Shortly after scheduling my appointment online, I received a call from one of their service technicians, Andy, who confirmed my appointment and service details over the phone. I was thankful for the clarity of communication and information provided and explained by Andy and the overall service provided by Firestone.

My experience was great! I got a flat on the freeway and called Firestone. They said they could see my car immediately. This was at 4:40pm on a Saturday. I had them replace all 4 tires since they were due for replacement. They were done in 25 minutes!

This is the best auto shop in town, they are extremely helpful and honest. Enrique is the best, he is super nice and very professional, he is a great asset to this store and because of him this store has become our "go to" auto shop... Thank you so much Enrique!

Very Quick. I made an online appointment the day before for the next morning hoping for a 8-9am availability. I received a phone call within 10 minutes with an option to have work done at store opening at 7am. Perfect! My truck was taken in immediately. The alignment was great. The work was finished before I could finish my complimentary coffee and donut. Great job Firestone Temecula!

I had issues with my rental Tesla. As Tesla had no mechanic on Sunday they referred me to Firestone. Everybody was very helpful. Enrique at the front desk handled the case promptly and very friendly. A big thank you - you saved my vacation.

We were traveling and got a punctured tire. Looked online for the area and this was the only tire store in Temecula open on a Sunday. Arrived when it opened, they helped us straight away. We were out the door in less then 45 minutes with a new tire. So thankful, as our trip was saved! Such a nice team!

I've been to this place several times, as I have found very good deals on tires and have been pleased with their service. However, last Sunday near their closing time, my wife had an emergency; screw in her front tire. I looked around and couldn't find any business to help, however Firestone did! I spoke to Liz and she want not only very, very helpful, she was willing to wait there till the tow truck brought in my wife's car. It was a very expensive tire for a Tesla and Liz worked with my wife to not only fix the issue but give her a great deal on a set of new tires, and I mean a great deal for high quality tires. Thank you Liz and thank you Firestone.

I rarely do reviews on local business. But I need to know so you are aware if you were to do business with them. But you have been warned. This is by far the worst experience I encountered with fixing my car. And I believe if I don t share my experience to the public then they won t be an accountability and (us) the customer won t be informed. Where to begin. First and foremost, the customer service is not good or bad. It definitely needs to improvement. They can t even explain the issues to my car without showing me and having the customer (me) to look underneath and figure it out the issues. Like I am the expert (sigh). Come on really. So any way, but I tried to be understanding as much as possible because I need my car repaired. So, I gave my car to fix on Sunday and they affirmed that it will be ready on Monday with a guaranteed. I told them I don t have a car to get work and it s urgent I have my car fix very soon. They gave me the thumbs up . I was very frustrated, I had to figure it out to get work. The assistance provided was not going to work for me because I work on base. I figured it out. Come Monday, I get a call that it will not be ready due to missing part and other issues needs work, Really!? What about being honest about it from the beginning when you did inspection because not only I am spending money and my time is consuming due to not having a car. Because of this unprofessional behavior, I can t even do the errands I supposed to do during the week. Again, I tried to be as patient and understanding. Finally, I received my car the next day. However, the car (supposedly fix car) was has several signals on the dashboard (see photo). I expressed my concerns but only I am told to not worry and it should go away after driving it. I asked again and the customer service said yes that I should be good. Ok!? Here we are the following Sunday and the signals on the dashboard are still there; moreover mind this, there is bolt that came out of the tires vehicle (somehow?) which was a bigger big problem that could have put myself or others at risk on the road. And I drive this car to San Diego the day before and I noticed something was wrong with the car. So, I brought my car back Sunday after Church for them to take a look. That s when they told the bolt was missing. My question was how in the F* a bolt that is a size of 1 inch missing and you gave me my car as is. Like that s crazy to think about it. This is not acceptable at all. This shop has lost me as a customer. And I spent close 1600 bucks dealing with them. It has come to point I don t trust the work complete and I am planning to take somewhere else to have a second look and the signals (sensor) have been messed from the poor job on my car. And I was supposed to sell this car but I can t now because I need to make sure it is on good standard condition first. I am very disappointed and furious with this place. I would not recommend this place to you reading this and save yourself time and money go somewhere else. Thank you.

I was scheduled for the service earlier in the day but because of a power outage to my home computer I showed up late for my appointment. Normally if I am going to be late for an appointment I will have to reschedule for a different day, but the technician Andy Moreno fit me in for the afternoon of the same day.

Gil and the team did an exceptional job managing scope, time, and cost for my 60K repair. The I always know what I'm getting, it's cost, and a pretty accurate completion time estimate. I won't go anywhere else as long as this team continues serve and perform with distinction.

I can not say enough good things about this place. First off the manager Gill is awesome. He takes the time to explain everything to you and go over everything with you. He is incredibly patient, understanding, and goes over all of your options with you. He was very pleasant to chat with and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. Next, the technicians do incredibly solid work and I am very satisfied with the job they have done on my car. Since they have worked on my car it run like its brand new. They absolutely have a repeat customer in both me and my husband.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Absolutely great service at this Firestone location. They recently went through a change in management and staff a few months ago and I can definitely tell the difference. I initially used them when I first moved to California and I was not pleased. If you used them in the past and was not happy with the service, I definitely recommend that you give them a try. Liz and Adrian are the absolute best at what they do.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Took my truck in because my window wouldn't roll up. After fixing it I get my vehicle back n the interior lights, stereo n door ajar lights stayed on. Took it back n they said they could essentially put a band aid on it. I usually only deal with the dealer n this is the reason why...Nice guys, but I'll never go there unless it's for tires..

Today 24 Nov 23, I needed air in my tire to get me home. I was on my motorcycle an I had a pressure indicator which is dangerous. I pulled up and the manager in the shop immediately helped me, 45psi in2 seconds. Thank you, FireStone!

I was so impressed by this Firestone location. Gil did a great job explaining what he saw in our inspection and gave us an honest evaluation of potential issues, as well as the best way to approach them. As a woman who often gets brushed off as not knowing what I'm talking about with cars, I really appreciate going into a shop and being treated with respect. Highly recommend choosing this location for your vehicle work.

Thank you to Gil & his amazing staff for treating me like family. Came in for an oil change & found some unexpected complications. I was brought to the garage & was throughly explained & addressed any issues/concerns. They re honest, reliable, trustworthy, & dependable. Certainly the best team in town. Great people but sometimes when their busy they forgot to do some important things like closing your Air box after doing courtesy check. Make sure open your hood before going home and check because I will, next time. Base on experienced. See picture below...Bit Rotherham than that, it should have been 5 stars...

Ozzy, the shop manager, took such good care of me and ensured my car was completely serviced and ready for my pick up. He went out of his way and offered me a pickup and drop off ride every after the store had closed. It was a very busy day, and he managed to provide great customer service and remained calm with impatient and mean customers. I'm definitely returning!

Hands down the best oil change experience I have had! Pepboys stripped my oil pan bolt and pretended it was not their fault. These guys at Firestone had me out quick and they offered to get me coffee and pick me up lunch! I didn't accept it, ( I already ate lunch)but the gesture are very gracious! Above and beyond is rare, so I can't give them enough praise!!!

Been coming here for awhile, place is always understaffed and they don t properly quote times. Called ahead to make sure they could accommodate me as a walk in for a flat repair or replacement. Was told it would take 3 hours to do, I sat and waited the 3 hours no update and when I checked I was told majority of the people were sent to lunch and my car still sitting in the parking lot untouched. I demanded my key and went to Ramona Tire and auto service who had actual people working the front desk and a full auto bay of working mechanics, was in and out in 45 minutes. Avoid this Firestone if you value your time. Never again.Also I complained and the manager gave me a haphazard apology and no incentive to make up my experience to return.Service: Tires
