I have purchased several new cars throughout the years and this was by far my most enjoyable experience. I didn't feel like I was attacked by the salesman when I arrived, however they were friendly and very helpful. There was no need for negotiating as I got the deal I wanted. I was at the dealership for maybe two and a half hours which I thought was pretty good. I would highly recommend this dealership

Beginning experience was great with Michael Ochner; then I went to turn in the down payment and take the car home and the experience went downhill. Michael was leaving for the day and would not be at the dealership so he made arrangements for me to meet with a sales manager named Skye. I introduced myself and he said I will be right back with the keys. He left and ran into another client; talked for a solid 15 minutes right in front of us and then came back to help us. Told us to wait until the finance guy was available to collect the money; we then met with him and he said did you guys see the car; no, not offered yet. Skye went and sat down in his office. We left the finance office and passed Skye, he made eye contact and watched us head out. Not a single person offered to show the car; only reason I knew where it was is because I saw him go to the car when we first arrived. We went to the car, looked around, everything looked good minus a couple deep scratches that were not shown in the photos. We ended up leaving the lot, hopped on the freeway to head back to Escondido and I heard a loud scraping. I pulled over and my boyfriend noticed the engine shield was falling and dragging. He tried zip tying one side but couldn't on the other as it was destroyed. We made it home and it fell again in the driveway. The dealership clearly temporarily fixed to allow the car to pass their inspection and nobody said a word. I had let Michael know this car was for my 17 year old daughter and she was going to be so excited. How sad, her car sat in the driveway all weekend. I notified Michael that evening about the service and this issue. He said sorry, Skye is a manager and surprised he acted that way. He said I can schedule a time to come in the following week to have the car looked at. I said so drive all the way to Temecula with it dragging? He said they need to see it and will fix. I said fix, its ruined; he said they may buy a new one but will need to see if they can fix first. I told him nevermind, I will just have my mechanic down the street fix. He said well we can look at it. I also shared the least he could have done was offer a small paint that we could touch up all the deep scratches not shown in the images. He said he would offer at his cost. My mechanic even said wow that is terrible service; he bought new parts from Honda Escondido and they even said this is not the first time they have heard stories like this from the Temecula dealership. I messaged Michael showing him photos before and after and my receipt asking if I could find out who his manager was. No Response. I then gave him a final opportunity to make this experience right letting him know I would be writing a review and ignored. Really unfortunate service; being treated like you bought a $5000 car; guess they only treat you well if you spend $50k or more. Just want people to know if you are buying a used car, look underneath the vehicle before leaving the lot.

Shady sales practice. Bought a Used CX-5 from this dealer. Looked at there carfax and it showed a transmission service done by the dealer. Two weeks after i purchased this vehicle, its in the shop for a new transmission from Mazda which took a month to get parts and then fix. I have practically driven the car for only a month out of the time that I have owned it since November 16 2023. Since then the 3M Door protection that came with the car i have noticed was not applied well as it is peeling. also going back through my paper work I have the theft code supposidly installed on the vehicle. I can not find it anywhere on the pannels like my paperwork says I need to have it to use this "warranty" Looking back even more now this forever start battery protection looks like there is no added device. It looks like a mazda original battery as well as no added on devices to the battery itself. to say the least the Honda of Temecula dropped the ball a lot on the inspection of the car they bought and sold and adding on the accessories is an understatement. My overall experience is just sour now. 10/10 will not buy another vehicle from the dealership.Honda if you want to contact me you can look up my phone number on our paper work from November 16, 2023 from the White Mazda CX-5 you sold me.

I have been here more times than I can count for oil changes and they have always been amazing with information on any extras needed but never pressured to perform. Of course I get everything needed at the time. Switched from Lake Elsinore to here after a few mishaps/complications and I don t regret it. Yesterday I had the pleasure of speaking to Miguel O., once again very polite, and informational on what services were needed. The clerk is such a treat to see every time too. I would 100% recommend to anyone trying to find their Honda home. The coffee/hot chocolate maker is a major plus, added with teas as well while you wait.

I had a fantastic experience here at DCH Honda of Temecula. This was my first time here. I went in for a tire rotation and oil change, and they ended up replacing the AC condenser under warranty without me asking to do so. Nicholas was extremely nice and showed me all possible maintenance due soon. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to service their Honda. My visit to the Service Department was very satisfactory . Very clean and nice area. Women Restrooms was clean . Fast service for an oil change , have not waited for hours and hours . The Service writer who helped me was nice .The Parts Department person who was answering my question was nice . And the Service Department cashier who was there at that time of my Honda car service was nice . The inside and out of the building was clean .

This dealership and management cannot be trusted. They tried to tell me that they installed a $1400 burglar alarm and an $800 special coating on the paint. In all honesty, they never did both. Just want to up charge you on top of the price. They said they completely serviced the car with new oil transmission fluid. When I got the car home, I realized the day had not put windshield washer fluid, which took a whole gallon to fill. Now I m not certain if they did change the transmission fluid. I reached out to them on multiple occasions with no reply. They re all about the sale. Customer service is nowhere to be found. Buyer beware.

Michael was an awesome sales person! My boyfriend and I came in knowing what we wanted with a bank check for how much we were willing to pay for it. He didn t try to sway us into getting something more expensive or try to talk us into financing through them. He offered to finance and when we turned it down he was perfectly okay with it. He was an amazing sales person! We had a great experience! We would recommend working with Michael for your next vehicle purchase!

My wife and I enjoyed our car buying experience, working with the salesman Rick McCauley and his Manager Jose. We did not feel pressured to buy or lease either of the 2 vehicles we were considering. We test drove the Jeep Compass and the Dodge Hornet. Both vehicles were nice to drive. We decided to lease the Hornet at the end. We got a good lease deal on it and drove away happy customers. Our sales guy Mike was great. We were at several dealerships in the area and stopped by Honda to see the latest CRV. I drove one and really liked it and they had it in a beautiful red/black combo. Because it had premium paint it was priced higher that the model I drove at $37,940. That price was fine, I figured I could get it for a little bit less, pay the taxes and fees of approximately $4K and be out the door at around $42,000. I had a check with me and was ready to write it on the spot.Before the finance guy came over, the sales guy told us they were charging a premium on their cars ($3,000 due to supply/demand) and that there were three features that are normally optional that they automatically add to all of their cars. The finance guy came out and the total price was over $49K! That is so far over the sticker (I did not see a second sticker that shows the other added items like I did at other dealerships) that I felt very upset, like I was being played. So the finance guy goes back to his office and comes back like 20 minutes later and the price came down to $43,500. Still over what I expected to pay.We ended up leaving because I did not feel like a valued customer. Quite the contrary, I felt like I was being duped. The lack of disclosure was very misleading and disrespectful. I went on their website and saw the car was there with a discount, not a premium for the same car I wished to purchase. Nothing about the mandatory upgrades either. See the attached picture. Is this even legal?After discussing with my husband, we ended up going to another dealership and getting a comparable car with even more features with an extended warranty and prepaid maintenance for the $42,000 I was prepared to spend. Hondas are great but I will not do business with this dealership due to the way we were treated. I'm surprised that other customers are okay with this.

Do not buy here.I tried to buy out my lease for weeks. (As it s closest dealer to home and I do my service here)Salesperson tried telling me he could not do the deal unless I bought a warranty. (Witch I have in text message writing)Insane. After working for Honda many years I was disgusted by this dealership. I sold cars many years and was also part of the council of sales leadership for Honda.This is upsetting.

Finally, a car dealership I can recommend to my friends and family. Go! Go to DCH for your next car. Try to get Nick if you can as he is extremely personable, but listening to other interactions as I was waiting and dealing with the Manager, it is clear that the friendly, zero pressure attitude permeates through out the team. It's as if they are more guides than salespeople, helping you through a purchase rather than thrusting it on you.Thank you for making car shopping the exciting experience it should be.

It's concerning to see a pattern of dissatisfaction from customers, and it's essential that you address these issues to ensure better customer satisfaction in the future.I had an absolutely terrible experience at Honda of Temecula. This dealership epitomizes everything that's wrong with the car buying experience. Despite the plethora of negative reviews, Lithia continues to engage in shady practices, sneaking in overpriced add-ons like Forever Start, Theft Code, Karr Alarm, and 3M protection, totaling a whopping $2,392, none of which were disclosed online. Avoid this dealership at all costs unless you enjoy being ripped off and deceived
