I wanted to thank Old Town Temecula Harley Davidson for helping me with my first bike purchase and making it such a great experience. Jay was amazing and extremely helpful in finding the perfect bike for me and working with what I was looking for. I highly recommend seeing Jay for finding your perfect bike. Tim in parts was also amazing, he helped find the perfect items to get my riding days starts. All the staff was very helpful and kind, they all treated you like part of a family, I will be going back again for my next bike and sending my friends and family.

Bought our third bike there last month (16 road glide). Each purchase was easy and no pressure from the sales people. The service department fixed an issue the really weren't obligated to fix, and didn't charge me. Everyone there treated us like family. Best place to buy a bike in the IE and 100% better than the other Harley dealer north of them. Can't give them enough praise.

Would HIGHLY recommend! Me and my boyfriend bought a bike from here and it was the best decision! Jay, Jordan and Tony were awesome and so helpful and kind! They made the buying experience so personal and really took interest in us as customers. The entire experience from starting with Jordan and Jay showing us the bikes to finish with the young gentleman in parts was fabulous! This will definitely be our new go to Harley dealership!

Had to leave my bike at the dealership last night, a simple brake fluid flush revealed uneven wear on the front brakes, that then revealed issues with the ABS system.... theese issues could have resulted in a very bad situation if i would have driven the bike. Thank God I bought the extended warranty for another 2 years!!! The dealership even drove me home 97 miles, which was a 4 1/2 round trip with 5pm traffic!!! I've never been treated as good as this Harley Dealership has treated me, with any purchase (car, house ect). I will never ever go anywhere else!!!!

I would give them no stars if the option was available. We had an agreement on a bike, and just now, at a little after 5:00 when I had an appointment at 10:00 AM tomorrow to pay for the bike and pick it up, they called to tell me they sold it out from under me. A man's word is all he has in life, especially in the Harley world. They have no ethics or honor. They should not have a Harley dealership. Don't do business with them.

We went in and had a pleasant experience until the purchase process and lack of communication between the department. We purchased a used Indian from this dealership and have had nothing but problems. Their answers consistently were, "we don't touch Indians, sorry." Then why sell them? It has been nothing but a nightmare and now looking at legal action.

If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would. Shopped around from San Diego all the way to Los Angeles and ended up calling Temecula Harley and spoke to Andre. Within a 5 minute phone call Andre provided me so much information and said if I come in today and make a deal happen he would take care of me. And he stuck to his guns and held up his word. I ended up going in and he did more then enough for me to make me a satisfied customer. If you are looking for a Harley go see Andre. Josh also helped me out and was in great customer service on making sure all the parts i wanted to add was added. They are straight to the point. No back n forth on prices. Shout out to the parts guy KC for taking his time and going through parts with me to get on my bike. All of the employees there have over the top customer service. No complaints and recommend anyone interested in buying a bike stop in! Thanks Again Andre!!!

Had an incredible time at Harley Davidson! I admit I was a bit nervous about the whole "biker community" thing, thinking it might be rowdy. But Mark made it super easy, guiding me to choose a cool 2020 Street Bob without any pressure. It didn't feel like a sales pitch; he just shared info and expertise.Then, onto the Merch store. Shopping for a helmet with Brenda was the most enjoyable "shopping" experience ever. We chatted about life, making it feel more like joining a community than a typical shopping interaction.Finally, KC from the parts department gave me his card, offering assistance anytime. He called my bike soulful, which was pretty cool.Sharing this for two reasons:1. Don't hesitate to check out Harley. The biker community is welcoming and supportive, like joining a new family.2. Go for it! Riding my new bike is a blast. Wish I did it sooner. Riding with the wind is an unbeatable feeling.Big thanks to Max, Brenda, Arielle, Ryan, and KC for making my Harley experience awesome! Very pleased with the buying experience for my 2022 Street Bob. Salesperson Blake was quite helpful. I came in a few times and he answered all my questions. When it came time to negotiate a deal, the finance Mgr Max was reasonable and easy to work with. I am very happy with the bike and the purchase price. Thanks guys!

Great guys in a friendly, smaller environment than the big dealers and they have the same bikes, parts and service quality as anybody out there. Spend your hard earned $$ locally and support your home town dealer right here in the Temecula Valley!(Updated review bought another bike from them)I did switch over to a BMW but same customer experience as before. Thanks for being good guys!

NOW OWNED BY A CORPORATIONI started riding motorcycles in 1975 and have purchased a lot of bikes over the years. I want to say that Temecula HD/BMW is the old ways. It is an experience that is almost gone. Over the years, Corporations have taken control of most dealerships. I find with corporations, it has no soul. Its only purpose is to make money. So if you have a problem and ask to speak to one of the owners, I doubt the employee knows who it is. Or if they would let you talk to them.At Temecula HD/BMW, the owner is there, maybe even the person helping you (He was with me). Also, when you are at Temecula, look at the employees. They are happy. I found it safe with no pressure experience, unlike three other HD dealerships in So Cali. That called me nonstop. Temecula gave me the time I needed to decide and never bothered me. It was just what I was looking for. I highly recommend them. It was worth the drive for me. It is a dealership I will go back to for my next bike.

I came to this Harley Davidson just to look at the sizes of the bike. I left with a brand new bike. The Jay and the J team were really nice and genuine. I went to a dealer before this and was offered a use bike for almost the same price and the dealer was really pushy. John and Josh also very helpful with negotiating. This dealer was not sleezy, there was no hidden fees. Everything is in your face.So if you guys want a hassle free, bs free environment then this is a good place.

Great experience here at Old Town Temecula Harley! I stopped in to look at bikes and was helped by Jaret. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I kept in touch with Jaret and bought a few weeks after my initial visit . The sales team was super cool and never gave a slimy sales vibe. Thank you to Jaret, Josh, and Tony. Jaret mentioned there was a recent ownership change and they are striving to give great deals and a great experience. Old Town Harely delivered !! Loving my Road Glide ST

Great experience in the parts department.Tristan helped me out. I had a detailed list of parts I needed. Tristan was able to pull them all and had them waiting for me upon my arrival.With service like that, it makes it easy to come back and spend more money.

3rd time I have been since new ownership. Not really sure how to call this one. I was there just the other day and it looked deserted, sort of. Lots of bikes out front for sale. No one in sight. Not even sure there was a vehicle in the parking lot, 2 or 4 wheels.End of a slow day perhaps. Don't be afraid to stop in. Looks like they may enjoy the company. :)

Beautiful showroom but I've gone twice now and have been ignored. I walked back and forth looking at everything and was never approached by a salesperson at all. I bought my bike from a private party and skipped the dealer mark-up.

What a store. Wow. Visiting friends from Ohio had to check it out. The spouse bought another of his favorite t-shirts he bought here 10 years ago. I bought a patch for a friend. Good time. Nice staff

It's mostly a BMW dealership now. That wasn't my only problem, I had made a appointment twice with one of your sales people both time I was told that person wasn't there and another sales rep didn't want to help me and said she would get someone to help me and didn't stayed outside then left bought somewhere else told you guys I was paying cash. You guys didn't care or maybe felt I wasn't gonna buy because we had just come off a rally and we all rode in kind of dirty and mostly Veterans some of us Active duty in Uniform, I will never go back !

Everyone we worked with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Plus no one was pushy, which made the buying experience great (especially compared to other dealerships I visited).Stach�, Mike, and Andre were amazing. It's obvious that they love what they do. They were sincerely interested in making sure we got the best bike for our needs.I live in Las Vegas. I spoke with dealers throughout Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and California. We decided to drive to Temecula HD to purchase a bike because the way they treated me during several phone calls and emails while I shopping around. They were great. That feeling and treatment continued even after we bought the bike. Great place!
