I was incredibly impressed by the staff. The female service writer was incredibly professional and friendly. My car was new and didn t need anything but an oil change. However, I overheard the way she spoke to other customers and how she described any issues they found and answered their questions and it was on point!I accidentally left a bag on the counter after I paid. I called when I couldn t find it at home and the gentleman on the phone was incredibly kind. He indicated that they had the bag and would keep it safe for me. It was a very good experience and I ll be back!

They were quick to greet me while I was still in my car and the transaction was effortless as they just had to scan my VIN to see what I did on the last visit. Service was quick and he took the time to show me the oil level before I left. I was very satisfied with the visit and plan on going here for my next oil change.

The employees were absolutely amazing! I had my 2 kids with me and they were having some moments. Our service writer was so patient and gracious! They got our car finished fast and done well! We will definitely be back!

Best Jiffy Lube I've ever been to!! As a young female, I can feel intimidated at mechanic shops, but Nathaniel and his team working on 1/5/24 at 10am took AMAZING care of me and my car! They were extremely kind and welcoming. All l asked for was an oil change. At the end of my service, they had me come out and showed me my oil level, they checked all my air filters, tires, battery, fluids, and topped off my windshield wiper fluid. AND THEY VACUUMED MY CARPETS AND CLEANED MY FRONT WINDSHIELD ( Amazing experience and I highly recommend!Thank you Nathaniel and team!!

Nice place. Did an inspection, shared what they found, which I agreed with. Had the extra part I needed. Service was fast and efficient. The waiting area was clean.

THE BEST! They were very honest and could have charged me for a full oil change that could have potentially damaged my car due to a plastic piece that my dealership had put on my car. They recommended I go replace it before getting an oil change to avoid any issues. Karla was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me.

Dropped in without an appointment on Saturday and was able to get my oil and break fluid changed as well as audit of all fluids, tire pressure, etc. Comfortable waiting room with entertainment and walked across the parking lot an had a slice of NY pizza while I waited. Good experience overall.

They take their time to ensure your car is safe for the road. The only thing you have to be aware of is the name Jiffy Lube is a misnomer, it doesn t get done in a jiffy. Average wait time from start to finish is about an hour and 15 to and hour and 30 minutes. They make you wait to check in which means you have to wait and not go to the nearby stores or anything for at least half of that time until the car is pulled into the bay. Would suggest bringing a book, downloading a movie, or getting something to distract you because it will take awhile. No complaints because I ve learned to expect it and the service is completed satisfactorily. Just go in with proper expectations. Staff is friendly, service is great, just the wait time is a bit excessive.

Took vehicle in for tune up, oil change, cooling system and brake fluid replaced, however, once spark plugs were removed, seals around the plugs were needed replaced. After all the work was completed, the car ran smoothly.Over and above the time it took for repair, the work, staff and price were outstanding.Service: Oil change

Great experience!!!!! I ve been, and will continue to use thus location. Zero pressure to upsell me but makes the oil options softly available. That approach will make me use you for synthetic needs in the future!

I appreciated Jiffy Lube for changing my oil after I could not do this myself due to the bolt was too tight for me to loosen. Since I had already purchased the oil and filter, Jiffy Lube only charged me for labor/maintenance so with my purchase and paying Jiffy Lube it still was cheaper than paying full price for an oil change.

Lyft inspection. Call that 4:30, was in at 4:45. No appointment necessary was done by 5:00.... Fast, painless and the staff were really nice

I dropped in today to get my oil changed. Seemed it didn t need to be done. I had a new filter and clean oil. Due to a recent head injury I had no memory of doing it. Best crew In Temecula there. Thank you(Guy with the Samurai).

My car battery died in the middle of a thunderstorm and the employees here were able to jump my car so I could get to their location and install a new battery. So greatful!!

Usually it s very in and out and techs are very friendly and walk up and give direction this time I had to wait was sent inside and waited more. Eventually someone came and gave me the price. There was one car in front so I was unsure why no one was available. There was a young lady there, very nice smile and friendly. I understand things may have been going on- it was early , but I do always appreciate their quick service and explanation of service rendered. This location is not the closest to me, yet I always come back!Thank you to staff, technicians for trying your best to get us in and out as smooth as possible.Service: Oil change

Overall great experience. Quick service & clean waiting area. Only recommend they place a safety cone near the right stall exit to protect cars from the hard-to-see curb. I didn't see it and ran it over. Thankfully no damage but a few scratches on the bottom of bumpers.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
