Brought my 1997 RAM Diesel in for what I thought would be serious and expensive repairs. The engine was making noises like it was about to explode.This is my first visit to the Truck Shop. Problems fixed the same day. Only had a few loose bolts that needed tightening.Friendly staff. Knowledgeable mechanics. Great integrity demonstrated. Another shop may have taken me to the cleaners.This RAM has over 380,000 miles on it and still runs strong. I was reassured it could go another 300,000 miles. Thank you Truck Shop

These guys are top notch! Honest, great work, fair pricing and they have always exceeded time estimates and expectations. Wouldn't take my '08 Dodge 2500 6.7 Cummins anywhere else. When I say honest, I mean it. They diagnosed an exhaust issue that I was prepared to spend $$$ on and took care of it during a regular service, free of charge!

2007 Suburban 2500. "Rear Access Open" continuously populated on the dash. I was throwing parts at it, and family needed car. I couldnt figure it out. These guys shot some wiring and diagnosed it quickly to a damaged wire by the parking brake lever. Electrical work on vehicles takes skill. These guys are Pros. Very reasonable pricing, and honest. Quick breakdown. Took my Ram 2500 to three dealerships, and one transmission repair spot in Temecula, CA before taking my truck to The Truck Shop. None of these places could help. The dealerships just wanted to sell me product and not the transmission issue I came in for initially. I seriously don t think dealerships repair service departments are they to help. They are only there to push product rather than the issue with your vehicle.The other transmission spot in Temecula were simply incompetent and just gave me a runaround. Mind you, at this point I ve paid up $350 at this point just to conduct an assessment of the issue, only for them to tell me nothing.But not The Truck Shop. As busy as they were, they took my truck in and it was so rewarding to finally get a diagnostic of the issue with my transmission. It was very comforting to actually get answers of the issue. David is the man. Dude called all around to find parts for my transmission, because parts were on back order or hard to find. But what s so amazing, is that I was not charged for repairs till pick up after the truck was fixed. The best truck repair shop in Temecula,! if not, in all of California.

This whole team is amazing. We use them for fleet service at the company I work for. Honesty seems to be the core value here and it is much appreciated.- Took my personal truck here prior to a long trip. They did what I originally requested plus gave suggestions on fixes while they had parts removed. Did not feel pressured at all but reassured that the truck was in great shape for the adventure. I appreciate there is still a shop like this.

They are fantastic did a amazing job getting my 04 6.0 back on the road. They really know these trucks and are very reasonable with their prices. They also don t pressure you into fixing things that don t need to be done right away. Definitely will be taking care of all my needs going forward.

We have taken are 6.0L Ford F-250 there twice now and they have fixed it both times. This is after we tried many other diesel repair shops. The other shops charged us a lot of money and couldn t ever seem to fix are truck. The truck shop has been great they seem to be honest and had my truck in and out quickly. The last repair was less then the original quote and my truck is running perfect. It is so hard to find a good diesel mechanic . We will be going back . Just wow, recently I took my 2002 f250 7.3 diesel into The Truck Shop to get serviced with some random problems. I just got this truck 5 months ago and have no idea how diesels work. They walked me through every step they were gonna take and got it back on the road and were cheaper than the initial estimate. David, Steve, and the rest of their great team have my business from now on. Could not have been happier with my experience and it's so awesome to find a shop with people you can trust to take care of you!

These are great people. They don't mess around. Bree and David in the front are great people to deal with. One of the best Diesel repair shops around. They fix things right and operate a highly productive shop with a great wealth of knowledge from the owners and mechanics.

Starts with David answering the phone... amazing help!!!They scheduled me right away... wow!!!Had my truck fixed the next day!!So glad I took it here based on online reviews...amazing shop and people!!Thought my high pressure oil line? had gone out in my F350,Turns out it was my fuel line... again, they had it fixed and me back on the road the next day. Thank you The Truck Shop.

So, to start, my truck had the death wobble.... other shops were already talking Major front end repairs at major expense! My friend suggested this shop as they are honest and take care of his 4 diesel trucks. After dropping it off with the Truck Shop, they called and kindly said I need to rotate tires ..... that s it... a tire rotation:)! They saved me thousands and earned a loyal customer! They always give me good service. Never tries to up sale. Treats males and females alike. It's sad I have to say that, but I've had other shops try to charge me more because I'm a female. I trust the Truck Shop. That says a lot. To me they have unbeatable service and customer service.

The Truck Shop is the ONLY place to get your truck fixed. Kenny is an excellent mechanic, very honest, and has exemplary character. It is the only place I take my truck when it needs to be fixed. When a part he put on failed due to a manufactures error, he generously offered to pay for a portion of it. My truck is there right now, and I am very confident I will get the Best Service Anywhere!Chuck Neault

I live in San Diego County and drive the distance to have Kenny take care of my vehicles. After a several bad experiences at two different Ford dealers, a friend recommended the Truck Shop. They were able to fix problems that the dealers could not. Most important, they are honest and fair.

We have a 1992 Dodge diesel truck. Found the Truck Shop on line. Wanted them to go through the truck to see what needed to be replaced before a long trip. Their communication was incredible throughout the process. We would highly recommend them to service your truck.

They did some repairs on my 7.3 Powerstroke, and made me a customer for life. Honest, professional, and friendly, they guarantee their work and if something isn't fixed to satisfaction, they make it right with no hassle.

These guys are the ONLY ones in town that know diesel's. Took my truck to a few other shops and they couldn't figure out the issue, but they did. Have been a regular customer for a few years now and promise you will be too if you give them a chance.

Professional and honest mechanics. They specialize in PowerStrokes, but will also do great work on Cummins and Duramax.
