Jeep Owners: Look no further! I am so happy with my experience with JET Auto Glass. From first contact Elise was quick to respond, and help me get a quote for the OEM replacement glass with the graphics that ALL of you Jeep owners know you want :)Scheduling the appointment was easy, and they text you when they are close to your home/business. Did I mention they come to YOU?! So convenient!Jacob and Elise showed up on time and ready to go! They carefully removed the old windshield using a technique that starts from the back side of the windshield and uses a special tool to carefully cut through the old adhesive without damaging the frame or paint. Then they clean and prep the frame area, and apply new adhesive to the replacement windshield. Finally, in it goes! Press-in fit, and cleaned up one final time. So easy!Amazingly I have never needed a full replacement windshield until now. That s because JET Auto had already fixed and filled 4 rock chips over the last 10 years, and every repair held perfectly without ever growing or wandering. This time though I had a full 14 crack that could not be repaired, so 10 years without a windshield replacement on a Jeep Wrangler is a win in my books!Jacob and Elise had the entire job completed in less than 45 minutes. Probably would have been even faster if I wasn t asking so many questions and talking their ears off :)Friendly, professional, skilled and experienced, prompt and efficient! i cannot recommend this family owned business enough for their incredible service in replacing my front windshield. from start to finish, they provided me with a top notch experience that was nothing short of perfection. not only were they fast and efficient in completing the job, but they also offered affordable prices that were unbeatable in comparison to other competitors.they were very friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my windshield was replaced flawlessly. i am beyond satisfied with the outcome and will definitely be returning to this business for any future auto glass needs.thank you for your outstanding service jet auto glass!

I have used JET Auto Glass for the second time and they are always very candid, efficient, and kind. You cannot beat the pricing, they have saved me over $1,000. I have a 2017 Subaru Outback with eyesight and have never had an issue when needing to replace my windshield with them. I could not recommend JET Auto Glass enough!!

Jacob and the JET Auto Glass team was great from initial quote through installation and follow-up! The communication was fluid throughout and they were extremely accommodating with my schedule and arrived right on time for the appointment, keeping me updated along the way.I had to get a full windshield replacement on my 2014 Corolla S and the entire process took only an hour, just as Jacob mentioned. Jet auto glass is phenomenal. We've had horrible, rainy weather. We've had to reschedule a couple times. I've been super responsive and easy to communicate with. Jacobs the best super professional amazing work you never know I had a rock hit my windshield. We also replaced another windshield on a commuter car. JET Auto Glass saved us, we were driving through SoCal on a road trip and got pelted by a rock or something on the highway and needed to call someone to come fix the windshield in the middle of the trip. Worst time for something like this, but we didn't want to keep driving with the damage just in case. Got in contact with Elise and she got us scheduled right away, and Jacob was able to do the repair we needed quickly and super professionally. Jacob and Elise were wonderful. I requested a quote, got a fair price (cheaper than if I used my insurance), and got an appointment for 3 days later. They showed up on time, had great communication throughout the process, and did a fantastic job replacing my windshield. The technician was nice enough and came at the time slot promised but this is one of the worst glass repairs I've had. And I paid more than other estimates hoping they would produce a better result. The tech said "I forgot to tell you it wouldn't be completely gone, but we can replace the windshield for you for $450." So do an awful job so that I need to replace it? Lol. I'd keep looking...

Jacob and Elise were fantastic team working on my repair from a rock on the 91 Freeway. I got advise immediately on my call saying to repair ASAP. They were in the next town and arrived within a couple of hours for a same day appointment.They did a wonderful professional job and was done in about 15-20 minutes. By far the best business for all your car window needs. The cost is 50% less than other companies and the work done is fast, professional and reliable. The best part is the fact that they will almost always answer the phone so you won t have to deal with leaving a voicemail and wait for a call back. Highly recommended!

They were very quick to replace my wind shield. Unfortunately there was a defect from the warehouse but they came out the same day, investigated the issue and replaced it free of charge. After dealing with so many bad companies I was blown away. I will never use another company for my windshield repairs/replacements. Thank you for your hard work and great customer service!
