Chris was able to accommodate my walking in with only 10 minutes' notice I did not expect this and would have accepted making an appointment for later.He and the team had me out the door with an oil change and 31-pt inspection within an hour which I consider the gold standard for this sort of service by a real certified shop. And, again, without an appointment!Highly appreciated.

I recently visited this establishment for the first time to get an oil change for my car. The wait, which lasted about an hour, was typical for such services, but it was made bearable by the accommodating and helpful front desk staff. They were attentive to my needs and provided timely updates on the progress of my car. As for the service itself, so far my car ran smoothly afterward. But will monitor this for 1-2 weeks and confirm the job.

Chris and the team did a really good job diagnosing my issues. Honest shops like them are why dealerships keep losing customers. Dealership told me I needed to replace what was essentially the whole cooling system. The team troubleshot down to the component to fix my issue. Great support friendly service!

I have taken my Asian car here for many years and have always gotten excellent service! True above and beyond service that no other place around gives. Shoutout to the whole crew for always getting the critical stuff done right! Chris makes problems nonexistent.If you need important engine work done this is your place.Fair price for excellent service, never change.

Not only did they swiftly diagnose and rectify the issue with my car, but they also did so with honesty and integrity. They took the time to explain the problem to me in detail and insured that I wasn t charged for any unnecessary parts or services. Efficiency is unparalleled; my car was in and out of the shop in no time, minimizing any inconvenience on my part. Such dedication to their craft, and their customers is truly commendable. I was so impressed with their service that they didn t hesitate to have my car towed all the way from corona just to have them work on it. Despite the towing cost, the piece of mind and quality of service I received from Temecula auto repair made every penny worth it. From now on, I won t trust anyone else with my car. Very clean and open shop, and great customer service. Chris helped me with a check engine light that had been previously quoted to me from another shop for a $700 repair. Turns out it was unplugged and dirty! Easy quick fix! Thank you so much for your help! I will be recommending you to everyone from now on!

This place is hands down the best local mechanic spot in Temecula.Chris was the most genuine professional mechanic out there. He was honest and educated me on my car problems.Dealership said I needed to pay over $2,000 in replacing a Catalytic Converter. Went over to Chris and said I needed to replace the valve instead. Only paid for the labor costs. Highly recommended.Thanks Chris.

This place went out of their way to give quality repairs to my '67 Mustang. Chris has the all know how about my car that gave me the confidence that this old boy was well cared for. He also has that good old fashioned customer service too that tells me they are taking care of things as if my car was theirs. They have become part of my family.

Had truck dropped off by AAA and Chris had it checked out right away. Great guy who knows alot about vehicles and goes the extra mile to give you all the info that you need....So, I Needed to get a new transmission. They were willing to put one in but my factory warranty was willing to help so had to go another route. They new how much of a pickle I was already in and didn't charge for the car inspection. I've been bringing all my vehicles here for the last 15 years because I trust that they will be fast, efficient, and fix what needs to be done.

Amazing service, I had another shop quote me $4500 for a head gasket that they assured me was bad. I started looking at trading in my car or buying a new one just because I did not want to deal with a head gasket issue. I decided to call Temecula Auto Repair and Transmission for a head gasket quote. I spoke with Chris and he told me he wants to take a look at it himself to verify. They got me in the same day and was able to confidently confirm I did NOT have a blown head gasket but most likely a bad thermostat. I took possession of the car and within a week had them replace the thermostat for me. The price was fair and the service was amazing, I will go back for anything I need while I am in the area and if you go ask for Chris.

I highly recommend bringing your car to Temecula Auto Repair & Transmission, they were professional and knowledgeable and were able to diagnose the problem promptly. ALSO they were able to save me a lot of money! I am so thankful to Chris for the fantastic service I received and I definitely will keep them as my go to mechanic! It's hard to find good service now adays but Chris AND his company are the best!

I love this place. Dropped my vehicle for a Smog Cert, walked over to Casa de Lucy, had lunch, and when I was finished eating my car was ready. Chris is very accommodating and so friendly.

Outstanding service at a reasonable price! Chris and the mechanics are awesome. If you have a choice between them and the dealership, definitely go to Temecula Auto Repair! It will save you a lot of money. And they will do a better job!

Horrible service! Had my car for 2 full days. Had an early 9am appt and didn't hear from them until I called to check on my car at 2. Called again at 3, and they said they would call me back and nothing until I drove there to get my car. Suddenly, they knew what was wrong with my car, but they still needed to check it more. So I had to leave it another day. The guy in the front said my car would get checked early in the morning and didn't hear anything till 11, and still, they couldn't figure out what exactly was wrong with it and said the latest I would get it at was 3, nope not till 5! Horrible service. Never had to leave my car for 2 whole days. Charged us so much for horrible service and something so simple. Would give no stars if I could.

I took my 2020 Volvo to check on a message I was receiving on my dash board about a 12V battery. The gentleman that helped me was very informative after checking my car out . He said this should be covered by my warranty and he did not charge me anything for his time. I was so surprised and I will go back to Temecula Auto Repair for my further car needs. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. Definitely a Auto repair shop you can trust.

I wish I could give 10 stars! This Iowa girl was stranded with an over heating Jeep in middle of somewhere California! All I wanted was to make it to vacation time in Palm Springs!I gave this shop a call, explained what was going on and Chris gave me the number of a tow truck company and said if you get it here before 5pm, we can probably fix you up.No joke, maybe 3hrs later, I'm cruising down 215 to vacation!Excellent customer service! Thanks Chris and crew!

I took my classic beautiful 69 Firebird because it was leaking oil. Most places won t even touch it or they will tell you you need a new engine when in reality you may need something else. I spoke with Wayne and Chris. They were very helpful and fixed the issues at a reasonable price. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place that still practice helping the customer rather than helping their pockets.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning, Oil change

They have been doing my smog certification annually for years. Service good, staff helpful and they do quality work! Made an appointment and they started my smog on time and finished in a timely manner. Very pleased.
