I purchased a 2010 dodge Challenger new in 2010, I purchased max care so that I could own the car with peace of mind knowing repairs would be covered. So today(11-30-23) I called to have my factory installed sun roof worked on as it is stuck open. The service dept was no help at all! not only could I not get an appointment but the service advisor I spoke to seemed to care less! So now I am stuck with a failed sun roof and DHC will not even look at it!!!Stay away from DHC Dodge, they will do everything they can to not honor warranties by saying they have no open time slots.

Make an appointment for 8:30AM for a factory recall. It's 10 days out. On the morning of the appointment I drive 40 minutes and show up 10 minutes early. Wait 5 minutes before someone will talk to me. It's not busy, but fine.Service guy asks if I'm dropping it off. I said, "No, I'm going to wait." He says, "It's going to be a few hours."I said, "But I have an appointment. That's why I made an appointment." It turns out appointments aren't really appointments.I ask "How long do you think it's going to be?"He says, "4 to 6 hours".I didn't wait 10 days to drive 40 minutes to an 8:30AM appointment assuming I would have to wait 4 to 6 hours for a factory recall inspection.That's just abysmal customer service. I can see why this place has such a low rating.

We had a great experience was looking for a car for my son, 10500 for this used car. Drove it it was fantastic and under our budget. But decided to buy one cash instead don't like payments but over all experience was short and sweet. Thx Dch.

Their service department is awful! Twice, we've scheduled an appointment to bring our van in for them to tell us we didn't have an appointment. My husband dropped our van off yesterday at 7 a.m., as instructed. I got a "respond to this text to get updates" message yesterday morning. I've responded multiple times, asking for an update. It's nothing but radio silence from them. My husband has tried calling, only to reach their voice-mail. We've yet to get a response from the messages we've left. When we're ready to upgrade our van, I know where we're NOT going.

Recently purchased a new Wagoneer from this dealership. Sales experience was good. Unfortunately, the service department is the absolute worst I ve ever experienced. There is ZERO communication, and when they do speak with you, it s in a sarcastic tone. My Wagoneer recently spent 6 days in service to have parts replaced that we re already in stock, and it s still not FIXED! After reading others reviews. This appears to be the norm. I recommend everyone save yourself the terrible experience and service your vehicle elsewhere.

Big rip-off. Charges double to triple the cost of a part and labor cost is ridiculous for a job that takes a few hours. No real diagnosing they just look at what YOU think might be wrong and if that's fine jobs done. God forbid they be mechanics. Don't get screwed look elsewhere.

The service department is horrible. Incompetent dishonest punks. Slow service which explains the lot being packed with vehicles making it difficult to leave and bad attitudes and a unwillingness to help ensure we will never return.
