So unlike the last person s review with what looks like half a fuse box and an expectation of a Christmas miracle, my husband and I have taken both out jeeps here on multiple occasions. Suspension, death wobble, axle truss, they ve done it all. I took my Jeep to several places to have my "death wobble" fixed. Unfortunately no one was able to pin point/fix the problem. Almost took it to the dealer, but then was recommended to Jeep Doctor/Auto Doctor. Bill was very informative about the Death Wobble and assured me they were very experienced with diagnosing this specific issue. He thoroughly went over possible issues and was very informative. They fixed the issue within 24 hours and I have been very happy having my Jeep back with no wobble. Thank you Bill and Rihannon. I just bought my first Jeep which was a used 16 Rubicon. I noticed the steering seamed to have a little too much play when on the highway, took it to Bill and ask if he could go through it. Bill and his team went through the Jeep and gave me a report of their findings, after some replacement/upgraded parts the vehicle feels 100% better. Bill and his team are very friendly, knowledgeable and are more than willing to spend time with you to go over any upgrades/modifications the suit your goals and budget. If you own a jeep and need service, parts or want to build / modify your ride.....Jeep Doctor is the place to go. The techs are highly skilled, treat your vehicle with respect and are very friendly.Bill will guide you in the.right direction and is very honest on what you need and dont need. He is very thorough and gives multiple options for what you are trying to achieve and is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I have never been to a more honest and hardworking shop in 30 years.

We brought in our 2001 Cherokee so make sure it was totally road worthy for our move across the country. The team there was so nice, they took great care of our old girl. Fixed the suspension issue, rebuilt front, brakes and AC leak. XJ running great again and very stable.Thank you for your kindness, and amazing work! Highly recommend the Jeep Dr. And thier team for all your needs.

I initially went here for diagnostic services for a sound I didn't like. Bill was super informative over the phone and I appreciated the knowledge he provided. They found the noise in a couple hours and it was resolved.About 2 weeks later I ended up then doing a full build with them on my 2022 JL, including installing a 3.5 Metal Cloak lift w/6paks and full Undercloak system. There were some shipping issues and a couple things that came up while the jeep was in the shop. They notified me immediately and took care of everything. I am very satisfied with the work done and the communication. Bill and Rhiannon in the office are awesome and each mechanic I met was super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them in the future and refer them out.

My 2018 JLU was experiencing all sorts of steering issues causing death wobble, sway and everything else. The folks at Jeep Doctor are extremely knowledgeable and were able to diagnose the issues and replace the affected parts in just 1 day. Super friendly staff, and helpful with any questions you may have, can only highly recommend especially if you use and off road your vehicle!

So I have a Jeep Gladiator & recently it picked up the Death wobble. I took my Gladiator to 2 other shops before coming to the Jeep Doctors and they messed up my truck pretty bad.. didn t fix a thing. So I came to the Jeep Doctors & walking in they immediately made feel welcomed and that was a plus! I had to leave my Gladiator over night and coming back the next day to pick up my gladiator feeling like a brand new truck! I can t express how much I appreciate them helping me out! Definitely coming back and being a regular! Also! This is an absolutely cool spot to hang and learn about your Jeep! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Stop looking at any other shop. Let me put it in simple English, there is no one better and no one even worth going to but them. Here's a quick story. So I bought a used 2004 jeep TJ.couldn't wait to join the club and do some offroading. Well I'm no novice with cars and am very capable but I totally missed some major problems. I had a broken steering box bent track arms and a place in the suspension where is literally was like shearing off. it looked like a 8 inch gash in the metal and folding over itself. keep in mind I went under this jeep and still missed it. Of course I should have taken it to a shop before buying it but chose not to, my mistake. Now the good part, these guys put in quality parts, like reaaaaaaallllyy nice parts more than I could honestly afford at the moment and made it all work in my budget. I can't say just how much these guys saved me but it's probably 1000s of dollars. These guys buttoned it all up and even welded parts of the suspension/ track bar components that needed to be done. I mean who even welds and does all that type of work. Amazing staff, like all of them literally. Amazing work. Wow on the welds they were perfection. My jeep is safe and my family is safe in this jeep now. I just wish there were more ways to show my appreciation. Thanks Bill and all the guys at the shop, you got a customer for life. Jeep Doctor performed regular maintenance on my differential. Prices for parts and labor price were extremely competitive considering the level of skills they have in the shop. Was surprised to see my my low tire pressure go off because they filled up the tires without me asking. Little things like that won't be found at the big chain stores. I took my Jeep in to the Jeep Doctor to have them install a power assist hydraulic ram for my steering. They were recommended by a friend. I have to say that there work is superb. They ordered all the parts and got everything completed in less than two weeks. I thought it would take a month. They exceeded my expectations. They did it for the amount quoted and did a very professional job. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Brought my Jeep in for a new clutch and they had it done same day! Dave gave me great advice on aftermarket clutch options, and helped me make the right choice for my Jeep. Also the month before the clutch went out I tore up the housing on my ARB locker due to a snapped axle shaft. I thought I needed a new $1000 locker but Dave told me that as long as the internals were OK then a $200 housing would do the trick. Dave ordered the housing and John Ryti rebuilt the locker for me as a very reasonable price. Good as new, and I appreciated their help in saving me from buying a new locker. These guys know Jeep s (and other vehicle too) and it s no wonder they are well known and liked in the community.

When I had first called Dave last week to bring in my 98' Jeep Cherokee XJ, he was very cordial and told me to bring it by on Thursday and they would take a look at it on Friday. I had mentioned to Dave that this is not a problem, as I have another vehicle to drive in the mean time. I called on Friday at 4 PM (one hour before they close) to hopefully get an update on the issues the Jeep was having. He informed me they were too busy to get to it on Friday and that they would get to it on Monday. Well, today is Monday, so I called again at 4 PM to get an update on the Jeep (my thoughts: hopefully I did not spend money on a bad engine; that is why I was anxious to hear the results) and was told by Dave, "Is this the same guy that told me he is in no rush and is going to keep calling me everyday." (in a quite rude/condescending tone). I responded to Dave by saying, "Dang, that is pretty rude to say to a customer, don't you think?". Hopefully, giving him the opportunity to back track on his previous remarks (maybe he was having a bad/stressful day?). He replied, "No, I don't." I have never been treated so rudely by someone who is in the customer service business in my life. Dave then told me he would park my Jeep out front and I could come get it, to which I agreed. I have heard good things about this shop, but it seemed as if they were not interest in providing me with their services or giving updates on the status of my vehicle. I really wished this had turned out differently, but unfortunately Dave's rude behavior and persistence/inability to apologize has lead me to another shop. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

So, this is the only shop i would trust my mother's car to be worked on. of my personal vehicles they have worked on 4. 2 TJ's 1 YJ and my ram 1500. what i appreciate is the honesty and integrity of the staff. the owner will tell you the truth even if it's not what you want to hear. on my last visit i was convinced that my transfer case was going out. other shops could have just agreed and charged me accordingly, but they found the real issue which turned out to be a U-joint. that's integrity. when i wanted to go a certain route on my old TJ they broke it down for me that what i wanted done would have been more costly and not have achieved what i wanted. that's honesty. the mechanics are friendly and communicative and know what they are talking about. best shop in the valley hands down, highly recommend.

Just got back from them. My dad came to pick me up. The business seemed nice at first. When they went to move the jeep back to work on it my dad asked if he could see the oil filter for reference. The worker with shorter hair acted very defensive for some reason. It appeared to us they agreed once it was on the rack. When my dad went back to see it they cussed him out and told him to leave. I went back to the front desk infuriated with how they treated my dad. They refused service and kicked us out. Just wanted to see the oil filter. That was all. Never seen a business act this way before. If they didn't want to show us they could have just said no.

Took our Jeep here to have it lifted with new tires and rims also. They were great. No issues. Everything was explained.
