I must admit that I was really worried about keeping my business with Ramona Tire after my go to person Scott left. Customer service and a completely trustworthy diagnosis were always guaranteed. However, when I came in to get some work done, I met Joey. I was terribly worried that my go to guy for 10 years was gone and the new staff would surely be out for self as sadly most business are. COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG. Joey had the problem diagnosed and worked with me on the most important issues to fix right away, while giving me the most affordable price. I was texted a complete breakdown of each problem (my car has 160, 000 miles on it and there were many).He took the time to explain that he wanted me to "Be Safe" on the road and worked on getting me the best price on each issue that was most troublesome at the moment. He even set up a game plan for future fixes on a timeline that was affordable to me. If a customer service manager has my safety on his mind, especially me being a woman, and didn't try to take advantage of the situation, that speaks volumes to me. I recommend you call Joey for a quote on any service. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! They have my business for years to come!! Thank you Joey!!!

I was in a tough situation with a tire situation I had for my car they were special tires first of all they're very hard to find there was very little time left in the day and not quite enough funds available at the moment to make it happen there was a employee by the name of Jr when above and beyond to make it work and get the job done and give me back on the road the customer service I received was extraordinary and they will get my business in a very near future and as long as I get that kind of service I'll continue to go back there. I'd recommend this place to have your work done. I only had tires put on but like I said they were special tires in there was special circumstances with these tires and rims. With great professionalism in speed and care. Look for an employee named RJ he will take care of you. He went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. And I'm forever grateful.

Amazing service. I didn t have enough money to cover all the recommendations needed on my car. They helped me figure out exactly what I needed to get me home safe, that I could actually afford, and went above and beyond to help me even though it was getting close to closing. I will definitely be back

Greg, the Assistant Manager, was extremely courteous, friendly, and accommodating. The prices for the tires I needed were lower than many other places I checked, and the work was done quickly and efficiently! I was so pleased with every aspect of my experience! I highly recommend this business!

I drove down to Ramona Tire to make an appointment to get my car repaired and they fixed it on the spot. Great service and lots of smiling faces. Greg Langelier, the service writer, was very helpful. I can't recommend this place enough.

They are always so friendly and work me in that day if they can. I ve gone in there a few times with nails in my tires and they always take them out and patch it up for free. They give a small town feel and treat you as such. I ve always had a great experience with them.

Very professional. Sales person kept on it and kept giving me updates. It did seem like it took a fairly long time to put on new tires, but they look great and I am happy with the service.

I went in today for a front end alignment for my 98 Jeep ZJ. It s my daily and it s off roaded on the weekends. The attention to detail and communicating with the customer is where the difference for me. My Jeep is notorious for front-end wobble especially with lift and tires on them. They always get it back to smooth but I recommend you balance your tires after a lot of off road and airing down. Makes all the difference to the alignment.

I called to make an appointment they made it easy and simple for me. I arrived and they said possibly a one hour wait I said oh no I have to go to the groceries it was almost 4 pm already. So I sat and waited the gentleman were all real nice and they prioritized my vehicle since I had to go to get groceries for my kids. I will definitely bring my other vehicles to get alignment here.

Brought my vehicle in for a couple of concerns. Service reps were quick, professional and explained the process. Service tech called back to make recommendations and explain the findings. Also provided a recommendation for additional services needed that Ramona doesn t do. This is the second time using Ramona and am very happy with this repair shop. Highly recommended!

I've always been treated outstandingly by Ramona. Year and a half ago, they put on all new struts. I was having an issue with them. One of their techs drove my car... without any hesitation, said they would replace all of them.

Was 5 stars when I did an oil change. However, returned a month later to replace 2 tires as recommended and left livid. When I came in and asked if it could be done, they said yes there are 2 cars in front of you. Great, no problem. After waiting patiently for 3 hours and several other people came and went, they "couldn't find the keys" and got an attitude with me about them misplacing it when I responded, "I gave you the key". When finally done he gonna say, "I'll knock off $20 that's all I can do". Further more, didn't even discuss tire options and now my tires don't match. Being short staffed is understandable thus why I was being patient, but getting rude with a customer over your mistakes is not excused and acting like $20 makes it ok is just more insulting.

I normally don't write reviews, but I was extremely happy with the service at Ramona Tire in Temecula. Most of the time I fix my own car but with a busy life I sent my car there for the first time. Eric was not only very helpful, he was able to find a way to reduce the cost to make my repairs more affordable. Definitely very trustworthy as their main goal is to make sure you get quality care on your vehicle without the hefty price tag that comes alongside it.

They gave a vehicle condition report and didn't try to push anything on me. All the fees were fair and they're very nice. Replacing a tire was very quick too.

Very professional, honest evaluations and recommendations. Very fair price on my repairs as well. They even got me a shuttle to and from home so I didn't have to wait inside, even though the service was fast it was nice to be able to get other things done while I waited.

I never take my car anywhere else. They always are upfront about what I need and don t oversell me on the things I don t need. I always feel safe when I drive my car out of there. Thank you guys as always! Joey is running a great team!

Zero stars if possible; took the car in 15 minutes ahead of scheduled time; was told will be 4th in line???! I have an appointment for oil change but I guess they bump you lower on the waitlist because they make more money on other services on other cars?!! This is not right!!! Asked if I wanted to wait or get shuttled home; just came off work at 8am from a 12 hours graveyard shift at the hospital and needed sleep so decided to go home; was told it would be ready in about 2 hours; reasonably acceptable I suppose; free Lyft ride home; woke up at noon, 4 hours later, called the shop and was told the car was NOT even worked on yet; they stated he will do me a favor and ask one of the workers to delay his lunch to get to my car next. HELL NO!!! I m coming to get my car NOW! Send me the freaking lyft now! Will NEVER do business with establishment ever again!!! The Lyft driver also expressed his displeasure with the services here from his past experience; PLEASE take your business elsewhere!
