I can't recommend Ranch Muffler highly enough. Knowledgeable and professional staff who actually care about the work they do, which is way more than Mufflers and exhaust. I am dealing with a suspension issue on my Jeep, and they quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. I'll be back for a regear and tires.

Ranch mufflerOn November 29th I went to rancho muffler to have some Led lights installed on my 2016 challenger. I purchased the lights from American Muscle on November 17th for $219.99 and I also purchased an install at Ranch muffler & truck accessories to install the lights I just purchased for $174.99. So I took my car to rancho on the Nov 29th about 8:45 am. So I informed the guy that I had a lower air box, filter and a 4 in hose that connects to the lights and airbox intake. I asked would it be a problem since your already taking the bumper off and the lights your installing connect to the air box. He said it wouldn t be a problem. We did not discuss price. I told him I know you re not going to do it for free, and im willing to pay a fair price. So he never gave me an estimate or a price. So I leave my car it was there for about four hours. They rang me and I go to pick up car. So I get there around 4:00 pm and asked what is the damage mind you the install for the lights is $174.99 already paid for. The lower air box install was $320.00 dollars and the air box has 3 screws on top and 1 screw at the bottom and you already had the bumper off. That should be included operation. I think book time calls for around .8 hours. So the owner kinda gets smart with me and says, how much did he tell you it was going to be and I said no we never discussed a price and then he just walks out. So now I m confused and not happy at all.

Can t say enough GREAT things about Ranch Muffler!!!!. I wanted an OEM Fifth Wheel Prep Kit installed on 19 2500 Ram. Called them and first person I talked too was John and he was courteous and professional saving me money from the start being honest about parts and availability and not wanting to up charge me for parts I can get myself, huge points in my book. I got my kit from MOPAR and called back to schedule, this time Aaron answers the phone, again nothing but nice and professional, they scheduled me for the next day and said it should be done same day. Kit was installed same day and I was looking for a new hitch so Aaron was there and I asked about it, again he found the exact part I wanted and internet price matched it without even being asked, again huge points in my book. Hitch was ordered and on install day had some car trouble and I asked if they could get it in quick because I was without a car and they gave me a time and Aaron pointed me to a breakfast shop and gave me a time to be back. Had breakfast and came back about 10 minutes before the given time and the truck was already done. Again can t say enough good things about these two gentlemen and the shop and how great they are. If you need something for your truck these are the guys to take it too!!! Install is super clean and looks great.

My 2022 Ram 2500 did not come with the 5th wheel prep kit and I absolutely did not want bed rails installed in the bed. I wanted it to look like a factory install, which I found might be a difficult task until I called John and Aaron at Ranch Muffler. They ordered the Pullrite hitch, factory Mopar prep kit, and installed it exceeding all of my expectations. The install is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this shop.

I overall satisfied with the quality of their work and the experience. I'm also happy with the results (exhaust sound). They were able to schedule me the next day appt and they did everything i asked. Labor cost is reasonable (maybe a bit expensive but acceptable and worth the welding quality) their exhaust pipe parts price are honest! I check the welding work today at home and they did a good and neat job (check the photo). Will definitely come back again. Thank you guys.

Absolutely fantastic work. I had a kink in my exhaust system that I did not know about when I bought a "certified used" car from DCH. DCH didn't want to repair it, but the guys at Ranch Muffler fixed it for $100, and it only took an hour. I looked at the welds, and they are nice, smooth, and flawless, my welding skills would never come close.On my drive home, I was getting 3 to 5 extra MPG. Thanks for your good service, I will be back again if I ever need more work!

OMG, These fellow off roaders are the best in Southern California. Big John and Big Jim will keep your ride CA legal. If you want performance (suspension, traction, lighting, NHRA racing specs) no place better to research and get honest expectations on your investment. Such a pleasure to work with this level of professional.

1.0 star rating 7/18/20176 photosThis is by far the worst off road/muffler shop I have ever been to, I Had a full exhaust Cat Back system installed through this shop on my GMC 1500, and they dented in my rear corner panel and attempted to pop it out, cracking my paint and leaving the surface uneven, They didn't tell me that the damage was done, and when I went back to show them the damage they insisted they didn't do the damage and that they needed to check their cameras first, yet they insisted I couldn't see the footage of my truck being worked on . I come back the next day to find out that they deleted all their footage from the last 6 months so when I had to get the police involved to come search their cameras they didn't have any footage from the last 6 months. By far the worst shop I have ever been to and wouldn't recommend anyone to go here, the standard they set their self to is way below any shop I would trust my vehicles with.In response to Jim,I was informed by officer Temple badge #4499 that you had conveniently lost the footage of my truck being worked on, along with the past 6 months of footage showing your storefront, followed by a recommendation to take this case to small claims and to never bring my business to this shop again. If the footage is available I am sure that Officer Temple would want an explanation for it being missing the day of the police report, and to see the footage of my truck being worked on. If you think this review is misleading please contact Officer Temple and explain how your footage (Which you had said to be reviewing) had suddenly disappeared the day of the police report was being made. The way you run your business is unethical and you should be ashamed for how you treat your customers. If you have problem with this review, please start taking accountability for your business's actions.

Above the expected! Value getting more than you pay for. John gave me a quote over the phone that was very fair priced, unmatched by anyone else to put custom bumper with winch and a blue ox tow system on my Jeep. He installed quicker than quoted, did exceptional work and educated me on how to hook up and use equipment. Get this, these people still shake hands and give you their word. I m sure that s why they have been in business for more than 30 years.If you have a Jeep, truck or off-road vehicle go to someone you can trust and appreciate the work they do. I highly Recommend Rancho Muffler in Temecula.Thanks John!

I had a problem getting my Lincoln limousine exhaust repaired. None of the many repair shops I tried were prepared to help until I was recommended to try Ranch Muffler. The service was first class, the staff were great and the price for the repair was very reasonable. If you need work done on your exhaust system look no further, You won't be disappointed

Absolutely awesome service here, spoke to a man named John and he helped me out with my situation for a great cost and laid out the options that fit my budget. Came in on 9/9 and the other gentleman at the counter was just as knowledgeable and friendly. The welds look awesome, gave me a new gasket and stainless hardware for the down pipe as well, couldn t be happier and will definitely be going to them from now on in the future.

I rarely do reviews, you have to be great to get one. That being said. This place is great. Period. The work done and the price. They installed a trailer hitch and assembled and installed my Escooter carrier. John and Paul could not have been nicer to me. Thank you guys. I highly recommend this place. A+ 10

What a great shop to work with! I explained that I was in need of a special hitch for my 1950 Merc. I had spent weeks on all kinds of websites looking for a fitment with no avail. I was greeted right away by Kevin, pulled up some options and came through with flying colors. Even hooked up electrical with special attachments so it didn't affect a draw on the lights. The guys in the back did an awesome job doing very clean work. Pure perfection! I'd give them a 10 star if I could! Do yourself a favor, go down there and have them do the work.

This place is the BEST for all your truck and car needs- I have had 4 hitches put on here and every time I was concerned that the bumper would not match up as they have to take it off for the hitch. Every time it has been perfect. My last suv is a BMW M40i and I was really concerned about it matching up- John even told me "I can't guarantee it will match up exactly but we will do our best. BUT if you don't want to I understand this is a very expensive SUV." It came out perfect.

Until today, I have always had a very good impression of this store. Unfortunately, one bad counter man can ruin everything. Didn t catch his name however, he s the tall, dark haired, condescending one with beakish face that has zero customer service skills. Ended up finding better quality parts for less money at oreillys and likely won t waste my time with ranch muffler again.

The team at Ranch Muffler definitely live up to their reputation as being one of the BEST EXHAUST AND MUFFLER SHOPS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.They outfitted my 1964 Ford Galaxie 500 with an AWESOME dual 2 inch exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers and the setup exceeded expectations. Definitely custom and the sound is just right.There pricing is honest and they definitely support our military. As a retired disabled 26 year Navy veteran, I will highly RECOMMEND THIS SHOP.Thank you again for the awesome work.V/rHenry

Speaking from my own personal experience, the guys in the back are good dudes. The manager was kind of a tool, however. Had an emergency exhaust situation and they handled it for me at a reasonable price, and fitting me in on a Saturday without an appointment.

These guys are great. I bought a stainless steel header for sons YZ450F that wouldn't fit inside the muffler. I took it to them and in less than 10 minutes it fit it like a glove. All I can say for charging was I needed to give them beer money and they graciously accepted that. Btw dont try to use an expander tool from Harbor freight they will totally blow apart woth these. Go to Ranch immediately and walk away totally stoked. Just remember they do get thirsty so help a bro out.

Really really great muffler and accessories shop. I have gone 2-3 times now and have always had amazing service and turn around time is always quick. I am though rating this 4 stars and not 5 soully because my exhaust piping has broken twice in around the same spot. This spot happens to be just after the y-pipe going back to my 3rd cat/resinator... This exhaust is on an off road prerunner ('01 Toyota tundra) so it does take some shaking. This is more likely the manufacturers fault than the shop. ALL IN ALL, great shop, great service, DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED

Highly recommend. Got an MBRP Turbo Back exhaust done on my 97 Ford. They were cheaper than buying direct from MBRP, installed it within days of ordering it for a fair price and, for no additional charge, fixed an exhaust leak i had. They did it the right way with new nuts and bolts.Not only that, they weld every part of the exhaust (rather than just clamping it together) no leaks/no rattling.Will be back for more modifications soon.

I bought a used Jeep XJ off of a guy from craigslist who used it almost entirely for off roading. The entire underbelly had a bunch of surface rust, the muffler was rusted through, and had a horrid exhaust leak. It gave me an excuse to drop by Ranch Muffler for a muffler replacement, they asked what I was looking for and were very straight forward and knew what I needed. I had the Magnaflow muffler in mind, and without knowing that they suggested I get the Magnaflow and I couldn't be happier.I also asked them to dump the pipe just so I wouldn't have to worry about smacking the pipe on my rear axle when I'm off roading. John was the one who checked me in, and Jacob is the tech who did the work. And like I said earlier, my Jeep is pretty rusted up, and he did a great job in dealing with welding rust. It's no easy task, they did an excellent job and I really couldn't be happier.

Great people, they do great work and treat you professionally and with patience and respect unlock the big commercial shops. There's a reason why they've been in business so long. Jeeps, trucks, lifts, hitches, exhaust, accessories they do it all and do it right.
