Went in thinking of trading in and getting something newer. We were helped by Ian. He was wonderful. He listened to our needs and found us just what we were looking for. The process was seamless and Ian never made us feel pressured. HIs knowledge of the cars we were looking at was unsurpassed, you could tell he enjoyed what he does.He went above and beyond to make sure some aftermarket equipment was removed from our trade in and his follow up has been on point.We would highly recommend Ian and the team at Paradise Chevrolet. When we are in the market again we would absolutely buy from Ian again. Go see Ian if you are looking to get into something new!

Bought our truck from them, got a great rate and good service. We've since been back for a service call, which was taken care of perfectly. The staff are always friendly. Paradise has been very steady for me. I will only take my cars to Ted. The other techs are just so so. They feel more like used car salesmen than techs. Ted is trustworthy and knowledgeable and tries to help his customers. As long as Ted is there then I will keep going to Paradise.

Went in for maintenance. Was charged $1800 for the various service. I was charged for service and parts that were not replaced. Service writer was horrible to work with. Mechanics not honest. We own 3 Chevrolet s and will never do business again with this dealership. Will drive out of town for service and sales. Do not recommend.

I dont know how many times ive written a review for this dealer. They schedule appointments down to the minute, but 2 weeks in advance. I dint understand how a professional lube tech needs a car for 4 hours to complete an oil change and rotate the tires. This is stuff I can do in my dreiveway with basic hand tools in under an hour.......

Your box truck needs to yield to traffic instead of pulling out in front of traffic. Complete disregard for anyone else on the road. Driver was pulling out of from 32207 Dunlap Blvd.

The worst experience. Had to call customer service to get them to return my insurance company's phone call for status of car in for repairs to extend my rental. Was promised car would be ready prior to the expiration of rental or they would fix it with my insurance company, but failed to do so and I had to come out of pocket for not one but three days of rental. No QA was done on car and I had to point out discrepancies of repairs which they fixed but that took another day. Had to bring the car back because road test was not done correctly, evident by the loud noise coming from the rear axle which sounded like bad wheel bearings. I was told all the parts were replaced, but not so because they had to send the car to Honda to troubleshoot and replace wheel bearings. I recommend you take your car elsewhere for repairs.

I purchased a tonneau cover online said it would be in Temecula from Los Angeles in 2 days. It's been at least a week and I keep getting "it'll be here in a couple days" and I can't track your order"... after being overcharged for another part, I will probably start using another dealer....this after I purchased a new truck and paid cash....too bad

Dealing with their service department was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with over 40 years dealing with our trucks. I would never even buy a spark plug from these guys, there warranties are useless and only good for maybe toilet paper.

Made a appointment to fix a small oil leak in my 2018 xt5 t i told them i would be waiting they said fine . When i got there they said it would be about 8 hour wait what a joke.Then he said it would be 70.dollars just to look at it.Not the service i expected from a Cadillac dealer.

Bad customer service. I made an appointment & they gave me the wrong day. I show up & they say it's a week later! The blond girl with the nose stud was rude & didn't make any effort to fit me in that day, despite the fact that I had made an appointment & it was their error. I had rearranged my whole schedule to bring my car in that day. It was a big inconvenience & they did nothing to make it right. Instead the girl makes an excuse saying that appointments are always weeks in advance; that's a blatant lie because previously I've always made an appointment a few days in advance. Don't go here because you can't even count on them to get your appointment right.

Service Dept. met me in service aisle. While i waited enjoyed freshly baked rolls & gourmet coffee pods (chilled water bottles too). Several large screen tv's, one with sports (yuck) and the other a varied program.

Do not take your car here! The worst service ever. These guys are liars! They called me to say my truck was ready 4 times and each time there were still problems that they said they already repaired!
