Nate was Amazing! He was professional and helpful. He treated me with kindness and respect. I needed a battery and an oil change.Brake fluid needed to be changed and tires were rotated & inspected.He gave me a great discount as well.Thank you Nate you re the best. My car is happy and so am I

A near perfect experience with one exception.I originally called this location to try to schedule an oil change and was told by the guy on the phone that I have to do that on the website. After spending 30 minutes on the website unable to find ANY WAY to book an appointment, I instead submitted the $59.99 estimate to the location via the website after entering all the details of my vehicle. I called them back and explained I submitted an estimate but couldn't find how to book an appointment. They were kind enough to go ahead and set an appointment over the phone for the next morning.However, the next morning when I arrived, the guy working pulled my car in and then tried quoting me something around $175. I told him I already got an estimate for $59.99, but he then tried to convince me I probably didn't enter my car info and that it "wasn't recommended" to do the cheaper option and that I would actually have to sign a "waiver" if I chose that option.I stuck to my guns and stood firm on wanting the $59.99 price (I also had a $12 off coupon). After a small debate, he agreed and did the work. Once it was completed, he had a much friendlier demeanor and was willing to offer me suggestions for the future and answer all the questions I had with a smile. It also took less than 30 minutes, so that was a plus too.I can't really blame them specifically for trying to charge me more, because it's obviously in their best interest and nearly every place does that anyway. But that still gave them 4 stars rather than 5, because no customer likes to have to argue to get the price they were quoted and expecting.

Great customer service, the staff was nice and very informative. Jiffy lubes prices have greatly increased since the last time I was there. That was very disappointing. An oil change at the dealership was the same price :(

Daniel and Nate are top-notch representatives of Jiffy. I have a ton of maintenance issues and they both shared the long and the short of what s needed to keep my car from ending up in the car repair emergency room. Additionally they didn t press me to do anything. They just made recommendations and wrote them down for future reference. Nate also gave me a discount; that s something seniors can always use.These two are the real McCoy in making sure they provide service and advice that will give you confidence on the road and in planning for future vehicle care. They shared with me their thoughts and experience in car-care-wisdom that I ve never seen demonstrated from a Jiffy rep.Seek out these gentlemen when you want efficiency, honesty and understanding for the car and the person.I ll be back guys!! Amazing Employees at this location, The two young gentlemen that helped me out at this location were Mark and Hayden. By far the best oil change experience I have had in the last 10 years no doubt about it. I was greeted almost immediately after pulling up and was escorted inside. I usually do my oil change myself but I went on a last minute family vacation and decided to get an oil change at a shop because I can't do an oil change as quickly as I could when I was younger. I was in and out within 30 minutes max! Now, that was the best 30 minutes I have spent in a while. I was able to get an oil change done, and not just that they filled my tires up with air and even cleaned my windows and vacuumed the interior for me. These 2 went above and beyond for me. I usually never leave reviews but these 2 employees were just amazing. I would leave a 10 star review if it were possible.

This location is the one of the best Jiffy Lube's. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. I brought my vehicle in to service the brakes. They analyzed my vehicle for free. After, Nate explained the issues that needed immediate service and issues that could wait. (This was helpful because I am short on funds.) I approved the service to complete. It took approximately 45 minutes. I paid and we will see? All in all, great Customer Service. I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location on Winchester in Temecula..

I just needed 1 quart of synthetic oil and they took care of it very quickly, as well as put air in my tires and refilled the windshield wiper fluid. Very professional, friendly and excellent customer service. I will definitely go back! :)

This is not for the service it's for the bold lies they post about pricing!I came in for an oil change and why setting in the waiting area there is a sign that says basic oil changes are 59.99. but when I asked about it he said (Andres) we don't even carry that oil. Our min is 89.99. I said I own 4 businesses and your advertising something you can't do is illegal. He said no. I said yeah you are advertising that your minimum is 59. When it's actually 89. Only thing I would have changed is making sure someone calls when my car is done. They said it would be 30 minutes so I went to work and an hour later I called to see if my car was done and found out was ready. No one called to tell me that. But other than that great experience. Super easy. And price was about average for an oils change.

Great service from Nate today, went the extra mile helping check additional issues that occurred today after receiving an oil change and cabin air filter. My battery started having issues while I was there which was no fault of there s just poor timing. Helped inspect and find a break fluid issues left unattended from a previous service at a different establishment that I was unaware of. Thanks Nate for helping out today I appreciate your time and work.

Great work by some very professional kids. I hate to use that term, but I m old. It was great to see a group of kids work there buts off and conduct themselves in a very respectful and professional matter. It s not seen very much these days.

The crew got my oil change with inspections done quickly. Ive been going to this same jiffy lube sight for 2 years, they don't scam, just advise. I will continue going to this location for my oil change needs.

I thought it was insanity to give me a starting quote of $135 for an oil change. Once I asked for something cheaper he did quote me for $89.99 but I wish he would ve started with giving me all the different options to begin with.

I explained multiple times that I now had an urgent need to leave and that I could not (would not thus) take on any extra services while my brother awaited. Having taken yet another 15 minutes I discovered that much of my truck was pulled appart looking for more potential upsells. First time in ages that I was quite livid as I don't characteristically get incensed and yet still didn't take it out of the staff despite my desire as I suspect they are following orders from management. It was long and expensive just to get a lube oil filter...Oh and a drain plug we replaced and I was told the cost after I was already in a hurry so I didn't choose to have it replaced back...Seriously guys, this just sucked and I won't be going back.

This place is expensive for an oil change but we were traveling from Florida and in need of a quick oil change so we settled. I will say Nate and his team did a great job and were very communicative and friendly, so at least that was nice. I didn t feel like we were up sold anything. They checked our tires and didn t try to sell us a rotation.

I was very pleased with my service here. It was just a battery change, but in a very difficult spot. They sent me home, and within an hour and a half I was able to pick it up. Super nice and very reasonably priced.

Called because I needed a break job. Normally I wouldn't go here for that, but I was on a bind they were 400 cheaper than most places I called and had me done in 2 hours friendly staff amd my breaks are working great. Would recommend.

I was the only car in the oil change bay, it took about an hour to change the oil for a 4 cylinder car. It seemed like they cared more about trying to sell me extra services.

Easy Brizzy, the guy who helped me was very nice. I was on a time crunch so I will be back to fix my Serpentine belt. Otherwise this was quick service, thanks for also honoring my coupon that wasn t working.

I couldn t recall the mechanic s name who assisted me throughout my service at the Winchester Rd jiffy lube. He was friendly and informative throughout but the only thing he didn t mention for the additional service along with the oil change I mainly came in for my mustang is the time frame and length for the whole duration. But it was also my fault for not asking. Besides from that, I had a friendly and pleasant experience. I will come back for the routine service for my mustang. job

The guys at Jiffy Lube were friendly and very helpful. My only complaint would be the prices are too high for an oil change. It s getting to the point where it s going to be worth changing your oil yourself.

Arrived at 5:25pm on 12/14/23. The worker was hanging out by a car with non-employees. The worker comes over and lets me know that while they would usually do oil changes at this time, his coworker was on a break until closing time so essentially they closed over 30 minutes early. Bad management for sure. It also appeared that they turned away more business as I sat near there for a while finding the address for another oil place and another car was turned away.

I m an experienced CNC part designer and programmer with a strong mechanical knowledge and hands on guy. ( keep reading and you will understand why I started off with this comment)I always take care of my cars but because a surgery this time I couldn t.So I desired to bring my car in for oil change.They started telling me that my car needed a new oil filter housing because it was a leak due to a crack . (??? ) .I replied it doesn t because there is no evidence and not even a drop in my garage floor.They wanted to scare me saying at this point I suggest you to tow the car because of the leak I got very upset and I told him don t put a finger on my car and let me go.It took a long time for this gentleman to come back so I went to the shop and I found one of the workers accelerating my car like crazy I asked him WHAT ARE YOU DOING?He said we are measuring the engine pressure, so INVITED HIM TO GET OFF my car because I was getting angry at this point.I heard stories about companies like this but I was hoping not to find them in my way, but yes it happened to me.Then I went to buy my oils like I always do I ask for help to my teenager nephew to lift the car and I made my own oil change.I m in peace now.But what a shame that you can t trust a simple oil change.Guess what??? There is NOT a drop of oil in my garage. I do not recommend this company.To me it was an unhappy experience, is your choice.

I needed new windshield wipers. I called jiffy lube and they had a great price. It only took a few minutes and I was back on the road.
