**READ AND BEWARE**If you want damage done to the car you love EVERYTIME it s dropped off due to the technicians and/or mechanics being careless with YOUR vehicle. Step right up! Hello Mazda Temecula has got you covered.I ve had my car for about 5 months. And let me tell you, I don t even want it anymore. From scratches on the car, to scratches on the wheel, to curb rash on the wheel, to not putting the wind shield wipers in maintenance mode so when they check my wind shield wipers it scratches the edge of my hood and tears the paint away The list goes on, and that s not being dramatic. Originally I had a bubble in my tire, which I had to replace due to it being a hazard. I arrived to pick the car up, I checked the tire and wheel, it had perfectly rounded scratches all around the wheel, as if something was stuck under the tool they used to put the tire back on. I said, How would I have perfectly scratched my whole wheel? Tabitha said they ll buff it out. Perfect, I picked up the car again and they literally did not do anything to it, looks the exact same. I took pictures too, no difference. During this time, when my tire was replaced the alignment was still off, and apparently they realigned it after changing the tire. So I go back and they had me pay for a whole new strut, which should fix the issue. Great! Now MY 3 WEEK OLD CAR will be good as new. Nope, I doubt the strut was even damaged originally because what do you know, the alignment was the exact same as it was in the beginning. As if they didn t even realign it after stating it was on paper. So I bring it back for the 4th time in the matter of the first month of owning the car, and guess what, they ACTUALLY, kinda aligned it, (didn t just say they did), after all that wasted time and money, that s what it took to get my car to not sway AS bad, (could be better) in the first month and a half of owning it. I ll bet that I didn t even have to pay $630 for a new strut, all I needed was a proper alignment. And on-top of that, they tried to charge me extra for the strut before I told them that wasn t the quote agreed upon (with proof of course), so of course she changed it. It s like, really? There s more don t worry! So I bring my car in for a knock it makes at 1250ish rpms, they tell me it s normal, I m sure. Then, I get a text from Tabitha saying, there s ANOTHER mark on my wheel. Wow! Awesome! I ask well is it from the curb or something similar? She tells me no. I go pick up the car and it is most definitely from a curb. I m in utter shock because I didn t do that. Keep in mind, this is around the 2 month mark of having the car that I VE MAYBE driven for 2 weeks. So she tells me she ll talk to whoever she needs to talk to, to see if I can get a new wheel. Thank goodness for cameras. I decided before I take my car in for something wheel related or not, I should take pictures JUST in case. Good thing I did, because pictures don t lie. If the careless techs didn t damage my wheel a second time, I would have been left with a scratched wheel. So thank you for damaging my car a second time? Fast forward a couple weeks later, now my pedal decided to make a crunch noise when it s released. I go drive around with Javier, while he s driving he tells me it s his foot making the noise. I m like, you got to be kidding me. **I m not here to waste time either** After a few more tests, he starts to finally say yeah doesn t seem like that noise is normal. So we get back to the dealership, and we talk to Drew! Now Drew told me multiple times it s unheard of a car this new to have these problems. Thanks Drew for trying to gas light me, the mechanic told Drew they are going to look at it more. What do you know! My pedal was faulty and it was replaced, no more noise, perfect! What got me to sit down and waste more of my time to help YOU not waste YOUR time, is the damage from the wind shield wiper blade tearing off the paint. EVERYTIME, I have taken my car to Hello Mazda of Temecula, there is ALWAYS another problem with my car. Drew was my service advisor and I could not be more pleased with his service. He explained to me in detail what the recommendations for my vehicles were for and how important that they were addressed but at the same time he was not pushy. As a result I have already booked my return appointment. Great guy and it was nice to talk to him about baseball he is kind of a baseball nerd.

If you are not in a hurry or you don't need a running car for a few weeks, this place is fine. The last couple of times I needed my car to go in because it wasn't running correctly, they gave me appointments either 2 or 3 weeks out. Carlsbad is a bit further, but they get me in within a day or 2 at most.

One of the best dealerships in town. I leased a car from them years ago, and today I bought a car from them. They have always been very courteous, diligent and professional. Their purchasing process was relatively fast and smooth. I highly recommend this dealership.

Took my car in on 8/17 for an oil change but it looked like my car was due for a bunch of other stuff. DREW was amazing and friendly. They got busy the next day so it s understandable that he didn t get back to me right away. His customer service was amazing. I would ve given a 5 star since I loved going to this dealership and I will drive an hour or more to a dealer to get my car done just to get excellent customer service in exchange. Me and my husband bought a car from this dealership since I would always get treated excellent here just last week and it was a Miata. There was confusion on the navigation SD CARD. We got a grand touring and it stated it came with it but for some reason the car didn t have it at the time so we called it in and they told us they would get back to us on it. I even looked on the Mazda USA site and it does say that there is navigation for the grand touring and it comes standard. I didn t want to go in at first since I wasn t sure if they would have the navigation ready that day because my husband called in and they told me that they would need to call MAZDA because they didn t have an SD card at the time but I decided to just go in since I needed to see if my car was finished from maintenance. But before I went in I decided to call the service department and a lady named Carla answered. I asked for DREW but he was unavailable since he was helping someone else which is understandable. I asked her if I can get transferred to a sales manager because I wanted to check on the SD card for the Miata if they had it available so I can go in there to grab that at least. I was very nice and patient up until the point when CARLA decided to tell me what am I trying to accomplish from talking to a manager I told her again I want an update on the SD card and she goes on to ask me in a very passive aggressive tone Do you really need the SD card. What are you trying to accomplish with the SD CARD . I told her that my husband paid for the grand touring for the navigation feature and if I had to pay for something I expect to be able to get all the parts that belong with it to utilize it. 5 times I can count her say what am I trying to accomplish which to me is very passive aggressive. She could ve at least said it in a different way and the fact that I had to explain myself multiple times was ridiculous. Before she told me she left a message for the managers for them to get back to me she went on saying what are you trying to accomplish leaving a message . So I m going to just assume she never even actually left a message for them to get back to me since I didn t get any calls. Instead I went in there asked about my car and the sales person who sold the car to my husband was there and just gave me the SD card. So I just got lucky that he was there at the time or else I would ve not gotten my SD card for the navigation that was advertised with the car. I will probably go to carlsbad to get my maintenance done since CARLA has no customer care but might give them another shot since DREW was great. But I will not be recommending them anytime soonServices: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Won't answer basic questions about service on your vehicle related to known engine codes and known TSB Mazda bulletins pertaining to your warranty unless you bring the vehicle in and pay $180.
