! Matthew and the crew were very professional, they made a couple of additional suggestions, but never pressured me an anything. I didn't even get out of the car during the service, don't know if this is their normal procedure or just because of the virus, but will return!

It s about $100 for the 5 quart synthetic oil change just so people are aware because I couldn t find prices anywhere online. They didn t try to sell me any unnecessary things. Worth the price if you want to drive up without an appointment and get a 15 minute oil change.

These guys gave me the best oil change experience I've had in a long time.They were friendly, professional, and never did I feel like they were pressuring me into anything or talking down to me.Next time I get my oil changed, tires rotated, etc, I'l come back there.Thanks!
