Shout out to Kimberly Crawford, service advisor, who responded to my recent service request in a timely and efficient manner. Found myself challenged with installing a cell phone holder on a rather aerodynamic designed Nissan Rogue Sport dashboard. She identified the solution for which I am grateful. This was not the first time Kimberly delivered exceptional customer service. Thank you Kimberly!

The whole team seems great, but I m specifically reviewing my experience with Alex Campagna. I brought my Altima in for a couple of minor things and my regular oil change/tire rotation. Alex went above and beyond he took the time to check for a possible transmission issue that fairly common for that car at that mileage. Sure enough, my transmission was faulty and still under factory warranty free new transmission!Alex hooked me up with an Uber ride to Hertz for a free car rental while they took care of everything on my car. He s the man, highly recommended.

I generally don t give a bad feedback but this time I lost my patience after getting some bad service from Nissan Temecula (Alex Campagna).On 10/06/2022 - There was some cranking noise, Alex told it require oil and battery change, whatever he suggested, I told him to change. I paid $425.87 and picked my car.The engine noise was still there.On 11/01/2022 - I again went, this time Alex came with different story that car is hit from underneath, it requires replacement of lot of parts. Then I decided to go with my insurance. It cost around 4311.34$ including 250$ deductibleEngine Noise was still thereOn 12/08/2022 - I again went, this time Alex told that some more part need to replace and he created supplement estimate which cost $839 to insurance company.Yesterday(12/09/2022) I picked the vehicle and engine noise is still there.From last two months I am struggling, and problem is still there in spite of paying $675.87(out of pocket) + $5150.34 (Through my insurance)I am fed up with this kind of service from Nissan Temecula (Alex Campagna).Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Vehicle Inspection

Philip in the parts department is the best. He is very helpful. I have never seen anyone like him. He put my new batteries into my key fob and popped on my windshield wipers. Above and beyond...a rare quality.

Great service, but like most dealerships, they overbook appointments (or priority is given to whoever shows up first) and you still have to wait over an hour and a half for simple things like an oil change which makes no sense.

This place has yet to let me down. I purchased my car at this Nissan and have taken it to the service center there for all its services. My Servicing Agent Mike Marcoux who have have used every time has been great. Very professional and has never recommended any service that was not needed, everything he has recommended the car has needed. I hope to find someone like him when I go to the east coast

For my first ever visit Leo Soto helped get exactly what I needed for my vehicle. Aswell as what's to be expected in the next service. This has made me confident in trusting them with my vehicle with whatever issue. Great service!

Two and a half hour wait with an appointment for an oil change. What a joke. No loaner cars offered, either, and weren't available when I asked. And the wifi doesn't work. Clearly this place does value customers time, hence the 1 star review. Would give 0 if I could.What is the point of an appointment if it can't be kept? Why bother? 2.5 hours for an oil change is not acceptable, and I won't be coming back. Something is broken here, and this service department needs to fix it.Service: Oil change

The service department at Nissan in Temecula is absolutely amazing. Their service manager Christian goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. I refuse to take my vehicle to anyone else!

Took my car here during the airbag recall. Bought new tires from them while I was there, because mine were old. Two out of four tires blew within a year, and when I tried to claim the warranty on the first one, they wanted me to drive from San Diego to Temecula on a donut. If you need tires, just go to discount. At least they'll honor your warranty at other locations.

Check engine light bugging you? Mine was. They found it fixed and sent me on my merry way. All in the matter of 4 hours from web set appointment to travel and the service completed. Thanks to the trusting Temecula team...

Once again Mike took care of my service appointment. Needed a replacement part that was covered under warranty and he ordered and replaced with no issues. Outstanding customer service oriented team.

Would give no stars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS absolutely the worst company to work with. Dont go!! Beware had to fix my issue 5 times..starting to think they just didnt do it. Ruined my personal property with their greasy mechanic hands, lied that my "friend" picked up my items. Had a issue and they took over two months to fix. Expected me to find rides each time, never helpful, never work with customer, just horrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Nissan you should be ashamed this is attached to you

I don t write reviews, but I had to warn people about this dealership - the worst dealership I ve ever been to. The shadiest and disrespectful sales people I ve ever encountered. Shocked at how they behaved.
