Chris is beyond helpful and knowledgeable in his craft. We were referred to them by our friends and Mufflers West was quick to help. In our situation they were kind to guide us in the direction of parts needed. Quick to answer phone calls. Shop was busy with many projects going on. They still took time from their day to help. Thank you Mufflers West. We'll be referring anyone in need your way.

I was sent to Chris at Mufflers West and had a great experience. Chris was both very knowledgeable and honest. He gave me answers after looking at my vehicle and did not charge me for the inspection and advice. He even took time to answer questions on the phone following up. Hands down the best place in town to get work done on you mufflers or trailer hitches. Chris and his team are top notch guys. The work they perform is the best and they are so friendly and strait up with you on pricing. I had my trucks catalytic converter done and it runs like a champion now. Came in to get a louder exhaust on my 09 Titan. They did an amazing job putting my new exhaust on. They were quick about it and very thorough. I had the best experience. I had a problem where 3 mechanics, and I couldn't take off a 02 sensor since it was stuck for dear life. Mufflers West They took like 20 minutes max he took it off and replaced it with a new one I brought to him

Came here to have a new cat installed on my 94 Wrangler, ran into an issue with removing the torque bushing bracket due to both ends being stripped but Chris and his assistant managed to get it off and actually rethreaded the bracket for me without an additional charge he really helped me out, did an awesome job, straight forward guy with an awesome beard. Thank you Chris for your hard work! You got me to pass smog and gave my jeep new life!

This guy is solid. Very thankful I came across his business. I will definitely be using him for multiple services in the future. Great prices, super honest ,and trustworthy. My family and I recently moved to the area so it was hard for me to find someone I could trust but Chris is the man. He changed out my catalytic converter on my camaro and did multiple services on my car to ensure that everything was working properly. This morning I discovered all four of wheel hubs on my boat trailer were extremely hot after a short tow across town and contacted Mufflers West, since I've been a customer for several years with several vehicles and trailers. I explained my concern since I was planning on leaving at 3am for my first family boat trip of the year and even though Chris was booked for the day he offered to take a look at it. After an inspection, Chris replaced all wheel bearings in both axles and got me back on the road in no time. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is excellent. This type of customer service is exactly why I am supportive and loyal to businesses like this!

Knowledgeable, Experienced, and Honest! My 2010 Nissan Altima Coupe had an exhaust leak caused by a crack between my catalytic converter and exhaust manifold. I called Rancho Smog who has performed smog checks on my 2 vehicles for years, and I asked them if the knew a good honest mechanic who could weld the crack. They referred me to West Muffler. I called and spoke to the owner Chris, and I told him about the crack. Chris then explained to me in detail the crack as thou he was actually looking at it. I told Chris that's exactly what the crack looked like.Chris said it was not to uncommon, and he has weldeled a few of those on my make and model. I knew right then I had someone who was both knowledgeable and experienced. He gave me an estimate over the telephone, and I set an appointment. The day I took my car in for repair they completed the work in a timely manner, and I paid exactly what Chris quoted me over the telephone. My car now runs quiet. Thank you Chris!

Chris is wonderfully kind and professional. I took my husband's 2500 Ram here to get a 5th wheel hitch installed. I knew little about the trailer (aside from make, model, length and dry weight), but that did not stop Chris! He did the research and put together a couple of options for me. I took the pickup in, and it was done the same day. The workmanship is excellent, the price was competitive, and the service was stellar. I could not be more appreciative or pleased with the entire experience.I highly recommend Chris and Mufflers West. I would not go anywhere else.

In 2019 I started coming here for repairs, everything that I want from a service provider is here, excellent work, honest, time sensitive to our truck and trailer needs for hauling our animals. As far as pricing goes it's not only been fair but they actually helped us out on some wiring repairs at no charge.Having 30 years experience in auto repair and insurance claims background allows me to have a pretty good sense of a good shop and when I find a good service provider I stick with them, also it's easier and better for keeping track of repairs that way;Mufflers West is on that list now of trusted service providers.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

A great experience! I brought in a large trailer on the same day that I called in. Chris worked with my schedule throughout the week, kept me informed and did a great job. Parking was a little bit of a challenge for the 37' trailer, but the guys guided me to where it needed to be. Highly recommend you give these guys a call for your brakes and exhaust.

Mufflers West did my popup trailer brakes that didnt work before I brought trailer in for repair.They did a very good job and saved my old brakes to show me why they wouldn't work.They completed the job just when they said they would. They also helped me with follow up calls with setting Brake controller properly.Very professional.Service: Brakes

Great shop I stopped in for a motorcycle muffler & he was very upfront & said it was more than what he could do with his equipment & he referred me to Raw Motorsports. I appreciate his honesty & his referral. Most shops would just say no I can't help you & good luck.I will definitely remember this and when I need any exhaust work for my cars I will return here.Thank you so much for your advise.

Good people. I recently purchased an enclosed trailer and I needed to make sure the brakes were working. Extremely knowledgeable about everything involving my trailer. They even helped me identify a proper trailer brake that I could purchase. Thank you!

I don t leave many reviews but Chris and Mufflers West deserve my time. Chris squeezed me into his schedule to put on a cat-back system. Then he squeezed me in again to take it off when I didn t like it LOL. Great guy and great work, he really knows his stuff. Highly recommended and I ll definitely be back. Thanks!

My dad has a car shop and I have swapped my daily driver quite frequently, I try to mod every car I own as well, so I come to them for all my exhaust needs. These guys know what there doing, and their service is great. Super happy with how all my cars have turned out, I will for sure be back for the next project.

Chris was fast at replacing our Catalytic converter, We took In my wife's 2015 Kia soul that afternoon and by early next morning it was done..Chris is down to earth kinda guy that seems like you met before..I would highly recommend Mufflers West for fast service and repair..

This muffler shop is truly amazing. Great communication skills and outstanding people. They're focused on making the customer happy. I needed a custom exhaust for my car and without hesitation they started suggesting different types that would fit my budget and needs. This was the best muffler shop that I've been too and now I'm ready to hit the road with my and improved car! I highly recommend them for anything related to automobiles and they're the best in the business.

Chris at Mufflers West has costumer satisfaction down to a science. Excellent service, quality work and delivered on time. I have used Mufflers West, for my new B&W goose neck hitch install, axel work, brakes on my fith weel and muffler on a 94 ranger. All jobs were clean and high quality. I reccomend this shop for all your trailer, muffler and hitch needs.
