Henry and Jon are the most honest and best mechanics around. They are so careful and take excellent care of our cars. Reasonable pricing. Especially when you see the excellent craftsmanship you re getting. When Henry does an alignment, he s so exact your car will drive perfectly straight and the steering wheel is perfectly aligned with the steering wheel column. Every other alignment I ve had done at other shops has left my steering wheel slightly off. Not these guys. It s always perfect. While he s installing tires and aligning, he takes such great care of your wheels, making sure not to leave a mark on them. I trust these guys with any high end vehicles as well as my family s car. I always feel great sending my Mom without me because I know she s going to be taken care of and not taken advantage of. I truly trust these guys and am so grateful to have found them.

Just left this auto shop and was very satisfied with their knowledge, honesty, and great customer service provided. Answered questions i had, promptly and honestly, and gave great advice on preventative maintenance issues to tackle. Very clean and upkept auto shop, unlike other filthy auto shops where you can tell they've never cared for cleanliness. Great job gentlemen, and will definitely return if any other vehicular problems may arise. 5 stars in my book!

The team at Temple City will always ensure that you're well taken care of. Service is prompt, polite, and professional. Prices are very competitive. They cater to car enthusiasts as the owner is one himself. I've brought my cars here for years and never have had a bad experience. This is one of the few places I trust to work on my car.

Quality. That is the type of work I get from Temple City Auto. I've been going to John and Henry for years and they have always given my cars prompt and thorough service. I take my S2000, Element, and Prius to them for alignment, fluid services, or whenever I need new tires.They have provided accurate diagnosis to any car issues I ve brought to them and they have never been pushy with services. The only issue I ve had is you have to make an appointment in advance. They seem to always be booked up, however I m not surprised. I can t be the only one who trusts them with their car. These guys do an honest day s work and I highly recommend them!

I am extremely satisfied with their work!!! I brought in my 08 Civic for an alignment, thinking it'll be an in and out thing. But due to my suspension set up it took a lot longer then I expected.Henry spent well over THREE HOURS working on my car! I arrived at 1:00pm, and Henry quickly started on my car. I didn't leave till 4:00ish! He made sure all my cambers,caster, and toe were dial in to my specification. On top of that my steering rack of not aligned properly! He even aligned my steering rack for FREE!He literally spent an extra HOUR working on the steering rack, he was aiming for perfection! He wanted my steering wheel to drive as straight as an arrow! This guy is willing to do the extra work for the customer's satisfaction and not the money!At the end of the day I was beyond satisfied with the alignment!Henry did all that work for $80! I was simply grateful for his extra work. He was honest, and straight up. This shop is all about customer service, and satisfaction! They do professional work at a affordable price!

Henry and John helped me out with changing tires on my 4runner and s2000, brought both sets to them and they got them all done within 1.5 hrs. Great service and great prices and will be back!

They're amazing. Seriously. I commute from san bernardino to north hills and needed an oil change. I usually go to carmax but with the quarantine they're close. Best friend recommended them and I'll be going back to them from now on. Not only were they informative but gave me advice and even suggested new tires (which I got due to my commute). They're amazing and patience and were so kind to me since I was so stressed about where to get my car fixed. They really went out of their way for me and helped me out big time. Give them a chance and you won't be disappointed

Small shop and honest people. Trust them to get the job right at the right price.Would not expect anything less from these guys.The only downside is the appointment system which you have to book in advance but I appreciate they work out to have their undivided attention for your car for the specified time.

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST IN THE SGV AREA..!! I want to say thank you to Henry and his brother for their professional help and over the top customer service. My first attempt at lowering my Passat with someone else wasn't the car experience I was hoping to get. But Temple City Auto Repair changed all that. I love this place and would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone local or far away. Henry I know I said it then when you finished the last touches to my Passat, but here it is again so everyone can see it.. Temple City Auto Repair made my ride look and feel like how I was hoping it would turn out. If your thinking of getting your ride lowered and or new sport brakes done the right way there's only one place you should be calling and that's these guys... I will totally come back for the next project on my car.

Best place for mounting/balancing tires! Henry & John are pros at this! The shop is clean and well kept! They're fast and don't cut corners!

My tire just blew out and in a panic I called the closest shop to me with no knowledge of this place. This is how the conversation went down.Auto shop employee: Temple city auto repair l, how can I help you?"Me: Hello, do you both sell tires and install them?Auto shop employee: Do we install them onto what?Me: (breaking it down) Do you sell tires?Auto shop employee: Yes, we're a tire shop! What's the problem? *in a very annoyed tone*Me: and you also install them, correct? What is the average price for a used tire?Auto shop employee: what? We don't sell those.Me: oh, you only sell new tires then?Auto shop employee: yes, we're a tire shop. *annoyed tone*Me: what is the average price for a tire and installation?Auto shop employee: ugh, what? What size?!? *rude tone*Me: Nevermind. I'm going to take my business somewhere else, you are very rude.Auto shop employee: thanks.If the manager is reading this (let's hope that wasn't the manager) then take note of who was working on the 5th of January at 1:30pm, because he's making you guys look bad.

You're in good hands with these guys. They were very open about their estimate, the work that would be done, and they did a great job on my shock absorbers. I'm coming back to these guys for my future car needs

Expensive prices, terrible service and rude staff!Not recommend. This place is terrible! I hope to give 0 stars if I can!!! Don t come to this store, please!!! They charged very very expensive price and the staff is very rude!!! When you asked about the price and wondered why it is so much higher than the market price, they said why don t you go back and just do it by yourself?! Excuse me?! That s the way you treat the customer?! Don t come here, please!!! Save your money! You have other better choices!

Went hear for an assessment to get work done and the two individuals working here wouldn't even take the time to assist me the wanted to photocopy my work to be done and " get back to me next week"... Your not the only ones with a busy work week
