*update*Picked up my car that was worked on from my tech. Check engine light was on and flashing the very second I got in my car when I picked and started it. Obviously they denied the engine light being on.Called my insurance and told them the ongoing nightmare I ve had with my tech and had it towed to dealership. The service department called me and notified me that the clutch was not repaired saying "My tech at the dealership here said it doesn't feel right. It shudders/chatters when engaging."Beyond ridiculous. HIGHLY recommend you do not do business here. Thank God my insurance is covering it. Can t imagine how much this would cost if they didn t.properly was towedTerrible customer service!!! Kept my car for 2 weeks, when I call to ask about when my car will be ready, I get a attitude and told they ll get started on it. zero communication, terrible attitudes. I highly do NOT recommend these people what so ever. Got my car back, I was told there was a full inspection, and everything was good. Yeah right! clutch was acting funny as I was reversing out of their parkinglot, I confronted them about it and I was told they didn t mess with my clutch. (Okay well if you guys really did a full inspection, you would have notice the clutch acting funny right?) Few days later my clutch goes out. Mind you this is a brand new car. Super shady and terrible service. Save your money and go to a LEGIT shop.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

I came into My Tech earlier this week and was amazed by the service I received. The girl at the front desk answered all of my questions, explained to me what the purpose of rotors and turning them are, and even kept me company while I waited for my service to be done. Mark, the owner, was also extremely nice and helpful. My car was done in a very reasonable amount of time, I didn't feel like I had to wait a crazy amount of time. This is hands down the best experience i've had at any automotive shop in this valley! I will be back and will refer many others here!

Marc and Chris replaced rubber molding around 2 windows in my Subaru. They are honest and experienced. Marc drove me home and picked me up too. Allie the receptionist is friendly and kept me informed on pricing. On previous services I've had oil changes, tire alignment, and battery replaced. I had a great! experience at My Tech yesterday. I took my car in for a overheating problem. The problem wasn't found in their original evaluation. They performed some additional testing and correctly diagnosed the problem. The problem turned out to be relatively inexpensive. They were professional, fair,and thorough. Through out the whole experience they communicated with me prior to taking any actions. It was refreshing to have a great auto mechanic experience because of the historical reputation of a significant amount of mechanics being sheisty. They definitely were not that way and i appreciate it I highly recommend you take your car into their shop for your auto mechanic needs.

This shop and their owners have always taken care of my cars. Whether a diagnostic, repair or just getting a potential car purchase looked at to make an educated decision these guys rock. Recently brought in a 93 integra that wasn't running. I gave them an idea on how much I was looking to spend in potential repairs to get it back up and running. They did some test, and within less than 24 hours of time they had it diagnosed and back running smoothly for a reasonable price. Thanks Guys, Stay True.Eric E

Mark owns one of the last of the honest car repair shops. He gives an honest price for services that are needed. You never have to worry that he's going to find something extra that needs repair. My 2005 Jeep Liberty has over 200,000 miles on it. It has been at many different repair shops during those 200,000+ miles. By far, My Tech Tire and Automotive is the BEST I have encountered. They are honest, knowledgeable, and treat their customers very well. The last 3 times my Jeep has needed service, I have taken it here. I would highly recommend them!

I've been bringing my vehicle here for the last five or six years. I've had many services done from tires and alignment to clutch and differential gears. The folks at My Tech are consummate professionals who provide quality service at a reasonable price. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for many years to come.

I have jeff and his crew work on ALL of my vehicles. They have been fair and honest with me. I am also a veteran and will promote to anyone to go to his shop. If they worked on motorcycles I would take it there also. If you have a misunderstanding on anything with the work that needs to be done they will explain it to to you or as we say in the military world, (brake it down Barney style.) I am not slow nor stupid but if it is something that needs to be fixed. They have my highest recommendation.

Used to take my car to another big name mechanic that you see in commercials all the time, but once they couldn't figure out an electrical problem they directed me to my tech telling me that they are the best at electrical. Well they were right my tech figured it out and at a reasonable price. Never gone back to that other place since.

These guys are amazing and very honest it's hard to find a good mechanic these days and they are awesome reliable and quick and efficient. They help you every way they can and show you what's going on and why its happening keep up the good work guys

I brought my 2002 Subaru WRX because there the best around. I have been to other places around town and I'm so glad I found MyTech Auto because it's hard to find a place like this, from customer service to bringing you back and showing what's the problem to your vehicle. Don't second guess this place! Call and get your car fixed the right way! Thanks Dave for the updates i can always count of you!!

Get your estimate in writing my $2900 and 1 week to fix turned into $4000 and almost a month its been 2 weeks and so far the car runs fine knocking on wood.
