Came here for help with a screw in my tire. The service was amazing! I was greeted at the counter and the technician explained exactly what was wrong and patched my tire. He also checked my other tires to make sure my daughter and I were safe. Thank you Les Schwab! Will definitely be back for my future car maintenance.

I'm not sure what happened to my review but went here back in Sept 2023 to get my tires repaired and when I got there, apparently my appointment was never actually scheduled by someone named Connor on the phone. Was essentially put on a 2 hour wait list to get the worst service ever. I believe the tech's name was Ben and they were not helpful at all. They did not inspect the tires properly and came to the conclusion we needed a brand new tire. Shortly after, not even a couple of minutes, Ben reports the rim is too damaged and can't change it at all. Overall, did not even do a single ounce of labor and had to go home with nothing done. We live an hour away so 4 hours, 20 bucks of gas wasted, and nothing to show for. I don't recommend this place at all as they are nothing compared to Washington State and Idaho state locations. Service is terrible and I guess the only great thing was that the popcorn machine was working. Go to Evans Tires or Discount Tire in your local San Diego area. Oh they even told me my lifetime warranty was expired. So not sure how that even works these days.

I thought Les Schwab had an outstanding reputation for quality and customer service but I can attest first-had that both tire quality and customer service are subpar. I had my tires rotated a couple of weeks ago and was told that I needed new tires. My tires didn't even come close to the stated mileage I paid for so I was offered a credit of $103 per tire. I ended up getting tires elsewhere and went back in to get my warranty credit and even though they had already inspected my tires and acknowledged that they were subpar and that I was due a partial refund, they won't honor the refund because I didn't bring back my treadless tires.I ended up getting a reputable 80,000 mile name-brand tire for less than what Les Schwab was going to charge me WITH my $400+ warranty credit for their clearly subpar brand. I won't be doing business with this company anymore!

I had new struts put on my 2004 Avalon at a Les Schwab in Oregon. After that my car clunked. I stopped at multiple Schwab's as I traveled to Southern CA complaining about the noise. It was only when I took it to the Temecula CA shop that the problem got resolved. Under warranty they ended up replacing the FCS brand struts that were put on with KBY brand. I am so grateful to have the noise gone! The crew and service manager were all patient and did not brush off the issue. Thanks to you all for your patience and your persistence!

I've been a customer of LS for over 45 years and this will be the most negative review on their service I've ever written. Let's start with 2 flat tires at the same time but only one was caught and fixed. The second flat was caught 30 miles later in the high desert. $100 later, having a stranger agree to plug my tire so I could limp back to Schwab to get the 2nd tire repaired. Here's the knock and suggestions, with punctures increasingly rare, may I suggest that when a customer comes in with a puncture, take 5 minutes more and check the rest of the tires. You fixed both tires and your team at Temecula were polite and helpful, just like the teams at every store I've gone to. BUT, if the other tires were just checked, it would have been another 5 star review.

My tire was punctured by a nail at night, I came to the store at 8:10 in the morning, Konner received us, our English is not good, Konner is very patient and nice, I drew a picture and told him it was the right rear tire, and he told I'm about half an hour to 40 minutes and it's 8:40 and the tire is fixed Noah did it for me, awesome, thanks for the work, it's great! I think I will come to you for services such as changing tires on my car in the future. Your work is so great and so important!

I had a fantastic experience with Jos�! He helped me fix my tire quickly and at a very reasonable price. His expertise and friendly service made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend Jos� for any tire-related issues he's a true professional.

Stopped in at the end of the day and Brandon helped me fix a flat. Ended up getting a new tire and Brandon offered to install it offsite around the corner. He really went the extra mile with a smile. I'll be using Les Schwab from here on out. =)

Les Schwab is the one stop shop. I checked with 3 other mechanic shops and tire stores before finding out about Les Schwab. I needed my tire repaired on my brand new Tesla. Les Schwab was the only company willing to work on my car. This place Inside and out was amazing. They have a coffee machine, popcorn, and a fully stocked coffee bar. Their service was great and the technicians are very professional and quick. I can t thank you enough for getting me back on the road when no other shop or companies were willing to working my situation. Well Done Temecula Les Schwab.

A good place to go for regular tires. Not for brakes or suspension. They ll honor their warranty policy but the parts they use are cheap & don t last. Sick of driving across town for what I could get close by.

I love Les Schwab in Temecula . Today however, was a horrible experience. About a month ago, I scheduled a tire rotation for my 2015 class A RV. I showed up early, signed in, and was given a two hour estimate for the tire rotation and rebalancing of my tires. The counter staff were Great. About a half an hour into the wait, Luis approaches me and says your tires are too old . Coincidentally, I just had my oil changed and a pre-trip inspection completed by Automotive Specialties (They are great - ask for Gator). Gator told me that the rig was in great condition and the tires had no cracks and did not show any age. I explained this to Louise and he said I m still not doing it . I am including pics of my tread life & sidewalls. Of course, this happened when the owner/manager Cory was out to lunch. Luis needs a lesson in customer service. Even if he felt it was unsafe (which it wasn t; claw aA RV tires las 10 years), he could have completed the rotation with a caveat that Les Schwab would not be held responsible. Instead, he was ready, willing & able to replace all 6 tires ($1200-1500). My quote was around $320, which I was willing to pay. Watch out for Luis. Not a good guy.

Huge shout out to Noah and the team down at Les Schwab Temecula. They were able to help identify and resolve a brake issue. Noah took the time to explain the situation and was as professional as they come. The branch was busy but was able to squeeze me in while I waited. The showroom at this location is always clean and well maintained. Highly recommend & will return with all my vehicles!

Professional and courteous service. Lobby and restrooms are clean and comfortable for waiting. They were quick in diagnosing my car and gave me a full print out of the service.

I have brought my work truck here for years and always have excellent service. The last several times have worked with Christian and he is so helpful and knowledgeable. Always lets me know ways to avoid extra maintenance on our work trucks that are in heavy use. They are always so quick to get my truck in and out! 10/10 would recommend

This place is amazing! The service is top notch and Shane is the man! HE helped me pick out my wheels that are amazing for my new Cadillac CT6. His expertise blew me away. Thank you again for the awesome service and the wheels look incredible.

Got recommend by a family member that has an account with them am from south San Diego long drive for me but well worth it customer service was excellent they answered every single question that I had ending buying new shoes for my 2020 Ford Explorer XLT as well we ending buying new shoes for my dad's 2019 Ford F150

Best service from checking in to checking out. They are very fast, friendly, informative, and don't try to sell you things you don't need. Extremely honest and knowledgeable. Brady took the time to explain what was needed and what was also checked that is perfectly fine. They offer great tire options at a great price. Best place around for your vehicle needs.

I had a huge piece of metal sticking out of my tire and the people at Les Schwab were very friendly and efficient and they took it back fixed it and I was out in less than 20 minutes. I cannot thank them enough for fixing my tire for me.Just before getting to Les Schwab I had first gone to Walmart since I usually just have tires done there, the Walmart associates rude and unfriendly and then they would not fix the tire because of the location of the piece of metal. The skill talent and supplies that Les Schwab had are definitely definitely much better.And to make it even better it was completely free charge.Thank you so much Less Schwab technicians for helping me out of a bind!

Dissapointed on my recent visit! Been coming here since they opened conviently placed in my neighborhood. The upsells and "recommend" services are annoying so I know to decline them. I came in April 15 for new tires. McKenzie at the counter offered me Dean Road Control tires from what she said was a Goodyear subsidiary brand, which I accepted. After installation and leaving the store I researched the tire and Dean is a subsidiary of Cooper, not Goodyear. Still an okay USA made tire but not what I was told I was getting. And also on another visit it was recommended to me to get my brake calipers replaced. On a three year old car I know I was far from needing new calipers and far from grinding down my brakes that would make that a necessary service. I declined that entire brake service and went elsewhere. I do like the quick service and nice waiting room however. Not sure if I'll be back : /

Excellent customer service. I had a flat tire and called fire stone which is where I purchased the tires from. They said they couldn t get to me until two more days. I called Les Schwab and they took me immediately. Got me fixed up and back on the road. Much appreciated!!!!

Came in on Saturday morning for a screw in my tire. I was turned down by (2) other tire places and made my way up to Les Schwab. Cory and Ben were very professional in their approach and completion of services. Cory took the time to look at my vehicle and give me honest feedback even thought I felt my issue wasn t too major. He treated my issue as a priority. Good customer service, positive attitude and great work. Thanks Cory, you need a promotion!

Went in for alignment. After fixed my stearing was off. They said to bring it in again. Soni did. Next day had them fix it and its still off. It not cheep running back and forth and time wasted was 4.5 hrs waiting for a incomplete job. Going to make a appointment with the manager and have him drive it and then re drive it after, maybe they might fix it then. dont go there for alignment jobs. .

I called the Temecula facility to get a time for a simple tire rotation. They told me there were 3 in line and it would be an hour. I arrived 10 minutes later and they confirmed it was an hour wait - so I waited. After an hour and half and seeing other cars come and go I asked them if I was next. They told me it would be at least another half hour. Listen, I know people get busy but my time is valuable, as well. Simple communication and respect go a long way. Off to America's Tire....

Former employee of this specific location, I can personally say that the service you get here is second to none. We got trained to treat everyone fairly and work efficiently to get people done right and fast. And any extra suggested services were always because we truly believed they should be handled, especially in our capable hands.I do kind of miss those days, but I know now that whenever I need anything done right on my car, I can go to them.

They are great! Had a slow tire leak and they couldn't find it at first. So they removed the tire completely and finally found the cause. I have used them for all my tire service for more than 20 years and never had any issues. Hasn't changed always the best with us.

Les Shwab is awesome. As soon as I pulled, they came out to see what i needed help on. I felt very welcomed and while waiting, things they were doing for other customers were amazing. Putting on license plates for elderly for free and I just needed to rotate tires and they did that free for me too. I am definitely getting my next tires here. Totally RECOMMEND this place. Even today.. I had a very good experience.

I have always taken my cars to this location, around 5 different vehicles. And the main reason has always been because they have given me an alignment for free, when I purchased a set of tires.Nielee G. Had a horrible attitude and kept calling me a liar. Over and over. Then she took the liberty to suggest the worst rated tires with the highest price. And, she had no clue why those were her recommendations. You are the reason I will never go back with my vehicles. Bad customer service.
