These guys were great! I found that I had a nail in my tire on Friday afternoon as I was trying to hit the road for a long road trip, super stressful! They took care of me right away and had me back on the road in no time. Fantastic friendly service. Highly recommended

Old Town Tire was VERY responsive when my vehicle was dropped off due to NO brakes. Parts were ordered and the car returned in a very timely manner.

Old Town Tire saved me on my recent trip to the desert. I lost my brake fluid line on the freeway and gratefully made it to Old Town Tire where they helped me with excellent service. I took a lunch break and came back to the work all done beautifully. Great guys. Can't recommend this spot enough. I was super lucky! Thank you!

Chevy dealership said I needed new brake pads. Took the car to Old Town. Dave had the car inspected and found the brakes to be almost new. Good honesty Old Town! We ll be back!

I was in need of a break repair and we were visiting Temecula. The ONLY 5 Star rating belonged to Old Town Tire and Service and it's well deserved! They took care of my vehicle and soooo incredibly helpful and provided us with remarkable, impeccable service that's second to none! Highly recommend

The power steering went out on our Camry while driving on the freeway. We were able to pull off and call AAA for a tow. Luckily, Old Town Tire & Service was the closest and highest rated option. Jake took care of us and the team quickly identified and made the needed repairs.

Discovered I needed a tire repair late in the afternoon and was stressed about being able to get it repaired so I had a car for the next day. Our usual place couldn't do it that day so we brought it here and these guys had it in and done in about 15 mins. Roy and Keith kept us talking and laughing the whole time we were there. Super nice and friendly. Huge Thank You to them. We will definitely come back!

Update 3/2024:Just want to say that I continue to be a very very happy customer of Old Town Tire & Service. This is an AWESOME auto service shop from the customer service and staff to the workmanship of each staff member. They will never sell you any useless service and always honest and fair.Thanks Again y'all!!This place is so amazing been too long that I haven't had a good honest mechanic shop. Keith, Andrew and the rest of all Town tire and service staff are always ready with a smile to answer any questions and take care of your needs. If your looking for honest advise and even better work on your vehicle, Then this should be your shop.Thanks old town tire&service staff!!!Adding on to my review in 2022: I'm still Loving coming to Old Town tire here in Old Town Temecula. First off the staff, the staff, the staff I love the staff here and their work is phenomenal and all the folks that work here are genuinely awesome people. I always come in to get my vehicle serviced here but always get so much more with great conversation and good laughs these folks can make an hour feel like 10 minutes. My teenage daughter needed new brakes and went to Old Town Tire & Service. She was anxious about "adulting." The staff immediately put her at ease. She came out of there with new brakes and more self esteem and confidence. Thank you, Old Town Tire for helping my daughter "adult."

I took my car in for a transmission issue no check engine light on,they diagnosed it and found a slight misfire in the engine. After spending almost $1000 on the misfire the issue was not fixed. I also have a check engine light and screws missing on a engine component. I would not recommend this shop to anyoneService: Engine repairService: Engine repair

We have been coming to Old Town Tire for years. They have always been very professional, affordable and consistent on repairs. If something doesn t need to be repaired, they always advise us to hold off. We highly recommend Old Town Tire.

Old Town Tires has a great staff beginning with Jake, Keith and Roy! An unexpected trip came up and we felt we wanted to get two new tires!Jake had told us about the Advanta tires with 60k usage and a road warrantee from the manufacturer. I was wanting a good value and quality of tire! I talked to Roy this morning and he handled everything for us. In and out in a very short time! Good job guys! We are very grateful for you help! We will be a return customer forever!!

As always, Old Town Tire did a great job on our Toyota Highlander at the last visit. It's a high-mileage car that has been burning oil. They checked with Toyota and made recommendations to change the oil viscosity to reduce the amount of oil getting past the piston rings. Keith, Roy and their techs have always been top-tier in their work our vehicles.

I have been coming to Old Town Tire & Service since 2011. I have never had a bad experience. I absolutely love coming to see them because I know that I am in good hands. The quality and care that they provide is a step above. They treat you like family. They are efficient, fast, and fair. I will always recommend them and will be a loyal customer for life. As always the service was great. I made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. for an oil change and tire inspection. My "check tire pressure" light had come on but I couldn't detect any leaks so I needed this done. But I had another appointment at 10:30. They said they could get me out at 10:00 a.m.And as always they don't disappoint. My oil change was completed and they also found a nail in one of my tires that had caused the "check tire pressure" light to go on. They removed the nail and repaired the tire. All of this done within the hour as promised. These guys are the best.I used to live in Temecula but two years ago I moved to downtown Riverside for my work. But they are so trustworthy, kind, and have never tried to rip me off. As a single woman, finding a good mechanic is like finding a good man. When I called in about a non-working headlight, I was warned that it may take awhile to figure out what could be wrong, and it might take days to get the required part. When I arrived, it proved easy for them to get under the hood to get to the part, Toyota had a new part, and I was in and out in under a half hour, and it was so inexpensive! Everyone there are very nice and respectful and they stand by their work. They never recommend work that is not necessary, which I really value, because the dealer was always trying to sell me new tires or whatever the weekly special was.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The only people I recommend to my friends. I don't recommend hair, nails, trainers, etc. Keith and his crew are great and have been going to them for 15 years.Keith, looks like my wife was logged on to my account.
