Your manager Ryan Ferkovich is top notch. Been going to Express Tire for many years (even prior to Firestone relationship), all because of Ryan s expertise and attentiveness. Thank youRyan. I appreciate you

I took my vehicle in for 4 new tires to be installed as well as a lifetime alignment. Made an appointment for 7am. Dropped the car off and was told it would only be a coupleof hours since I was the only one there. At 945 they call me and say all my brakes are bad and need tobe replaced and sent me an invoice at 1000. I was hesitant since the car was looked over by a mechanic 2 weeks earlier and he said they had 1/2-3/4 life in the pads and rotors, along with a maintenance invoice in the glovebox from Toyota a year earlier showing they were all replaced. I called back and declined. At 1130 they called me saying it was done. I signed all the documents and they said everything was good to go.When I go to leave, at 1140, I noticed all the lights on the dash were still on (ABS, Parking Brake, Traction Control, Tire Pressure). I asked the technician and he said they will go off after a couple miles due to the new alignment and calibration since the vehicle has to relearn the driving. I am not going to doubt someone who does this for a living.I then proceeded to drive the vehicle back to my house (approximately 10 miles) and all the lights are still on. I call and they say to bring it back, so I do. Then they mess with the car for another 3 hours while I sat in the waitingroom with no updates. Then they come out and said there is nothing they can doabout it and it could be there machines. They recommended I take it to the dealership and "have them figure it out".I have since taken it to Toyota and they said that they can't get them to clear without doing a full diagnostic on the vehicle. There are also no codes showing up as to the cause. So it would be hours of time to figure out.In the last 6 months I have had to take 3 of the 4 wheels to get the valvestems replaced at a firestone near where I work due to air leaking out. 2 of the times cause me to be stranded on the side of the I-15 while on my way to work. This is unacceptable for the amount of money I had to spend and to have my time wasted on numerous occasions. I currently have a lifetime alignment with Firestone on 2 of my vehicles, and I can't trust my local franchise to get it right or at least update on what is going on.Harvey Firestone said it best "I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business." This location is dishonest in their maintenance/buisness practices and their ability to properly identify legitimate discrepancies on a customer's vehicle. They do not accept any kind of responsibility for the issues that have come about and immediately shift the blame and burden onto the customer.

I am one of those people who acknowledge I don t know much about cars which lends itself to the fear that I m gonna get taken advantage of by auto repair shops. When it comes to all things tires and immediate repairs, neither my husband nor I have that fear at Temecula s Firestone Complete. Though they may not always be the cheapest shop in town, yet they are always the best bang for your buck. They stick to the job at hand, don t push to upsell you, and are efficient. All of these things warrant them 4 stars for solid and consistent work. What puts them at 5 stars? Getting air in my tires. Both of our cars have seem to need air in them at least every few months. Whether it s a low key time 3 pm on a Tuesday or the busiest of times of 10 am on a Saturday, they seem to always have a tech who is willing to pause what they are doing to come out and fill our tires, for free! Yes, free. They don t even expect a tip (though we of course tip them). They are always nice about it and are comfortable at the small talk whether it s me or the hubby. To be able to just drive up and not get an eye roll, a hmph , or a charge, to me, shows the kind of genuine service of an era long before my time. Thank you Temecula Firestone. We see you. We appreciate you.

A complete waste of your time. You call the number and the recording instructs you to go to the website where it says they perform alignments. Great! You enter your car information and it still allows you to book the alignment. You show up for your alignment only for them to turn you away because they don't have the equipment. Seriously?I don't mind that they cannot do it, if you don't have the equipment you don't have it. I mean, you're not a "FULL SERVICE" maintenance--but that integrity is on whomever approves the branding. But, when I tried to offer feedback to the staff he said "well we don't know until we enter the VIN". Yes, bro. I understand but what YOU don't understand is that the Firestone website shouldn't ask for your vehicle information or allow you to book an appointment if you're only going to show up and not even be told "Sorry" but just a shrug and "we don't know until we enter the VIN".I am incredibly reasonable, but nothing makes me more frustrated than when my time is wasted because that's the one thing I cannot get back.

Online said 50 in person it's like 116$ for an oil change Lord capitalism is disgusting what was once 35$ is now an impossible amount for some simple liquid exchange. Robbery is a crime but corporate robbery is somehow shined upon like a tenant of the bible. I welcome the next great depression. See you on the chopping blocks. Logical prices costs 34$ for the oil and literally wench and a twist of your wrist and some how 70 more dollars comes from that that mechanic better be paid 40$ every movement of there hands with them prices some how 20$ for a filter change which takes many more movements of ones wrist leta just let capitalism keep app are food are democracy can't wait for 4000$ oil changes in 2085 I'll be a millionaire at least hahahahahahahahah

Brought the car in for an oil leak. They said I had a coolant leak too, I never noticed any coolant leaking or any missing from the overflow reservoir. I trusted them and let them fix it. About a week after picking up the car it starts to overheat and had no coolant in the overflow reservoir. I brought the car back to them and asked them to do a pressure test see if there is a leak. They said they did it and couldn't find a leak and that the problem was with the ECU. THERE WAS A LEAK EXACTLY WHERE I TOLD THEM I THOUGHT IT WAS COMING FROM.When they replaced my front crankshaft seal, they couldn't even put on a new oil filter. Why not put on a new filter if your doing that work? They also didn't tighten my cold air intake. So it was sucking in air from the other side of the filter.Run don't walk from this place. Save your car and a headache go anywhere else.

When I called about tires they were great about getting back to me quickly with a quote and appointment for the next day...New Years Day can you believe it? Got the job done well and even gave my vehicle a quick battery check and safety inspection.Friendly and no nonsense.Edit 08/25/2023: brought vehicle in and they honored the treadlife warranty with no grief, accommodated a tight scheduling issue we were having and got us on the road in time with a great attitude and a great set of tires.

3 hours to do a oil change and a tire rotation with an appointment. I also told them my tires were slow leaking and they needed to check for any kind of deflation. I asked multiple times and they told me they checked even though I know they did not check. My tires were leaking and I've been refilling them and that's why I asked. I think they just wanted to get me out the door. My tires are still slowly leaking and now I have to go to another shop.Update - went to another Firestone location and they told my tires were full of nails. Disappointed that this location did not take the time to look at that.Update, the oil is now leaking from my engine. I will never come back here. Previously no oil leaks.

Lawrence was able to squeeze me in the afternoon for an oil change. The work was done faster than the dealership which usually takes my car for half of the day for a scheduled oil change. The showroom was clean and air conditioned. I will be returning.

Had to go in to get a new tire put on a rim, and I had been dreading it for the longest time just putting it off everyday till the next. But then I finally decided to just get it done and it couldn't have been easier. They were super helpful. I spoke with a worker named Lawrence, who called around for prices an called me back when he found the right one. Got the tire fixed the same day for a very reasonable price. Overall great experience.

I dont normally write reviews but my experience here was amazing. I was working in the area and got a screw in my tire that was easily patched up. I have a company vehicle and this was the closest place to where I was. I was initially told that it would be about 2 hours before they could get to it but what could I do. I could hear the air leaking from my tire and driving around was not an option. Thankfully it only took about 20 minutes of waiting before my vehicle was pulled in and taken care of. I definitely appreciate the work that was done and how quickly they fit me in so I could go back to work.

So yesterday I got my oil changed then they told me I had an oil leak and needed two new rear tires and I quote one was going to explode . Implying that I needed to buy their products right then and there. I just talked to my mechanic today and told me there was no leak I just needed oil which I have now. The guy at the front desk was really sarcastic and treated me like a 12 year old girl that didn t know anything about cars. I m grateful for the oil change but just left with terrible customer service. I hope you guys treat your other customers better, otherwise thank you for your service!

Carwash dryer blew suds all over the place when drying my truck.I've been coming here for years, they have a technician working to ensure the car wash is working properly.I took my truck through and it did a great job as usual (for 15 bucks) except! The dryers didn't work, when I asked to come back through for a dryer pass the technician said "nice truck" and sent me through with an obvious chip on his shoulder. I suppose it was funny to him because he knew what was about to happen. When I came back through, he shut the rinse cycle off right when it started and it left a bunch of soap in the bed of my truck. When the air dryers began to work, they blew wax and soap all over my truck and it ruined my wash even worse than the first time. This was a malicious and petty attempt by the wash technician to foul my experience and he succeeded. I drove off and spent an additional 12 dollars to wash the truck myself at Ramona car wash across the street. I guess that's what you get from a 45 year old car wash "technician" who dislikes people who expect to get what they paid for. Thanks but definitely, NO THANKS!

I needed my window repaired as it was stuck open. I'm from out of town and just left the casino so I waited in the waiting area. The service advisor said it was just the regulator. I asked about the plastic clips because those are the most common cause of failure for my vehicle make/model and he said it was just the cables that were broken in the regulator. Three hours later he comes back and says the clips did actually have to be replaced as well since they were broken and he showed me the broken clips but not the "broken" regulator. So it was another three hours because they had to order and wait for more parts. I don't know if the regulator really needed to be replaced or whether they broke the clips when replacing the regulator. I figured they might as well replace everything now and hopefully I won't have to deal with it again any time soon. Also they damaged my tint and all they said was that I had to get it replaced. Fully acknowledged that it was scratched up during the repair but not even an apology. I just wanted to get out of there because I had a long road trip ahead so I didn't push the issue. If you damage something shouldn't you pay for it?? At least everyone was courteous. Why wouldn t they be; they re chattering a lot of money. Trustworthiness and skill are other issues that are clearly lacking

My crisis started yesterday, Friday the 15th, 2022! We had experienced the car not turning over a few days before. After replacing the batteries in the fobs we thought everything was good to go. When I tried to start my car the following day it didn't! I tried again and it started. On April 14th, 2021, while in Las Vegas my 2012 Sonata Limited would not start. We took it to Firestone by my son's home. They replaced the starter and everything was fine! One year later and a day the same thing happened. My husband took the car to our Firestone on Margarita. Lawrence wasn't sure if they would be able to get to it because it was Easter weekend. He said to call at 10:30 on Saturday! Lawrence said it was covered under warrantee! No cost to me and it would be ready in an hour! I am so grateful and amazed! It is so encouraging that in this day and age there is a wonderful happy ending to my story! I will be a grateful customer of Firestone in the future!

Warning.......Don't bring your fleet vehicle here as you are not their customer as I was told in a direct comment. Brought my vehicle in for a 100K service, a lot of things were done to the vehicle but not what i brought it in for. Had the car for 6 hours and didn't feel they needed to call me as I wasn't their customer. I am sure with any fleet they find as many things as they can to repair to get their money out of it. Customer service was terrible, called after 5 hours to check on when the vehicle would be ready and was told it would only be an hour. Walked down there after an hour and half to find it still wasn't completed. When asked what was completed to find out the reason i brought the vehicle in wasn't done, this is when i was told i wasn't their customer. Been driving a fleet vehicle for 20 years and never have been treated so poorly.

Blew a tire at 3pm on a sunday while out of town on way to buy a new car. A stressful day to say the least. My wife and I called countless other tire shops only to find they are closed or totally booked. We called Firestone on Margarita and spoke with Wes. What a guy! Got us taken care of without hesitation even though that meant him and his team working past closing hours to get my wife and I back on the road. Our car was up on the lift and 4 new tires mounted in under an hour. The facilities were very clean and well kept and even offered nice covered outdoor seating. Upon checkout Wes even took the time to get us approved for a Firestone card! This experience has made Firestone 2 more lifetime customers. Thank you to Wes and the rest of the team for their exceptional service!

Very busy place, seemingly over worked stafd. Customer service is not a priority. I have black rims and they scratched them pretty bad, but of course they are going to deny it. They did not top off my wheels, I checked the PSI when I got home. I have been here many time before it was purchased and it hasn't been the same. I don't think that we'll be back.

Had tires mounted and balanced. They volunteered to check out the car at no charge. The findings were; air filter bad, battery bad, and serpentine belt bad. When I received the car back the windshield wipers didn t work. Could be coincidence. Maybe they didn t damage anything. In the process of troubleshooting the wipers I needed to remove the air filter cover to get access to the wiper wiring. I found that after inspecting the air cleaner, they over tightened the air filter cover. They broke 3 out of 4 bolts! Now follow their thinking. Wow, I broke a bolt. But I will tighten the next bolt just as tight! After breaking 2 bolts they still decided to tighten the next one just as tight! This is not a mistake! This is stupidity!! As to their diagnosis of 3 bad components, the battery was low on water. They bent the serpentine belt backwards to show cracks on the inside (a common scam when it comes to belts. The air filter had some dust on it. the air cleaner was fine. I will be taking the car to another dealer to have the wheels rebalanced, because I do not trust their work! if I could give them 0 stars, I would!
