Fast friendly and very efficient. I bought a set of tires from Walmart Murrieta less than a year ago and because of all the construction around my house got a nail in my tire within a month. So I took it for a oil change and tire patch, getting out in 3hours after I complained it was taking so long. Needless to say a week later I got another nail, but seeing wait was so long last time I waited Several months before going back. This time I made sure I was 1st one there in morning. Again I got an oil change and asked for tire patch. An hour and half had passed and noticed my car was sitting in back. So I ask the guy is my car done? He said no just oil change, I was oh no not doing this again so took my keys and left. Today we came to Temecula Walmart around 11am. It was no problem was in and out within 30mins. Great job to all the guys working at the tire center. I will be back.

Ordered tires a week ago and only 3 of 4 arrived, week later and still no 4th tire.They said it went missing in route.

Been coming to get my oil change there for years 5 or so years ago my mom got a gold ford escape it was new but not a new model it drove fine, eventually the oil light comes on and we take it to this walmart for a oil change, just like we do for the rest of our cars, get it done everything went smooth we were done in like an hour or so no big deal. a couple months later the car starts smoking and unfortunately we can't afford to look into it right away, months go by oil light comes on, we go to walmart get an oil change, few months later notice smoke is getting worse, still can't afford to look into it, we got 5 oil changes at walmart before we realized that walmart has been over filling it with oil past it's compacity because their book says that engine takes x amount of liters of oil but on the engine itself on there it says to put 3.5 liters less than what they were putting we took it back they did and an oil change but did it again and we explained to them put what the engine says to put not what your book says, we got the oil 3 change 3 different times after we told them stop going by the book, finally your manager says take it to the dealer and we will take care of the bill we take it to the dealer call the manager of that auto place and he's busy....2hours go by still busy....we had to reschedule with the dealerand the dealer mentions its roughly $15,000 to fix and the manager at Walmart's is now saying "i don't think us overfilling it would cause that damage anyway it's not our fault" even after we told you to put the correct amount you refused to do it you caused damage to our brand new vehicle and you admitted it was your fault now your backtracking not like its coming out of your pocket Wal-Mart is a billion dollar company they have insurance for when employees mess up.

I went to get my tire patched on 9/3/23.They were able to patch it up. A few days later the same tire was going flat. Brought it to another Walmart. They notified me that this walmart messed up the patch really bad. They tried to patch it again, but the patch was messed up too bad. So I had to buy a new tire. Horrible work done

The worst service employees in store customer service is the worst and better yet the customer service online is the worst I ordered tires online and got the wrong size and no one knows how to return or refund the order it s now been a week and the return still hasn t started.

Horrible, I never recommend this place to anyone if you care about your car. After changing engine oil in my car, they called me to pick it up. I raised the hood to check everything is ok. The Oil had been splashed everywhere and windshield. I asked the manager what it is going on here.The guy who had changed the oil, turned on the car and he moved the car a bit forward while leaving the engine cap opened and had drained the oil and no oil in it. This is totally unprofessional way to turn the car on while no oil in it.It s already damaged critical components inside the engine and cause problems later on. How many cars they ve damaged already, I don t know. Poor people they trust them!

Great service overall Thank you so much Steven for your great help . Went in to get a flat tire fixed had a screw in it.. it was a little wait due ti had appt . Set up well Worth it . Great job Gentleman will definitely be coming back !!

The best auto center I've visited. Technician knew what they were doing and rushed to help me. He and his coworkers cracked jokes with each other and it was a very friendly atmosphere. When i got there it was practically empty and my car's oil change was done in abt 20 mins. Coming here for all my vehicles needs. Only drawback was they didn't have the cheaper oils but I may have just come at a bad time. I was going to purchase it anyway though. They also answered phones immediately and readily answered my questions. I dont know if i just came at a good time but a way better experience than the Murrieta auto center.

Went for an oil change. The staff was very courteouss and efficient. They answered all my questions and the price was decent. I arrived when there were quite a few cars ahead and they still managed to complete the job within 30-45 mins which personally I think is amazing. In other places I am usually told waiting time ranges from 1-2 hrs. Thank you walmart staff for your great service! I will definitely be coming back.

FANTASTIC STAFF HERE!I went in for a battery warranty issue and was greeted by a knowledgable and professional staff and also drove off with a brand new battery free of charge.I can only recall a few names but Gilbert, Jason, Mommabear? the nice guy with the ponytail were superb!Obviously, the nice gal in charge, with the short hair has in place the best staff possible. GREAT JOB!If you're in Temecula and ever have car trouble, THIS is good 'ol fashion values and service.DEFINETLY RECOMMEND this auto service.Service: Electrical repair

Took almost 2 hours to get an oil change. Bad service and expensive. This was in March. Today I went to a different auto place and they said that whoever did my oil change last really messed it up. They had 5 guys trying to get the cover off of my oil filter and none of them could get it. So now I m stuck going back and forth with Walmart and a mechanic to fix what they messed up. Without a single apology from them.Service: Oil change

The Walmart auto team were very helpful, understood what I needed for my car, and provided what was best for my situation. I was worried and didn't know what to expect, I normally have a hard time trusting auto mechanics on top of the stress of car problems; but surprisingly, after my experience with the Walmart Auto Team today, I am more confident about taking my business there. Good service goes a long way, it just seems rare nowadays, and they definitely earned my trust.

Excellent customer service and support. Staff was friendly and professional. They preformed an oil change on my truck in a timely manner. And all for a price 1/2 of what you would pay at a lube shop.

Generally my experiences with Walmart tire have been positive and my only complaint is that they promise 30 minutes and take two hours. On this particular visit I was told that my tire was in stock and to come over before 7 PM, however when I arrived I was told they are closing and to come back another day . I understand that mounting tires is difficult work, but when you make a promise to a customer you should do your best to follow through.

I came to get new front tires, Kayl helped me out and did the work and he was very friendly and professional he found a nail in one of my other tires that I wasn t changing and possibly saved me from a major problem down the road. Great service!Service: TiresService: Tires

I couldn't be happier with my service here (late on a Sunday). I didn't have to wait long, and Ray and all staff were welcoming. Another guy, Jake, went above and beyond to fix how I had uniquely f****d up my car which I really appreciate. And it was affordable! Thanks guys!

If I could give less than a star I would. My car was taken almost immediately and I am 50 minutes into my wait. Forget about service or explanation on the process because there is none. They told me to go inside and pay but they don t tell you not to stand in line. Guess that was my fault. Pay the extra 10 bucks and go to valvoline or jiffy lube.

I needed a tire that day and so I came here the weekend before last on Sunday and they were so fast and efficient and very nice and the tire was very affordable and they only had one left in that size and I needed it that day so I guess it was meant to be. Thanks guys for changing my brother's trailer tire that was shredded into pieces I really appreciate all your hard work and help!

Oil change took them over 4 hours to do. I also paid for the tire rotation, but asked they leave the bolt on hub caps off. They even noted it on the work-order. The monkeyanics did not follow instructions, and after pointing it out, I had to wait another hour for the sloth-like worker to take off the hub caps. They just dilly dally, and seem to have no need to be efficient. Saw him take one wheel off, remove hub cap, walk about, chat with other mechanics, replace wheel, take off second wheel, tour the garage, chat, and so on. Really!! an hour to undo and redo 4 wheels using power tools? Should have been 15 minutes. Sure the prices are slightly lower, but our time is valuable, and they do not respect that. I guess that is why they work there... bottom of the barrel mechanics! It was my mistake, and I accept the blame for taking my car there. Learn from my experience. If you value your time, avoid this place. The slackers at Walmart are ruining what made America great! Two starts is generous.

A darn good deal for necessary automobile periodic maintenance performed well and reasonably priced. Oil change includes filter AND battery check, all fluid levels checked, tire pressures checked, windshield washer fluid reservoir filled. Service was done in less than an hour.

Went in just over a week ago for an oil change. My first time having an oil change there. And ever since I took my car in, it leaks oil! I have a fairly new car with under 47,000 miles and NOTHING is wrong with my car yet after they do an oil change, it starts leaking oil.Not acceptable! It's clear they've caused it in some way. My first time there will be my last time there!

I usually do oil changes myself, but I had to do some shopping and figured I might as well get the oil change done. If you get the basic convential oil change its only about $4 more than if you did it yourself. It took longer than expected, but no issues with the work or staff.

I love Walmart and I do my oil change here as well. I just moved here a year ago and I did my oil change here the first time, it was ok, not the best but not bad as well. The 2nd time was the worse I have ever experienced in Walmart but I have to let it go. Today was even worse than the 2nd time. Somebody who's on her break asked me if I was being helped already and I said no. She asked some mechanic and still didn't bother helping me. And so I left after 15 without any oil change.

It s an okay place. Service is usually good. Staff is nice to you. The prices are cheap. Why spend more elsewhere? Go here and just bring a book or scroll on your phone while you wait. They say 2 hours waiting sometimes but they get things done really quickly. Always book appointments.

I just went to Valvoline to get my windshield wipers replaced and was quoted a price of $12.25 each and was told someone would be right out . And wasn't helped for 25 minutes and the price was increased to $26.99 a piece. So I left and went to Walmart was helped right away the service was great . And I only paid $21.62 total for the same blades . Kudos to walmart I appreciate your amazing prices and amazing customer service .
