A truly phenomenal experience from the moment I walked on the lot. Let me start this out by saying buying a car terrifies me, I m always afraid of being entirely screwed over or facing the rudeness I ve seen at so many other dealerships.That was absolutely not the care here! I received truly amazing customer service from Dennis. He went above and beyond to answer every single question I had, and NEVER made me feel like an inconvenience to him. I am a bit needier than your average car buyer, we have a mechanic in our family and with that comes it s own slew of questions. Every single person at DCH dodge was willing to answer us without one ounce of negativity.Everyone from Dennis to Chris in finance and Caesar in the used car department was so wonderful to us and it was truly a blessing.Buying a car usually SUCKS, but it was a phenomenal experience here. We will be back and tell everyone we know to come back too!

BEST CAR DEALERSHIP! I have had miserable experiences at other ram dealerships with my 2500. I bought it brand new and love the truck. I moved to Temecula and DCH has been fantastic. The service department is on top of everything which was a complete 180 from the other experiences elsewhere that I have had.Rudy was my service advisor and he gets things done! No hassle and great communication from the time my truck was dropped off, to picking it up. The services I had completed were done so ahead of schedule which was also great!I know I can TRUST the service team at DCH. Trust is so hard to find when it comes to an expensive piece of equipment like my diesel Ram. Do not go to any other dealership, this one is the real deal!!! I ll be coming in when it s time for the next truck or family vehicle purchase thanks to Rudy.

Branden is a great advisor and I was very happy with the service I received with him. I took my Fiat in and he made sure I was put in a loaner car for the duration of my service and communicated with me. Once I had my vehicle back he gave me a courtesy call to make sure I was completely satisfied which I appreciated. I will take my car to him any time it needs service in the future, thanks again!

Brought in in for oil change few months ago. Service checked for recalls and found one. Ordered the part....notified me when it came in. I was out of state but dealer held the part for me n replaced it without delay. I drove an hour and half to get it in but it was worth it to get the service. THANKS RANDY for such a a great experience. I will be back

Hello, my name is Arick Lorenzo. On March 29th 2024 my wife dropped off my truck for service as my vehicle had an oil leak caused by a defective oil filter installed by Valvoline. I was told by my wife that the service clerk (Aaliyah) who later on i was able to talk to over the phone that she was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and with a customer service like no other. I 100% agree with my wife as i was able to have the same experience every time we had a conversation over the phone.I honestly was worried and i was able to explain this to the service manager (Kevin Oakley) of the importance of me having a vehicle as i travel all over San Diego to check on my clients, jobs and workers. I was very surprised when he kindly offered to help by taking charge of my vehicle. I knew right away that my vehicle was in good hands and in fact he absolutely kept me informed and explained why my vehicle was leaking oil, from where and why it s better to take it to them and i absolutely will from this point on. I don t want to make this review longer but i do want to recommend this dealership for having such a great work environment, amazing customer service and for helping a man who relies on his vehicle in order to provide for his family.Thank you again and i will see you again soon!-Arick

November 6th, 23. new update, to management, today their poor service became worse , I had to wait close to 3 hours for an oil change with Frank Madrid as the service. Update super slow service. I had to wait over 2 hours for oil change with an appointment. You should only visit this place if it's your last option. My first visit.... First impressions do count, it was my first time visiting this dealership for an oil change. The first thing the technician tells me, it's going to take three and a half hours to do your oil change, as if he wants me to leave. So I just left. 3 and 1/2 hours is absolutely ridiculous if true.

Armel is great guy and I d highly recommend him to anyone! He s always helping us and keeps us updated on what s happening. We joke around and say that my car has a special spot with my name on it.The mechanics on the other hand are a huge different story. I ve been having this starting issue with my car for over a year now and they keep saying it s one thing after another but yet nothing ever fixes it. The starting issue has happened right in front of them and they still can t figure it out. I have it on videos and everything. I honestly think the mechanics do things on purpose because there s always something else that goes wrong with my car after they supposedly fix the starting issue. Even though the starting issue still isn t fixed. I ve had the engine replaced twice, battery changed, the starter, the transmission, lots of different electrical things that I don t know the names for, several different things for the coolent, and many more things that I don t know the names for. Thank god I purchased the maximum lifetime warranty on my dodge journey when I bought it.

Absolutely love this dealership! This is the second vehicle we've purchased from them and wouldn't go anywhere else. Luis was an awesome salesman and really took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for. He showed me all my options but saved the best vehicle for last. Sales:Luis is great. A class act. We were happy to buy from him. He was patient. Listened to us. We never felt talk at or sold to. He's exactly what a professional sales person should act like. We had great experiences with him across our multiple test drives and across all the steps to purchase.Finance:Gerald was excellent. Took time to explain everything.Documents:Not so great. Better organized prepared would be betterTelephone System. Worse than terrible. Much worse. Impossible to get through. System is completely dysfunctional. Completely!

I live in Riverside but I won t go to Moss Brothers because they were so rude and unhelpful. I ll take all my business to DCH in Temecula and I tell all my friends and family to do the same. JD was helpful through the whole process, and gave us many options to consider. He was mindful that we were coming up from San Diego, and so our options were pretty solid before we even got to the dealership. He and the team also stayed late on a Saturday night to complete paperwork with us too. Very happy with the whole buying experience and with our new car!

Randy is service is phenomenal. I purchased my truck used at another dealership and bought an extended warranty with it. From Kevin who used to be my advisor who is now the service manager. to Rudy who was always helping me as well who is now my advisor. I had really good experience with Salesman Javier Belendez during the purchase of a car. I stated the amount I was willing to pay and the desire to not get involved in any protracted back and forth price haggling. Javier's professionalism and easy going demeanor made the whole experience seamless and pain free. Karen Cadiz in Finance had all of the paperwork prearranged to minimize the process time so that I drive out the door with my newly purchased car in no time. Both gentlemen should be recognized for their efforts and professionalism. Nicely Done!

I dropped my truck off here to have it looked at. They told me what I already knew and said they couldn't get parts for 8 weeks. I feel like I was taken for $250. No issues resolved. They stated the obvious. No diagnosis just threw $5,000 in parts on an estimate but still couldn't tell me what was wrong with my truck. Scammed!

The service department at DCH Jeep in Temecula went above and beyond to ensure a check engine light was addressed and remediated the day before I was due to leave for a long road trip. The issue was thankfully addressed with a software update and while it would likely not have posed a problem, Randy and the service technicians at DCH addressed the issue and provided the peace of mind to continue the trip as planned. Thanks again to the DCH team.
