Just brought my Porsche 911S in for a 40,000 mile check up. It was done right! Complete scope of service was reviewed with me and work completed in a timely manner. New car! Also had some misc items that needed resolving passenger door need the locking actuator replaced. All completed & very satisfied! Thanks Team!

Took my C63 in due to rough idle and misfiring. They took the time and effort to squeeze me in last minute and fixed it good as new. The surprising part was that it came with a warranty and they even washed it for me. Excellent customer experience. Thorough check of my car listed exactly the areas that needed maintenance or replacement and nothing more. They have the best skilled techs, the communication is excellent and the prices are fair.I continue to use European Autowerks for maintenance and repairs on myPORSCHE and MINI S, the repairs are excellent and my cars look and run great when we pick them up! Moved the area and was searching out a reputable shop for used European cars such as my Cayenne. I had recently lost a High Pressure Fuel Pump and was not going to the dealer for repairs. Anyhow the repairs were made and all is good and had a great experience. Thank you Team European Autowerks.

Brought my daughters Mercedes E350 in to the brakes checked due to shuddering. Got me in, took it for a test drive, confirmed it needed new brakes and rotors and got it done quickly. Good people, great service. Will definitely bring my cars there again

I can t recommend this business enough! They are very customer focused and know cars! We moved out of the area for a short time but continued to bring our Porsche back to them for service. A shout out to Ronnie and the owner who told us the story of his mom and using the correct German spelling. You guys are awesome!!!

There s no Porsche dealer in the Temecula Valley but there s no need anyway with European Autowerks! I ve trusted them with my Porsche for several years now and the service and quality of their work is amazing. Highly recommend.

I have used this company multiple times and this will be the last time. Had my 2018 Porsche 911 in for an oil change. After inspection they found a couple other things that needed to be done air filters, spark plugs and coolant service). Agreed to do them and was told it should take a day or so. Ended up taking a week and not only that, but on my drive home the car gave me an error saying coolant system was too low to drive. Engine heat spiked and I pulled over immediately. I called the shop and told them my issue and they did not seem to care.Asked if they would bring me coolant as the car is un-drivable. They said no and told me to just add water as coolant for that car is not worth the cost. The following day I added a gallon of the approved coolant. Depressing to know that it was so low after I just paid for that service and for the coolant to be flushed and refilled to full.Icing on the cake was when I was talking to shop about the spark plugs. They said that they did not have a manual for a 911 with turbos. (There have been turbos for quite some time) mentioned to me that they just had to watch YouTube to figure out how to do it. This was further confirmation that they are not skilled to the level I thought they were and that their attention to detail is sub par. $3400 lesson I learned, and will not be repeated.Would have felt better if I felt they cared or would have went out of their way to help. Neither happened and will be moving to another place to service all my cars!!Service: Oil change

My 2016 Mercedes E350 was in need of some major mechanical repairs. Autowerks was able to make all the necessary repairs in a timely manner. I have now been driving the car for about two months and it has been running great! I am very happy with the repairs Autowerks has done and look forward to using them again for both routine service and any needed repairs in the future.

2011 Mazda CX7. All the work European AUTOWERKS has done on my car has been excellent. Because they re a little more expensive I don t use them consistently but they are always very succinct on what they offer to do, how long it will take and then they finish many times ahead of time.

European Autowerks just serviced my BMW 328 and it now runs like it was brand new off the showroom floor! Picked up the car and it had been washed and cleaned in addition to the extensive service. Will be bringing my X3 for them to service and they will be the only ones touching my two BMW s from now on

Just moved to Temecula. I had a mechanic I was loyal to in San Diego. Now I ll be loyal to these guys. They took care of me, treated me fairly, did what I asked and did so professionally. Great guys. I ll be back!

Trash , they choosey with who they wanna be cool to.. used to be different back then . Money hungry now.An I m back to reply to there response.Here s a live example of how unprofessional this business is. Thanks for the validation.Funny thing is you never know who you re talkin to . Or who they are connected to . don t feel sorry for the next business feel sorry for your future customers that get played .

Extremely disappointed with the way these people treated us. They price gouge so beware. And are also deceitful. Took our car in for repair, they did NOT fix the problem even after having charged us a hefty fee. When we took it back in they said it was not under warranty and tried to charge us another 3k to fix. Took it to another mechanic and they said the original problems were still very much there. So they lied to us about that. Save your time and money and go somewhere else with more honest people.

I was referred to European Autowerks through a family member because I could not figure out what was wrong with my car. Had several people take a look at it and even want to charge for travel and not be able to diagnose my vehicle. They were very professional, helpful and consistent with keeping me updated with my car, and determined to figure out what was wrong with my car and if it wasn t for them, it wouldn t be back on the road again . I will be definitely recommending them and returning if I need any thing else done. Thanks team.

I got a quote to put a new Compressor in my 2006 Mercedes E350. Right from the start, I could tell this repair place knew what they were talking about. They asked very detailed questions about my car, right down to what month and year the car was built to get an accurate quote for the repair and parts. In the end, they repaired my car and the final price was very close to the estimate. The car is fixed for a fair price and their service/communication/professionalism was 5-stars. Came for an oil change on my Mercedes GLC 300, and they did a great job! Dropped my car off in the morning and they promptly went over what services they would perform and the general inspection. They were professional and didn t try to push anything unnecessary. While also going over their suggestions and any questions I had, which I greatly appreciate! Picked my car up at the end of the day as expected, which made the whole experience easy and convenient for me.Service: Auto maintenance

European Autowerks is amazing. I have used them for about 4 years, and they have done work on my Range Rover and BMW. The most professional, knowledgeable and honest automotive shops I have ever encountered. Their work rivals the manufacturer s service. Scott and Beroni are very nice and responsive. I don t live in the area, but I still bring my vehicles here because of their exceptional service. Straightforward work and fair pricing. Worked with my warranty company to get things fixed that were covered. Loved the use of digital assessment tool so you can see pictures of what was wrong and needs to be fixed and pay and approve everything online. I took my Chevy Silverado truck in for a diagnostic. No codes were lit on the dash but the truck was not running like normal. After a couple days I received a call and was placed in the right direction to have the issue fixed at a specialized auto shop for American made engines and transmissions. I felt comfortable with the recommendation and was only charged for the diagnostic. I highly recommend this shop for their honest service. Thanks European Autowerks!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I went to Mercedes dealership and they run diagnostic and gave me estimate for a repair of $1850. I came to those guys and they did their own diagnostic and completed the same repair for $120 because Mercedes did wrong diagnostic. Thank you Quality 1 for honesty. Best auto repair I been to ever and highly recommended as dealership alternative. Service: Electrical repair
