I took my van in to have it serviced, the staff was extremely helpful and patient as they answered all my questions. Any repair that needed to be done was explained in great detail along with the estimate of cost. No surprise fees at the end. I highly recommend their shop.

Took my car day after Christmas for an easy brake change. After the change I drove to Fullerton the same day from Temecula. Next morning tried driving and it sounded horrible metal grinding on metal, had to take it to another mechanic same morning to look at it because my car physically couldn t make it back to the original one, and my settle bolt was completely missing from my left front tire. new mechanics telling me how lucky I am for finding out when I did saying I could ve died. Tried calling the original place to see if I could get some type of refund or apology after paying them for a bad job and paying a new mechanic to fix their old job. Was met on the phone with a lady who was just trying to find any reason it wasn t them and then really tried telling me bolts have nothing to do brakes! I m still waiting for the call back from her manger it s only been 3 days! Wouldn t recommend service! 0/5.

I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, they took my vehicle right in and I was back on the road in less than an hour. It is a family owned and operated business. They are nice, pleasant and friendly. My only complaint is, having to make an appointment. It is more convenient for me to just stop in rather than try to schedule my time to theirs. But that is minor.Great service, I was satisfied.

I went here to have my car aligned. They were able to squeeze me in on the same day. The staff were friendly and the mechanic was quick and efficient. Their prices couldn t be beat. It was worth the drive down from Menifee. I will use their services again.

I needed to have my car inspected and the staff was wonderful. The inspection was done quickly both wait to get inspected and the actual inspection. The price was reasonable & the whole experience was A+++. Thank you very much. Highly recommended!!

The team at Meineke was helpful, quick and fairly priced. They got me in and out quickly for my car inspection and I would recommend them as they were fast, courteous and friendly.

I have had many negative experiences with car shops and car dealers in my years of owning cars. I was recommended Menieke from Costco when I got new tires about 2 years ago. Wow, am I grateful they did recommend me to Meineke! I will never go to another auto shop. Meineke is the best of the best. I have had all my vehicle maintenance done here since 2022 and I have never felt more safe and secure in my vehicle.Tina and Jacob are who I have spoken to the most while getting my car serviced. They are both honest, kind, caring and make me feel very well taken care of. I am grateful for the repair guys (whom I do not know the names of) as well for the excellent work they do. This shop runs on integrity. Finding a shop that runs on integrity is like finding money on the ground these days lol. I highly recommend Menieke to anyone looking for an ethical and prudent auto shop.

They took 3.5 hours to change 2 breaks which cost $375. They still squeaked after buying the 2nd to most expensive option. They spilled a drink in my car and my cigarette lighter doesnt work anymore. Dont go here!!! Very unprofessional. They werent even busy..so there is no excuse for their lack of of quality work.

The brake job was done well. I would ve given five stars, but they charged me $10 to switch the wheels on the right side. Didn t seem right to charge me almost $900 for the brake job and then $10 to switch the wheels since the wheels were already removed to do the brake job.

I took my car there after getting a high quote from another repair center. They were patient in explaining everything to me and some of the things that I was told I needed to repair did not need repair. I met with Jacob and he explained everthing in a way I could understand.

From the moment I called Meineke Car Care Center in Temecula and spoke to Tina, to walking into the business the following day, I was treated with the utmost courtesy. Tina answered all of my questions regarding my Audi and the work that was done was done in a timely manner and their prices are fair. I highly recommend this Meineke car care location. They are super responsive whenever I need an appointment and their prices are much better than any repair places that I ve used. I was told by the local Kia dealer that they were two months out to see why my check engine light was on. Meineke told me to bring in my car that day & fixed the problem. The only drawback was that they had to get a part from the local Kia dealer and they wouldn t deliver it until the next day. But still two months ahead of time! Now I take my car to this location anytime I need work done! They re a pleasure to deal with and they actually appreciate my business!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Oil change

Last Friday night, our vehicle started to smoke from under the hood. We were one block from the Meineke Car Care Center in Temecula, CA. We headed to the Meineke Center and said that our vehicle was smoking under the hood. Immediately, the mechanic opened the hood and found the problem. The radiator cracked about 12-14 inches from the top. We left the vehicle overnight so they would start the next morning. The mechanic ordered a new radiator and did a road test. We are a Costco member, and the discount was applied to our invoice bill. I scored the Meineke with a 7-star, not a five-star rating!

While waiting for the oil change to be completed, I appreciated the how each client was treated and the manner Jacob talked to them while he explained to them the work that was done or the work that he was recommening be done to there vehicle.
