While no one likes to deal with an auto accident, the family run Rancho California Auto Collision made the experience very pleasant. Truly a family operation for over 35 years, dad runs the shop while mom and daughter handle the office and paperwork. They expedited the car rental through Enterprise and interfaced with my insurance company (Mercury) to facilitate all the paperwork. The car was delivered on time and when the owner explained to me the scope of the repairs, he noted the car was wet from a morning shower. He was not satisfied with delivering a car like that to a customer so he took the car back for a final detail and returned it looking like it just drove out of the showroom. Although covered by insurance, the price seemed fair. I hope I don't need to return but definitely recommend Rancho California Auto Collision for any repair needs.

They left my 2023 Tacoma looking brand new and their customer service is exceptional. Repairs were done in an efficient and timely manner and kept me updated throughout the process. They even took the extra step to wash my truck which I really appreciated! I would definitely recommend their services and come here again.

Excellent customer service! We've had multiple cars fixed here over the past 10 year's. Every single time the cars looks brand new. They go above and beyond when fixing cars. The details are amazing and the car is always super clean inside and out when you pick it up. I will always come back. Front driver side had work done and the paint job looks brand new. After the accident, State Farm advised me to repair my car at one of their recommended service centers, warning that if I didn't, the repairs might not be done correctly, and they wouldn't fully cover the costs. I read reviews about Rancho California Auto Collision, which is part of the State Farm network, and decided to take my car there for repairs. It was immediately evident that the entire front plastic of the car needed to be replaced. However, the technicians only replaced the grille. The bumper, which was bent and had broken mounts after the accident, remained unchanged.When I asked why the bumper wasn't replaced, the office manager replied that if I paid for it myself, they would replace it. I was then called in to speak with the manager, who began explaining to me that it was made of plastic, not metal, and that it was considered normal, like new. He also seemed offended that I had described their work as subpar. In summary, it felt like they were taking advantage of customers. I do not recommend dealing with this company or getting insurance through State Farm.

I had an insurance claim and researched a few places before deciding to move ahead with them. WOW, am I so happy I did. I was kept fully updated via text messages from the first assessment to the final repair. I never wondered what phase they were up to. The only shocker is they finished a good week early. My vehicle looked like the day I purchased it. Not a flaw to be found. In fact, the inside was also detailed to the point where even the dust in the vents was gone. Everyone was so friendly as well. they did a good job with my bumper. i initially requested for them to not attach the front plate and when i went to pick it up it was attached. when i brought it to their attention they said theyd redo it at no additional charge and they kept their word.

They've worked on our cars several times. They do excellent body work. It is our go-to shop. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are good at working with the insurance to get the best work done for the best price for the consumer. I'm sure we'll be back.

I went to asked an estimate to this place they wanted to charge me almost $3,000 and they wanted to remove parts of my car that doesn't need to be removed since the price is to high I went to another bodyshop that bodyshop was honest and friendly they told that it only needs little put it will be fix I was so shocked and surprised that RANCHO CALIFORNIA AUTO COLLISION wanted to make money on me. Be careful they might get your insurance and your car.

picked up my Toyota Tundra today from Rancho California Auto Collision after they repaired the rear gate and bedside the paint and finish looks really good, am very happy with all the repairs done, I would recommend this collision center to anyone

Five stars all the way. The damage was repaired, delivered what was needed professionally on time and below estimate. I don't think my vehicle has been as clean is it was returned since I drove out of the show room 20 years ago. This is the most professional Business I have ever dealt with. Since 1985 they have set the standard for the Auto Collision business in the Area. Sarah, at the front desk is the epitome of Customer Service. She is efficient, courteous, and understanding. The staff who do the body work and painting are skilled professionals.My 8 year old vehicle looked better when I picked it up then when it was new. Not only was the repair work flawless, they detailed my car which was unexpected but sincerely appreciated. You won t find a more professional business to restore your damaged vehicle. Kudos 5 Stars

Very communicative with fast and friendly service. Had my truck fixed there for an insurance claim and they did a great job at record speed. They even had the truck washed and all cleaned up for me. I would recommended this business to everyone

This place is awesome. I had some insurance work done and the entire process from start to the finish was painless. They were flexible with drop off/pick up, the front office was so accommodating, and the work they did on my truck looks as good as new. They finished a few days ahead of schedule and they even detailed my truck. Such a great experience, thanks guys!

I have never met a more professional, courteous, and customer-friendly business than Rancho California Auto Collision. Ryan not only went out of his way to address my repair needs and make sure that my new door mirror matched perfectly the color of my car, but he even volunteered to install it himself at no extra cost, and gave me a very reasonable estimate and a timeline when the job would be done. I totally recommend this business for all your auto collision work on your vehicle. They are up-front and handle all your insurance paperwork promptly. No hassles, no headaches.

I was referred to this place by my insurance adjuster after being in an auto accident. I had made an appointment elsewhere as well, but this other place wouldn't be available to give me a quote for two more days. I went to Ranch California Auto Collision and was truly impressed with their great customer service and professionalism. They quoted me fairly and delivered on time as promised. After they replaced my bumper, fixed and painted the tailgate on my SUV, I really couldn't tell anything had ever happened to my vehicle by looking at it-Great Work!

I took my 05 Scion TC after it got smashed because my insurance company recommend them. I wish I had taken it to the dealer instead.I was told after the repair it was going to look brand new again. That was not the case. They used refurbished parts on my car saying they looked brand new! The parts they used were dented and didn't look new and the trunk wasn't centered when installed. I had black stains on my headliner after the repair and the Scion decal on the back isn't flush with the trunk anymore! They billed my insurance full price for new parts but new parts were not used! Then when I go to pickup my car no one goes over anything with me. The receptionist was on the phone and just hands me my keys and sends me on my way.I was not satisfied with the repair and ended up having to take it back to get the above issues fixed.

Having been frustrated by the national collision companies, I opted for a local provide. I could not be happier! The quality of work, the ease of appointment and estimate, the timeliness...all of it. The paint job on a 10 year old red car matches perfectly. No one can tell that one of the fenders is repainted. Go here. You absolutely will not be disappointed.

The customer service here is beyond fantastic! My vehicle was here by no fault of my own and the insurance company for the guilty party was insanely hard to work with. The ladies in the front office stayed on top of my case and made sure I was kept up to date on everything. Their hard work and professionalism made the unfortunate situation so much easier to handle. My car got damaged & I had to take it here for repairs. The repairs came out amazing. The paint was great as well. But when it comes to customer service VERY RUDE! I asked the lady when it would be available for pick up. She told me 7/6. I was like okay great anyway I am able to pick it up on 7/7 so I can money for gas because I am low on money for gas. She said yes that would be perfectly fine. Great so I hung up. About 10 mins later she called me back stating they are going to put $5 in gas in my tank for me. I appreciated that so much & even told them in person how much I appreciated it. My fianc� drove my car because I had to drive the rental back to the other place. But behold they NEVER put the $5 in my gas because my car ran out of gas down the street and I had to push it to a gas station to be able to put $3 in gas because that s all the change I had. My fianc� was not aware of the no gas in the car because they told us they put $5 in gas so he didn t worry about it. I figured it out when we had to pull over & my gas said 0 MILES! Horrible customer service. You don t let a customer know you are going to put $5 in it when you NEVER did. My car is a HONDA CIVIC 2014. $5 would have gave me 30 miles in my vehicle. Enough to get me home. But no they go ahead and lie to your face and make the day harder on you. I will never return to this place because of the horrible customer service. And on top of that the lady on the phone was cussing me out because I was unappreciated about the gas. Even though I said I appreciated it thinking there was gas. I never asked for the gas they offered. If they wouldn t have offered I would have waited till I got paid so I have gas money. So this place is horrible at customer service and WILL lie to you and not give one care in the world.UPDATE :: I found they didn t even finish my paint & didn t even take a dent out of my car. Will be back Monday!

This is the most honest body shop I've ever visited. I had estimates done with them and 2 other shops, and they were the only one that told me the truth. I had two small door dings (one requiring paint) I wanted fixed on a vehicle with expensive paint. Two other shops wanted to repaint the entire panel and blend with the back door. One of them wanted to charge over $1500. RCAC told me that I could use a local mobile paintless dent removal service and save money. I used SimplyDents and they removed one ding completely, and got the other out with just a small amount of clearcoat missing. This shop actually lost out on business because they were honest. That's rarely heard of nowadays. If I ever have any major body problems, I'm taking them to RCAC.

I have always brought my car here. I value how my car looks and appreciate the quality of work that comes out of this establishment. Efren has always taken care of my car when it's here. I couldn't ask for anything more when my car comes out looking gorgeous. Great business, you won't be disappointed.

have had several cars repaired their. they are the best at matching paint i,ve ever seer. my most recent was on my '57 chevy wagon. my front fender was hit. as usual I took it there and the paint was a perfect. you cant tell where the new and old start and end. the match is perfect.would highly recomend them.

Brought my Tahoe here after some loser popped the locks through the keyhole on both the driver and passenger side doors attempting to break in. Efren went over and above what I would expect from anyone else and since my insurance deductible was higher than the cost to repair, used my salvageable parts only replacing the damaged parts.... thus, keeping the cost affordable. He also personally drove me back to my house, was informative regarding the repair both before and after, and worked a quick turn around for me.This is actually my second visit to RCAC (the first was minor cosmetics that was also a good experience) I would recommend RCAC to family, friends and anyone else that appreciates the local business experience.

First time at a repair shop all shops may be the same? I was lied to, called names, had my car two and a half weeks, and never called me about anything that they should or should not have fixed.So when you receive the car that is six months old with a dent Rancho will state it was not noted. Don't get mad, they will tell you are acting like a kid.

When I went in to pick up my car, after a light pole jump in front of said car, I had to check the license plate to make sure it was mine. Amazingly done! Now, I just have to complete the work myself, attain the motivation, and clean the inside! Once again, awesome...and thank you!
