I've been taking my family cars to Midas for over 10 years and I have never been disappointed. The Customer Service Techs Bo and Albert has always treated me like family. They always recommend the correct services for my vehicles. Their recommendations have saved me from over spending on repairs.Their prices are always very reasonable and fair. They always have the most experienced and knowledgeable mechanics . Bo and Albert are two of the most professional, honest, and nicest people I have ever met.

The team here is fantastic, consistently friendly and professional. Much more reasonable prices than the dealers i ve been using, and the quality of the work is just as good if not better. (Been using Midas for more than a year now)

Everything about my experience here was terrific.From making the appointment and the communication on the phone to driving my van into the shop and discussing my concerns. I worked with Albert and with Daniel the mechanic. I was brought into the bay to look at what the issue was on my van (conversion van). We test drove it. There was lots of communication. They could not have been more descriptive or helpful & agreeable.Coming in here as a woman on my own, (even though it is 2024, folks!), sometimes I m not treated as professionally or respectfully as I would prefer when it comes to the mechanics of my vehicle. I m happy to state that was not at all my experience here. Highly recommend so far!Today was a diagnosis. I ll be back next week for the work. If this review allows me, I will update the review once I have the work done.

JP is awesome! He helps me out with my oil changes and anything else I need on my vehicle. Been going here for years and the entire staff does a great job. They are fair, friendly, and do the job right.

WE got our car brakes and oil serviced today at Midas. Bo Cooper was our service writer today, and as always, the service was impeccable. Excellent and honest advice. Our lifetime warranty was honored so I am telling you Midas is just the BEST! WE bring all the family cars here to Midas for all our service needs.

Never been to a shop that has an amazing customer service as this location. All the customers that cane in and out had a smile on their faces leaving. What i appreciate the most is that they include you in the process every step of the way, show you what s going on and explains how they ll go about fixing your car. 10/10 would recommend! Special shout out to Albert for the stellar customer experience he provided.

Had my brakes done by J.P. today. Everything was great. Not only did I get my car serviced at a fair price, but they were very honest and up front about other issues with my vehicle regarding what was really necessary and what could wait. Would highly recommend.

The representatives and mechanics here are awesome, honest, and do very good work. Came for an alignment after completely redoing front and back suspension. This shop had me aligned very quickly and also had a print out to show me everything that was done from start to finish. I definitely recommend this shop

JP IS AWESOME!!!! The best service I ve ever received with any of my vehicles, he went above and beyond, promised and delivered! I couldn t be more satisfied with everything, I will return for all of my car service needs! Thank you so much JP! He really cares about his customers and shop, he s upfront, honest, reliable, I felt like I was in good hands being all alone as a single girl trying to figure out my expensive car outside of the dealership, he saved me so much $$$$, time hassle, stress, I can t thank him enough, a million stars!

I spoke to Tanya over the phone to schedule an oil change and she was nothing short of being professional and sweet. Once I made it into the store Tanya along with the rest of her colleagues were very friendly and helpful. Great service!

Bo and JP did an amazing job fitting me into their busy schedule to do an walk-in oil change!!! I was able to talk to both of them about what was going on with my car and they gave great advice and told me I had any more issues that they would be glad to help. No up saling involved which is always a relief when it comes to mechanical problems.

We called just before closing and asked when they could get us in for brake problems. They got us in the next morning and fixed the problems. They provided a lifetime warranty on the calipers and saved us $200 over the other guy.
