Great experience at this dealership. Ryan and James were probably 2 of the genuinely nicest salesmen I ve ever encountered. Ryan was my primary contact and made everything seem less and definitely kept the deal together. James filled in and he was great to work with. Super helpful and kind to my son who was with me. And Chris in the finance office was fantastic. Best F&I experience I ve ever had. I didn t interact with management, and would have at least liked to have that thank you for your business handshake from a Sales manager. Having worked in the business that personal touch adds some value. But overall very happy with my experience. Will definitely recommend Ryan and James to anyone who is looking for a new or Preowned car.

I took my 2012 Hyundai Sonata in for repair due to the engine recall issue. I met with Steve Enriquez and after He had the vehicle inspected informed that the engine was under the recall warranty and that the repairs would be done at no cost to Me.. Steve also made arrangements for a free rental car to be issued until My vehicle was repaired. His communication was excellent and informed Me how long it would take to complete the work on the vehicle. The work was completed within the time frame given and I was excited to get the car back so quickly. Steve and staff were super professional and did an outstanding job when it came to customer service. I have had the car back for about a week and it's working great. Super happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Temecula Hyundai.

Thank so much for taking care of our vehicles this year. A huge shout out to Adonis G. in the service department. I brought my daughters 2015 Hyundai Azera Limited, my wifes 2016 Kia Sorento EX, and my 2019 Genesis G90 Ultimate for repair and service. He took OUTSTANDING care of us. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thank you to all of those in the service department who worked on our vehicles, from repairing to detailing. I also want to give a huge thank you to Salesman Eric and Assistant Salesman Manger Dean for their help in purchasing 2 cars. 1 for a future new driver and the other for my wife. They both made the experience a memorable one. I would definitely tell family and friends to come here if they're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Thank you again to the entire Temecula Hyundai staff for all they've done.

Purchasing our 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy was seriously an amazing and smooth process. From the second we met our sales rep, Ryan Ruiz, it felt like we were hanging out with a close friend. His knowledge and ability to match us with the right car were impressive, along with his amazing personality, which made the experience fun and comfortable. We did not feel like he was a pushy car salesman, which was a breath of fresh air. Once we locked in the right vehicle, it was time for financing, and we were blessed again to work with Sean, who again was also amazing. It was like hanging out with another friend, and the process was really fast and fun. To anyone looking to purchase a car, I would highly recommend Hyundai of Temecula, and I would highly recommend asking to work with these fine gentlemen. In a time with crazy interest rates, I was really satisfied with the rate we got on our purchase as it was one of the best rates we had been quoted from three different dealerships we went to as we were looking at buying a new car. Once again, thank you, Ryan and Shawn, and even the guy sitting behind the glass booth, aka Sales Manager Chris Brey, was super nice and amazing. Thank you all again

I Had a wonderful experience at Temecula Hyundai ! When I got turned away from Mazda and Subaru (people standing around didn t want to sell a car that day I guess) I went over to Hyundai received a warm welcome from Chandler! He and fellow August both took care of me and my needs with a trade in and got my first brand new 2024 Kona ! I was so pleased with the attentiveness and patience everyone had with me ! From start to finish then next day after follow ups . I would definitely recommend Temecula Hyundai for your next car purchase! The Tech in this Kona is beautiful! :) they make you feel like family there ! Five stars from me!

Temecula Hyundai once again exceeded my expectations for customer service.From the time I arrived, till the time I left, I was treated like a celebrity. The staff was well mannered and friendly. I work hard for my money so when I receive top notched service, I let someone know. The few times that I have been here this service department provides the best services. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly . Casey was exceptional! He made the process fun and he is very knowledgeable with the vehicle. It honestly has been one of the best experiences buying a vehicle and that s saying a lot, since I have purchased many cars. Chris was very efficient and made the process stress free!, I really love the Tucson I will be referring this team and this dealership to all my friends and family.

What a joy to work with Adriano! He was kind, thorough, full of info and wasn't pushy. We would definitely recommend him and Temecula Hyundai to our friends! The Sonata SEL "red" is exactly what I wanted and Adriano found it for me!! I love Hyundai cars...they are very reliable. Had my 2015 for 9 years and never had a problem. I'm super happy with my experience at Hyundai Temecula! Adriano helped us out and was great. I'm very indecisive and he was super patient, personable and helped me find a car that was everything I wanted. I ended up getting a 2024 kona n line and it's beautiful. He helped me with setting my phone up to it and showed me how to use everything because I suck with technology But yeah super happy with everything, and everyone that worked with us that day to make it happen, thanks again!

My wife & I have been looking to upgrade our old car, and I ve already had purchased my 1st electric car at this dealership, so I was somewhat familiar with some of the sales staff that help me during that purchase over a year ago. In particular, Dean, who made my buying experience a surprisingly pleasant, just because of his genuine sales attitude, as opposed to the regular pressure, and often tensioned atmosphere that car buying can be at a dealership.Dean also help me initiate this most current purchase, and he was more that willing to work out the best possible deal with me, since my wife wasn t able to join me.Unfortunately we weren t able to close the deal right away, but with the help from Pedro, since Dean was off that day, we were able to come to a mutual agreement.Pedro demonstrated, not only professionalism, but a straight forward approach, which made my wife feel much less apprehensive about being taken advantage of. I should also mention Eric, a very nice young man, who was helping Dean do some of the paperwork, as well as informing me of all the high-tech features that the car was equipped with while doing a test drive. To say the least, Pedro, Dean, and Eric make a good team. Kudos to ownership for having excellent people as part of their staff!!All and all, the purchase was completed, and everyone involved was pleased with the experience.I will definitely recommend this dealership again, and refer them to these three fine individuals!

Huge shoutout to Moe, Chris, Joann, & Ryan! The team at Temecula Hyundai went above & beyond to provide me with the ultimate car buying experience. From the trade in process all the way through finance, I felt like I could trust these guys to get me the best deal. Moe was very thorough, answering all of my questions and setting me up with the app. Chris ensured I got the most for my trade in and really took the time to present me with the best options for a new vehicle . I truly feel like I got an exceptional deal on a beautiful new car! What an outstanding team! They found me what i was looking for, gave me more for my trade in, and supported me throughout the whole process. Plus from the time i arrived to the time i left was under 2 hours! Incredible! Finally, when I had an issue charging the following day, the team was texting me past 11 at night attempting to fix the issue, which they did! I have purchased cars in the past from Ford, Ram, and even a Mercedes, but this team by far was the best I ever got to work with! I will for sure be back in the future from them. Thank you so much!!!

I never like to give anybody a three star review, but I felt in this case it was warranted. I encourage you to study Toyota Temecula s service department model. My last two cars have been Toyotas and the communication coming out of that service department for maintenance /routines services was fantastic. I owned two vehicles and I never went anywhere else to get serviced done because of the professionalism dedication and fantastic follow up from that location. when I bought my palisade, I was looking for the same level of service and honestly every time I get my car serviced. I have to call. There has been very little reminders. When you come to the shop it s not professional or organized and just leaves you with a feeling that there s so much room for improvement, so I hope this feedback gives an opportunity not to make someone mad, but instead use it as an opportunity to grow and gain confidence with your patrons

Great shopping experience! Greeted with a friendly and informative (no pressure) attitude. Although it was raining, Adriano showed what we wanted to see and combed through the lot. Test drive was also feature filled and informative. Sale was hassle free and very willing to accommodate what we asked for. Fin team went the details thoroughly and willing to accommodate what we wanted with also no pressure yet very informative. Speedy processing in spite of having a few people ahead of us that day.
