These guys are THE BEST!! From the moment you walk into the office (very clean office) you are greeted in a pleasant manner and offered coffee or water. The first time i EVER took my car here i needed a catalytic converter. I called everywhere including the Toyota dealership. I got the price from the dealership and the part was over $1000 by itself. i talked to Scott and he did not charge a penny more for the part and then i didn't even get charged labor.I walked away knowing that Quality 1 was not out to "make a dollar" and take advantage because i was a girl and had no CLUE what the repair really was. Ever since that experience i have referred anyone in the area with car issues to Quality 1. The guys always go out of there way to make sure my car is as safe as possible and clean :). The warranty on their labor has never been an issue. they have changed my brakes that were under warranty multiple times and never make it seem like i am going crazy when i say i am hearing noises coming from my car. Recently i ran into a curb and did some pretty good damage. They had my car back to me within a WEEK!! I appreciate all your hard work!!

Had our Jaguar for almost 6 months, charged us $4000.00!! Gave us lots and lots of excuses and in the end STILL left lights blinking on the dash board! Taking our baby to an honest, reliable garage in Villa Park!Looking to sue for services NOT COMPLETED! They had to ask us how to open the trunk? They are NOT European car specialists. Do NOT TAKE YOUR CARS TO EUROPEAN AUTOWERKS in Temecula!!

Our Jaguar engine light and low performance warning lights came on. After 2 months and way too much money at another foreign car repair shop in town. Weeks of rental car expense they told us "We can't fix it"We took the car to Quality 1 --- We highly recommend Quality 1 Auto in Temecula - Jason the service manager is very professional. We got photos of the work and calls to authorize the work and the price. It took 3 days much of which was fixing the work done by the previous repair shop --- but now it is perfect. Should have gone there the first time. We will not take our cars anywhere else!

Over the last two years I have used the services of The Quality 1 Auto Service. In my experience the followings were observed:1. It is convenient to make an appointment for service;2. The staff of the Quality 1 Auto Service were polite, professional and friendly;3. The services were very satisfactory and to my specification;4. I have been offered a courtesy ride to my residence while my car was being serviced;5. I have enjoyed their free car wash after each of my services.6. Their waiting room is clean and they provide beverage while you wait for the service.I am a satisfactory customer.

Great Service! I got new spark plugs and a brake fluid system flush. Quality 1 Auto Service does almost any type of auto repair or service. They are always honest about what your car needs.Their waiting room is very comfortable and Jason at the front desk is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. I recommend them to anyone looking for auto repairs in Temecula or Murrieta.

Really appreciated the service. Our Volvo needed a new throttle body. Quality 1 did the necessary repairs, took care of some complicated reprogramming, and made excellent recommendations at a fair price. They really earned our trust, and the car drives better than ever!

Over charged to replace hosesin radiator. Did not give breakdown ofCharges. To replace 6 hoses a job which only takes maybe two hours. They charged 750.00 labor. Parts only should be 150.00 They charged 345.00. Then when I went to pick my car up it would not start. Contacting BBB and Board of MechanicI am a women so they took advantageIt was only one hose leaking but said others were bad. Con.

Been a loyal customer since early last year. Needless to say, my experiences have been nothing short of outstanding. Scott and Steve are true professionals, along with the rest of the crew at Quality 1. The reason I found these guys is because I wanted a second opinion after I got a quote from my Infiniti dealer for maintenance on my 2005 G35 Coupe after a small incident. They were estimating the repairs in the several thousands, and I was pressed for time and money and I had just recently moved into the Temecula area. After shopping around for service centers that could perform factory maintenance, I talked to the guys at Quality 1 and they invited me to bring my car in so they could take a look at it. Not only did they found that I was being quoted for a lot of unnecessary maintenance, but they took me into the garage and physically showed me that the repair areas identified by the dealer were still in very good condition (the dealer didn't even entertain it). I was sold! Got service done and the attention to detail that went into every part of the process made me realize that these were my guys! I've also had cars serviced for my mom, brother, and fiancee. Solid work, friendly staff, attentive service. This is my only stop in Temecula for all my car service needs.

Superb service every time I've taken my Volvo to Quality 1. They have routinely made money-saving suggestions. The work is done professionaly and in a timely manner. And the military discount is much appreciated. I won't take my car anywhere else!

Great, honest, friendly people. Thanx Jason! Quality1Auto saved me 50% over the same service quoted at the dealership, and found a simple fix for my cruise control problem without an extra charge. The dealership wanted to replace the system.Great job! I will be back!

For Sprinter owners with Mercedes diesel engines:I bought a 10-year-old Sprinter-based RV and drove it here from Florida without having a pre-purchase inspection. Although nervous about what might be discovered, I took it to Quality 1 based on their reputation, professional YouTube videos, and their experience servicing Sprinter fleets. Their inspection was thorough and included test drive, visual inspection, fluid checks, engine, and all computer monitors. They turned up several areas needing immediate servicing for safety and maintenance of my investment. They were also able to advise me that the monitors indicated it would pass smog, which was a relief to me (and it did.) Add in clear communication from Scott and Jason, extra effort from the mechanics to work late so all would be taken care of by the next morning, helpful printouts, and no surprises in the invoice, to make a satisfying experience for me, with new confidence in using this awesome vehicle for my family and I, and well worth the drive from Vista to Temecula!

I own VW's and Audi's and have always been skeptical to take my cars to a mechanic. I usually did all auto repairs myself, but as I got older my job required more of me and I found myself spending all my free time with my kids. I chose to bring my A4 Quattro to Quality 1 because I read that they have an Audi Tech onsite. It only took half a day to service my transmission and wash my car for me. I couldn't be happier, their prices were more than fair and their work is warrantied. I will definitely be bringing my car there in the future... and since I own VW's and Audi's it's pretty inevitable. :)

I trusted Quality one but soon they tried to take advantage of my trust. They installed a part that doesn't belong to my model hence check engine light. I took the old sensor from the replacement and I have had no issue with check engine light since. They also cracked my windshield while car was in their shop. I asked them to go over the security camera surveillance but they never did.Bottom line stay away from these guys.

Horrible place. Left a truck there to get it diagnostic and they charged $230 to just call their technician. didn't take apart de truck or anything. and just gave us a recommendation. HORRIBLE customer service. Brody refused to help us get the truck out of their parking space after he parked it there and it never turned on again. Brody said he had more important things to do like pick up phone calls & stay just in case a customer comes in. like we weren't their customer. Brody seriously needs to get fired.

I went to these guys because they provide a 3 yr/36K warranty on all work, which is hard to find elsewhere in my experience. I also went there because they are experienced with Volvo's. The labor price is a bit steep compared to other shops but in my experience you get what you pay for. I could have gotten the work done elsewhere but when your wife and kids are using the car one tends to want the best service.

Took my BMW in for a bad ignition coil needed to be replaced. The part was $76.83 and the labor was $355.29. I was in shock to find out how simple and easy it was to replace any of the ignition coils and they did not need to keep my car for an entire day. This will be the very last time I take my vehicle into this shop. These idiots should of replaced all 6 coils and spark plugs because typically at 130,000 miles they go out or they should of at the very least explain what needed to be done. Infact, nothing says on the receipt that they replaced the spark plug as well. I learned more about these ignition coils from viewing several videos on how to replace them. This automotive repaire place should be closed immediately for over charging of labor. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BRING MY CAR TO THESE GUYS - STAY AWAY

These guys are amazing!! Took my car in a couple months ago with a leak and they found areas in my car that had been over looked at chain locations and they were able to fix everything that day! I will be back in about a month for my oil change and know that my car is in good hands!

Staff were friendly and efficient. They called me to give me updates on my car and asked for authorization before proceeding. Highly recommended if you want people who are friendly, knowledgeable about cars, and who will take the time to explain what's going on.

Terrible I had a porsche they screwed up a simple oil change. Now I took my 745 I BMW and just for an oil change I took the car home and had a severe tranny leak. Which never happens with BMW 7 series. After paying over 1K today had same leak and at BMW dealer.

I am very picky when it comes to taking my car to a repair shop. Quality1 is very professional and can diagnose problems that other repair shops just couldn t figure out. If you want it fixed right the FIRST time I recommend Quality1.Highly recommend.

Bottom Line is: Quality 1 does it right.Scott and the team know what they're doing. If you are looking to get RIPPED OFF then this is the place for you! Their prices are 3 times higher than a dealer and then they charge you for services never done!!! One of these news channels need to go under cover to show to the public how dishonest Quality 1 Auto is with their estimates and their customer! They give the whole industry a bad name!

No one likes it when their car breaks down. But I'm glad I found Quality 1 Auto Service when mine did. They took pictures of what was wrong and emailed them to me, so I didn't just have to take them at their word.I refer anyone I can to this place.
